Nothing like being in the background of a war zone to mess ya up. Most of the time, other than the dealing with the computer issues, Firebolt had been playing 'Dodge the fire'. It was a dangerous game, and involved much whining about the paint job being singed. But somehow, she had won the game, and ended up falling right into the escape tunnels and makin' off like a bandit with her life.
"Meh," Firebolt grumbled as she pulled a piece of randomly-grabbed cloth from the wreckage and attempted to clean off her face plate. Because of all the fire, her paint job had gone from red to almost black, with tiny patches of red. The cloth was just about as clean as she was, so it only smeared the ashes and junk even more.
But voices! Oh. And ones that weren't just music. Firebolt dodged herself down into a corner, and peeks down in the direction of the voices. They're getting closer, and she's getting nervous. Oh, but... They look friendly. Then again, looks can be deceiving at this time.
She pokes her head out from behind the rock, her ash-smeared ponytails fanning out just slightly as she takes a good listen to the voices. "Lil man?" She calls out, recognizing what appears to be Holi's voice.

Ironfire arrives on the back of Optimus. Her damage is noticeable, certainly. Scoring from shots, as well as the loss of a sizeable portion of one of her shoulder cannons. She steps down.

"Y-yes, Percy," Bluestreak says with the slightest stammer, and he carefully sets Arcee down where the scientist indicates. "Is... there something else I can do to help? I don't want to be just standing around taking up space..."
He glances up at the others. Firebolt gets a wave, and Optimus gets a gawk. Optimus Prime finally made it? A live Optimus Prime? Wait, this one doesn't look like the Optimus Prime he knows... must be from another universe. And he's leaving with Kup. Ah well, time to talk to him later, he supposes.

Here comes Goldbug, looking a bit battered, but holding it together. It's likely that Bumblebee won't be far behind, but absent any assumptions, that's just conjecture.
"Taken a few hits," he says, as he brakes and transforms, "but I've still got a lot of fight in me. Just... let me rest for a while."

Wheelie heads over to Perceptor, his expression unchanging as he sees the extent of the injuries of the various other Autobots, Arcee included. He's seen far worse horrors than this after all. Somewhere, somehow, he actually managed to lose count of the number of mechanoids he saw devoured by the Sharkticons. And those were just the ones who had died quickly. Those who had put up a fight...
It did not bear thinking about.
"What can Wheelie do? Just tell him what, and he'll do it straight and true."

With Holi out of him, Evac transforms and goes down on one knee with a groan.
"Oooh, jeeeze, I gotta stop getting so shot up all the time..."
He shakes his head at that. On this battlefield, he's continually finding himself severely outclassed.

Botanica slips into the triage point, after passing by the entrance guards. A nod at Perceptor and Long Haul, and she quickly moves to do what she can where she can.
OOC: Botancia is skippable. Feel free to pose her as working on lesser injuries as needed. Passing entrance done with Kup-mod permission.

Some time after Botanica pulls in, Boondocker rumbles in, with First Aid and Rodimus not far behind.
Huh...so that was the Prime that had shown up? Kind of a small guy... Well. Hopefully, both himself and the Prime can live long enough to make introductions. For now, he parks himself somewhere near the medical-types, but out of the way.
"Ah got all manner o' medical stuff in m' bed, so git it if'n y'all need it. First Aid'll be hyar in a bit with Slingshot an' Skyblast."
After that, a heavy sigh follows as he glances over the wounded. Someone watching him closely might notice him shake a bit, almost shivering momentarily.
"Dang..."

Post by Rodimus Prime on May 28, 2008 13:43:55 GMT -5
After checking in with Kup and Optimus on his way in, the Prime makes his way in, not far behind Boondocker. His front end is dented from running into, well, himself, and when he transforms his other injuries are visible. A shot here, a scorch there, it's not very bad at all compared with some, although the missing optic (and the fact that, if the angle is right, light can be seen all the way through his head) might be disconcerting to some. He strides over to Perceptor, making sure to step around Wheelie, and takes a moment to shake his head at the damages. Still, they're all functional on at least some level, which is a remarkable improvement over other battles he's been through. He looks down at the red scientist, then scans the wounded, his gaze lingering perhaps a bit longer on a certain pink figure, and asks, "Everyone stable?"
Because if they are, it's Perceptor himself that takes priority.

First Aid pulls in just behind Rodimus, noticeably less roughed up than… well, than most everyone else. There’s a lot of hurt to fix in this tunnel - he’s been mentally going over what supplies he has and what he’s going to have to reacquire on the way over and now, here, he switches back to issues of transport. People making themselves useful is good and he’s pleased to see that Botanica did not, in fact, over shoot her endurance and collapse half way here.
Politely skirting Wheelie, he waits for Perceptor’s answer to Rodimus’ question. It’s what he needs to know, too, after all. If they have everyone stabilized and need to get them moved out, than unloading and reloading Slingshot and Skyblast would be counterproductive on multiple levels, from the stress of unnecessary movement on them to the monopolization of people who could well be doing other things.
(Being both the doctor and the ambulance occasionally presents some interesting logistical issues.)

"Thank you, Bluestreak. Perhaps you could assist in taking stock of everyone else's injuries that I have not seen to yet? Unless Kup requires additional assistance in guarding the entrance?" Perceptor suggests as he finishes examining the remains of Skyfire's systems.
"Ah, Wheelie. I require raw materials to assist with repairs. Perhaps you could scout further down the escape tunnel and gather whatever materials you come across? Not too far, however, please? We will require all hands to assist with the final evacuation." Perceptor offers, nodding toward the route they wiull all be taking upon the final arrival and accounting of the last of them.
Rodmus and First Aid get a polite nod of greeting. "As stable as they can be made in such transient circumstances, yes," he replies. "Several will require near total reconstruction, however, for the moment, they are stable. Once the final mechanisms arrive, everyone can be made ready for transport."
With his hands now free of any immediate task, Perceptor is now herded off by Rodimus to attend to those... unexpected and unasked for repairs in a more... semi-private corner.
ooc: Bother Perceptor and Rodimus are now out of thread.

If Firebolt could ever make a squeaking noise, she did, as she spotted First Aid, and ran over to him, arms thrown out for a hug. Forget the fact that the ash on her was thick enough to make her seem like a different paint job, and it would probably rub off if one wasn't careful about touching her. But Firebolt wanted hugs!
"Eee!! I found everybody! Yeeees I am so happy, man, you don't want to be alone in that mess up there, I ain't never had so much action and playing dodgeball with balls that are on fire," she declared.

Bumblebee sulks into the room. He's silent, and for now isn't really talking to anyone. If anyone tries to radio him, they'll find his radio is shut off for some reason.
He settles himself down somewhere out of the way to be alone in his thoughts.
Oh so skippable.

Bluestreak just nods at Perceptor, and hurries off to do as he asked. For once he's quiet -- no desire to fill the air with idle chatter now. Not when, once again, an attack has decimated what he had just begun to call home.

Right. Not unloading the patients, then. It’s not a choice First Aid is particularly enthusastic about - he wants to make everyone feel better right now, this moment, yesterday, and it’s difficult to do that without hands - but he does think it’s the best choice he can make at this juncture.
Firebolt is welcome to attach! First Aid can’t really offer hugs at the moment, though, due to currentlybeing a van. “I’m very glad you came through safe,” he tells her warmly.
OOC: Skipping Wheelie due to time out.
