Hellbender's reports tend to be terse, with details in attachments locked to Shockwave and, optionally, the Mayhems.
Day 4 to 5: Accompanied Shockwave as back-up planet-side. Met local community representatives. [Locked to S & M: encountered Autobot Perceptor Day 4. ].
Day 7: Conducted mineral survey, recovered samples. Incidental contact with a robot tentatively identified as the Autobot Whirligig.
Day 18: Accompanied Shockwave as back-up planet-side, along with Lugnut. Met with local community reps and assisted in establishing our bona-fides. [Locked to S & M: encountered Autobot Skid-Z]
Day 19-23: Planet-side. Studied local civil engineering and energy distribution. [Locked to S: troubleshooting]
Day 26: Rock watch with Lugnut. Rampage arrived.
There's also a terse, uneventful report for every duty watch Hellbender stood during which nothing happened.

Sir:
Herein find my brief assessment of the soldiers under your new command, and a few suggestions and caveats, seeing as you are recently arrived and may be unfamiliar with some of our troops little quirks that aren't in the personnel database.
Counterpunch
Smart enough when calm, but very hot-tempered, and anger makes him stupid and rash. Fear may not work to restrain his temper--he deliberately provoked Lugnut when angry, so he apparently loses the capacity for rational judgement when in a temper.
Cannonball
Smart, a former pirate captain and leader in his own right, and shares Swindle's fondness for loot. Keep a close optic on logistics when he's around. I'd have someone tough and disciplined keep an optic on him--or pair him up with Rampage and use both of them for sneaky stuff/PsyOps.
Wreckage
Disciplined, reliable, tough frontliner. Fairly smart. Likes combat. I'd use him to help keep some of the less reliable or stupid troops pointed in the right direction.
Bonecrusher
Raving berserker. You or me needs to keep him on a tight leash; he only respects officers strong enough to beat him into submission, who have beaten him into submission. Not smart, either, but loves combat. The trick is keeping him off our own guys.
Brawl
Very stupid and ill-tempered. Likes combat. NOT, not sneaky. Needs a combat chaperone to keep him pointed in the right direction. I suggest pairing him up with one of our more reliable troops. Also, we have 3 other Combaticons here, though not necessarily from the same reality; I think Brawl may look to them somewhat.
Rampage
Violence-loving, sadistic, quite smart. I'd suggest him and maybe Cannonball for PsyOps, hostage taking, threatening weak Autobots to draw off/compromise others, hitting undefended areas away from the main battle area, etc.
Heavies: Myself, Wreckage, Bonecrusher, Brawl. More Mobile: Cannonball, Counterpunch. Infiltration/Recon: Rampage
Ranged: Myself, Counterpunch, Rampage, Brawl, yourself, possibly Cannonball. Regettably, our best heavy artillery guys are back on Gillanan III defending the base there.
