"Oh yes. The Council," Sentinel Prime deadpans.
He waves a hand and tries to explain, "Okay, so... either we go back to exactly the same point from whence we were pulled and don't remember anything, or we were all pulled from slightly different universes and the very act of trying to go back to our own universes will create new split timelines, So either nothing we do here matters to anyone, because we won't remember it, except maybe it matters to the people here, I guess, or we will never go home ever, because it'll always just be a parallel reality." He shrugs. He doesn't think about this much, because it's pretty depressing. Sentinel Prime's no Optimus, but he likes to look on the bright side when his own sweet self is concerned.
Sentinel Prime gives Jetfire a skeptical look and asks, "You can carry us without turning into the big guy? You're more red," orange, whatever," you're with Optimus. Jetstorm, you're blue, you're with me."
Jetstorm also doesn't have a bad habit of catching uncontrollably on fire, in addition to being a most excellent colour.

"Okay, so they're not a military authority, and they tend to dicker amongst themselves a bit, but they're not totally helpless," Optimus responds to Sentinel's deadpan. Optimus is probably the kind of guy who votes in every minor election and then gets an "I Voted" sticker.
"Color is as good away to assign a ride as any other, I suppose," he says. "So how does this work, exactly?"
OOC: Permission is granted to pose Optimus however is needed to carry him.

Jetstorm frowns at Sentinel's postulating on realities. It -is- rather depressing, and not something he wants to dwell on for very long.
Thankfully, the subject changes to transport. "Ah, I am thinking so. Perhaps if I am lifting like this..." he says, lifting into the air a bit, and if Sentinel will allow it, Jetstorm will attempt to hook his arms under Sentinel's, and lift him up...

"Yes, sir, Sentinel Prime, sir!" Jetfire says, posing. "We are being strong!"
Actually, he's Average, but Jetfire is not aware of his stats. Still, even Average Transformers can carry a fair amount! That, or Optimus is getting dropped back on the ground shortly.
Kicking into the air, Jetfire grabs Optimus under his arms and lifts. It takes a bit of effort, but his jets can handle it! "I am carrying Dinobot like this one time! Only he is being much smaller and lighter."
Passenger in hand, he makes for where Botanica said she'd meet them.

What, no magnets to the head?
Sentinel Prime has a minor freak-out when Jetstorm tries to grab him from behind, but remembering that he doesn't want to be embarrassed in front of Optimus, he bucks up and braves being manhandled by Jetstorm, however Jetstorm needs to do so to get him from point A to point B.
He decides to let the talk of the Council die. Those guys. The ones who thought experimenting on civilians was a good idea. Them. Talking too much about them in front of the Twins is maybe not the best idea!
This leaves an awkward void in the conversation, so he chooses to brag about how awesome his troops are, even if they aren't his troops anymore, "So. Flying Autobots. Pretty slick, am I right?"

It isn't every day that Rattrap lets himself get caught out like this, but he's been a busy rodent in the office – which is so not the fun place to be with Pz-Zazz right there – and he figured he deserved a little vacation even if he couldn't drop planetside, so he took himself down to the biosphere for a snack. That snack ended up being a full-on meal, after which Rattrap was far too sated to move, and the meal turned into a nap.
So it is that, not too far from the bramble patch in a cluster of fruit-bearing bushes that may or may not have been added to the biosphere specifically for feeding purposes, there is a rat of unusual size passed out cold and sprawled on his back, snoring. Loudly. The incoming racket doesn't do much more just yet than make one of his ears twitch.
OOC: Skippable unless someone deliberately wakes him up; will wake up on his own in another round or two otherwise.

Optimus is bothandled into the air by Jetfire. He is flying now. "They're a credit to the Guard, Sentinel." He'd like to add that being able to engage the Decepticons in the air is a good move, but that would sound like he agreed with experimenting on the Twins, which he doesn't. If he'd stayed at home, he'd get a jetpack of his own some day.
"Dinobot? I met him. One of the Maximals, right?" He pauses, then looks up at Jetfire. "How much can you two lift, anyway?"

Jetstorm grins a bit. "I am being slicker than slicks of the oil!"
Shortly after taking off, they arrive at the bramble patch, and Jetstorm lets Sentinel down, then drops to the ground.
"...what am I hearing?"

Magnets-to-the-head are for when they need to travel in jet mode! They're just taking a short hop.
"He is!" Jetfire says, setting Optimus down at their intended destination. He shrugs at the other question. "I am not knowing! We are not having to do much of the heavy lifting since... well, since leaving energon refinery." He sighs inwardly. Thinking about their upgrade is going to be awkward for awhile.
Touching down, he stares at Jetstorm, then looks around. "What are you hearing, brother?"

In a fourth season that never happened, Optimus might have even stolen Sentinel's jetpack! Now Elita-1 just needs to get a jetpack and this hypothetical flying business can become officially absurd.
Sentinel Prime spends a little time hopping when he lands, because he's slagged if he steps on the wrong thing here! Then he twitches over the 'slicks of oil' comment. When he's finally steady, he hears the... "By my pistons, is that a rotary saw? C'mon, better check this out."
So he tromps off in the direction of Rattrap, careful of not stepping on anything Botanica'll bust his bearings over but not quietly, either.

Botanica sticks her head out from around a thick clump of tall bushes.
"Oh, you need not pay it any mind. It's probably just Rattrap off in the fruit thicket again. Sleeping off a meal, I imagine," she says, tone long suffering but with a hint of fondness.
"Feel free to investigate if you like, however. I'm not quite ready for you all yet."
Her head disappears again.

Is there anyone who doesn't get a jetpack at some point?
Optimus follows Sentinel to where Rattrap is sleeping, pushing aside a tangle of vines to reveal the sleeping rodent. (Being made of metal is great. You generally don't need to worry about thorns.) "He sure makes a lot of noise for such a small 'bot."

Said small Maximal with the disruptively loud nasal issues may be noisy, but unless his beast mode starts taking over his processors, he tends to be a light sleeper. Never did him any good on the mining trawlers, of course, between the equipment and the miners. Works nicely in Maximal Exploration when he winds up camping on alien planets where who knows what can creep up and kill him. Works even better in espionage because even super spies like Rattrap occasionally have to grab a defrag cycle on unfriendly turf when a mission runs long.
With Sentinel making no attempts to muffle his approach, the footsteps come just loud enough to make it over Rattrap's snoring. The ground vibrates subtly under both Sentinel's and Optimus's feet, and Rattrap's tail flicks. He's awake, but makes no move to give that away just yet, listening. Sounds like the Bot Scout and Chinimus Prime and… yeah, that was Botanica. Nap time's over, Rattrap old boy.
"Eh," the rat answers Optimus as he sits partway up, propping his head on one forepaw and resting on his elbow, "it's a gift."

Once Optimus pulls the bushes back, Jetstorn peers through the hole. Ah, another one of those beast-bots! The size of these bots is strange to him - he's not interacted with many, so tthe concept is still a bit new to him - plus, Jetstorm never got to interact with Sari that we ever saw.

Jetfire hovers off the ground a bit to peer over Jetstorm's shoulder. It's hard to see Rattrap as particularly strange after having met 'Bots as small as Spy Shot 6! He is impressed by how loud Rattrap can be be for his size, though!
Waving, he greets, "Hello!"
