Blackarachnia gets her kiss. Then she gets wet.
Scourge has cued up an underwater simulation. Being as he can drive around underwater without problem, he thinks that that attacking a base on the shore from underwater is a great idea. Scourge is quite unaware of Blackarachnia's possible problems with cold lakes!
Instead, he's just thinking about how the density of water requires greater power exertion to achieve the same speed and how that affects his missiles.

Water Blackarachnia can deal with. Being suddenly submerged in water is another matter. At least it isn't freezing cold. That could be bad.
As it is, her expression goes from playful to fearful in the tick of a second. One hand goes to her throat as she kicks up for the surface. It isn't too far; the simulation chosen is for a tropical reef, the water clear and relatively shallow.
However, Blackarachnia can't swim. Which means she barely breaks the surface before she sinks back down again.
//Scourge! I can't survive long under water!//
Yet she can walk around on the surface of the moon. Silly cartoon weaknesses.

Scourge looks puzzled, head tilted, as Blackarachnia freaks out over the water. That was... unexpected. He radios back, //Hnn. Didn't pick up my waterproofing, then. Simulation, command B-10 override.//
The room returns to a blank room. He taps at the console for a few moment, and soon... they're in the middle of Tokyo!
//Is rain a problem?// Because if it is, she should get a sword umbrella! Made of swords!

She might have picked up Scourge's waterproofing, but it doesn't help when parts of you are squishy!
When the scene switches, Blackarachnia drops lightly down to the pavement. She gives a good shake mainly to knock off the lingering sensation of being underwater.
//Rain is fine. My body just can't manage the temperatures and pressures of deeper waters.//
Her tone turns seductive again. //All right teacher. How do you want me?//

Aww. No umbrella made of swords for Blackarachnia.
"Hmmm, if I'm actually teaching, and we're not just tussling, I suppose we should start with grips," Scourge comments, ignoring the bustle of the city around him. He holds out his blade, just gripping it lightly with one hand. Then he grips it more firmly and moves his other hand to the bottom, keeping it slow to demonstrate what he's doing.
He says aloud, "There are many kinds of grips, but there are two main grips that I know, one for power, one for finesse. You can guess which one I favour."

As she walks closer to Scourge, Blackarachnia summons her copy of Scourge's sword. She can hold it with one hand, and even swing it, but as Scourge mentioned before, she really needs both hands to properly brace it.
She copies his grips, watching the big black tanker intently. The water scare did a lot to quiet her previous furor, but there's still quite a lot she'd like to do to Scourge.
She smirks, "You realize that once I find a way to block the drain- and I will- I am going to tackle you, right?"

"It'd be more effective if you did it before - oh. Romantic matters," Scourge realises. See, he did watch that propaganda Shockwave gave him!
In what can only be described as an awkward segue, he says loudly, "So this is a power grip," and then he adjusts his grip slightly, "and this is a finesse grip. You see how I'm holding it more lightly? I have greater control of where the tip goes," he demonstrates, "but it's easier to knock out of my hands, and my blows don't have as much force."

"Mmm, and you're all about power, so you probably don't use a finesse grip often," she says, "But for me, finesse is the better way to go. The sword is unwieldy for me as it is. Accuracy would be more important."
She shifts her grip to match her words and flourishes her sword, ending, if allowed, with the tip on Scourge's shoulder. The movement is not aggressive, almost lazy, and certainly not threatening. She expects the tanker to block automatically, though.
"Does it bother you, my being so open about my attraction?"

Scourge does automatically parry, but he does so slowly and he explains, "This is parry 3." He rotates the tip of his blade up with his wrist, not moving his arm at all, and then moves his arm laterally at the elbow, such that his blade is now moved to the outside to push her blade off to the outside and further from his shoulder.
He answers with some difficulty, "I would not say that I am bothered. I think suspicious is more accurate, but you can't blame me."
OOC Note: Scourge is not a fencer. But fencing is what I know, so I'm going to borrow fencing terms. This is no more unreasonable than electric lava, I feel.

OOC: I know nothing! So fencing terms are fine.
Scourge's parry succeeds in moving aside Blackarachnia's sword. As it does, she tries to step into Scourge, one hand attempting to hover just over the tanker's hip. If he blocks her or steps away, she'll simply cease the advance. "No, I can't blame you," she says, then chuckles, "And you should be suspicious. I am, as you pointed out, a Decepticon." Stepping back, she readies her sword again, "What would be the appropriate movement in response to the parry?"

"It could be simple. You could just like trucks, and I could just fancy some companionship with someone who isn't an inept moron," Scourge says slowly.
"But there are many things you could do. If you attacked with the expectation of being parried, you could be planning a second intention all along and counter-parry the parry and then counter-riposte before I can riposte. Or you could counter-parry into a prise de fer, and take my blade and attack with a sliding thrust. You could..."
She's reaching for his hip, huh? He brings out his, "Plasma gun!" and blocks with that. Maybe her funky drain powers won't activate on a weapon that isn't built in? Then, since she moved in, he tries to bring it up to aim at her gut. "...you could just shoot your opponent."
Something about the tilt of his optics suggests a smirk.

Scourge spouts off terms, but without demonstration, they mean nothing to Blackarachnia. The spider smirks as Scourge calls for his gun. Her own copy appears in her hand as she swings her arm to knock the gun out of line with her body and uses her other hand to try and shove the tanker backwards, at the same time trying to hook one leg around Scourge's and topple him.
"You know, you really ought to see about removing those forced vocal commands," she says, "And yes, I do like trucks- and I appreciate that you recognize that my company is worth keeping."

Scourge envies Blackarachnia, how she uses his own weapons against him without the shackles of vocal commands. As she brings him to the floor, he growls, "I'll get to it!"
Touchy subject? Touchy subject.
Touchy enough that he twists around and launches, "Barrage attack!" some missiles from his shoulders.

Very touchy subject it seems.
Blackarachnia had intended to fall after Scourge, carefully keeping their bodies from touching yet still keeping the moment intimate. Scourge's hurt pride, however, makes this impossible.
It's just a little difficult to keep things intimate when you're getting slammed backwards across the room by missiles.
She groans and tries to sit up, succeeding only in slumping against the wall. It's a good thing her armor had been augmented by Scourge's; otherwise, she might not have survived that little display of temper.
"Are you always, cough, so easy to goad into a temper tantrum?," she asks weakly, "People could, cough, take advantage of that."

Scourge rises up into his feet in a fighting posture, not taking his optics off Blackarachnia, though perhaps not in the way she wanted. He grabs his sword and stalks over to her, looming over her where she's been slammed against the wall. His grip on the blade shifts, and his optics flicker as the gears of his mind hitch and unhitch.
He could tear her to pieces for such insolence.
Scourge throws his arms up in disgust, and then he stalks away. She's right, but he can't admit that, so what else is there to do?
