Hook put an interrogation chamber into Ship. It looks like the kind of interrogation chamber that Laserbeak would have, if Laserbeak was a normally sized bipedal robot.
It has been cleaned, very recently, despite the fact that it has probably never been used. In fact, it looks like someone has put away most of the implements, making the room look even more stark and barren.
The lights are turned way up, painfully bright, showing Scourge, standing in the middle of the room, leaned over a simple table with shackles for wrists and feet. He's mopping up a pink spill on the table with a cleaning rag.
Scourge makes a call.

Tip-tap-tip-tap-tip-tap
The swiftly moving metal-on-metal sound of a robot with an oddly light (for his size) step can perhaps be heard outside. Or perhaps not, as interrogation chambers tend to be soundproofed.
The door slide open and Fleet tip-taps inside, taking three steps in and then three steps to his right so as to clear the path to the door. He stands in a sort of formal-relaxed position, pose just a bit too natural to be considered at attention, weight heavier on the right foot, head tilted slightly to the left.
"Sir?" is all he says.

Scourge continues scrubbing at the pink stain for a moment. Then, he straightens, and he lets the rag almost cover the stain, the pink peeking out around the edges. Scourge looks over the Fleetwind, and he commands, "Take a seat. Make yourself comfortable."
Easier said than done, here.
Scourge does not sit. He paces, hands behind his back, and he asks, "Now, Fleetwind. What have you learned?"

Fleetwind frowns, spying the stain. He looks at the seat, then looks at Scourge.
Well, it was an order.
The Seeker tip-tap-tip-taps over to his seat and sits down primly.
He gives Scourge a puzzled frown for a moment, then tilts his head and considers.
Finally, after a moment he answers, "I've learned that when Blitzwing gets stuck mid-transformation, it can be very painful for multiple parties," he answers.

Scourge would loom over Fleetwind, even if Fleetwind was standing. He's just taller than Fleetwind is, and Fleetwind has this odd way of looking shorter and smaller than he actually is. However, by forcing Fleetwind to sit when Scourge remains standing, he can loom over Fleetwind even more and therevy cement his position of power.
Speaking of position of power, that's why he's harassing this poor Seeker in the first place. Lately, Scourge has not been Scourge, commander of the Decepticons, answerable only to Megatron, lord of the Predacons. He can't be that here. Scourge hasn't even been Scourge, divional commander of Decepticon Intelligence, for some insane reason.
He's just been Shockwave's beating stick. When Shockwave wants a problem punched in the face, he goes to Scourge. It's nice to have people relying on him, Scourge will admit, but Shockwave is making him into a tool with one very narrow, and frankly boring use.
Scourge is better than that. He's more than that. If Starscream will let him be divisional commander of Decepticon Intelligence, Scourge had better grab that as tightly as he can before he looks to grab more.
Fleetwind, the unlucky devil, just so happens to be in Decepticon Intelligence.
Scourge takes a few steps closer to Fleetwind, hands folded behind his back, and he peers right at Fleetwind's optics. Then, he laughs - a brief, short, happy, and somewhat relieved laugh. Scourge purrs, "Oh, very good, Fleetwind. You see, that is useful information." Fleetwind has been faced with an inane question from an officer, and he's responded by showing some judgement.
Getting stuck in mid-transformation? What the Sigma is that kind of weakness? Of course, given that he has to shout loudly if he wants to use his weapons or turn into a robot, pot, kettle, black Optimus Prime repaint.
"Now. What other pieces of information do you have that can be used against our enemies or our enemies could use against us?"

Fleetwind looks up at Scourge worriedly and gulps quietly, his wings trembling just for a moment. However, when he speaks, his voice is still level and calm.
"From here in space, our current situation?" Fleetwind asks, tilting his head. He considers. "While we have more air power, I would say they appear to have more space power. Omega Supreme is the largest and most obvious problem, but there is also Skyfire and that small satellite. Meanwhile, we have Starscream and Shockwave. Not unrespectable, but typically a poor match for Omega Supreme."
"Out of space, their Aerialbot is very, very young. I daresay that he may be more agile in flight than I can, but he can't transform and stay in the air, and he's unused to the sort of underhandedness Decepticons can be capable of. That is useful, but might only stay useful for a short period of time. Skyblast, too, is my superior in agility and maneuvering, but again, he cannot transform and stay in the air, and he appears to lack my guile."
The Seeker pauses here, peering to see if more is expected of him.

Fleetwind has just delivered Scourge an extremely aerospace based summary. This may seem like an obvious thing for Fleetwind to do, given that Fleetwind is an airplane.
However, is he just feeding Scourge the obvious thing on purpose, to distract Scourge from something else?
Scourge paces, and as he looks away from Fleetwind, he confirms, "Right. So we work on the Omega Supreme issue."
Then, as he paces back toward Fleetwind, looking away him, he asks, "That was a very aerospace perspective. Is that your perspective, Fleetwind, or is that the perspective you think I want to hear from you?" or, perhaps, are those two perspectives one and the same?

Fleetwind tilts his head as he examines Scourge's question mentally. Then he peers up at Scourge.
"My perspective is a very aerospace one," he observes nervously. "While I did fly regular patrols, much of what I learned is moot now that we're in space. I have uploaded the maps to the systems, though."
His gaze then darts around the room, as though he is checking to make sure the exit hasn't gone anywhere.

The exit will not move when you are not looking, Fleetwind. Starscream doesn't pay Hook that much.
Scourge accepts Fleetwind's answer and presses on, "Where would you say we are most lacking in information?"
He's as interested in what Fleetwind thinks is important as he is in what is actually important.

"Anything on the inside," Fleetwind answers without hesitation, though his voice still trembles faintly. "We've a scarcity of actual spies, so we're trying to make due with scouts, saboteurs, and communications specialists. Our only tape is a fuel-finder and accountant, and our attempt to use a Pirate to that purpose possibly did us more harm than them. So we're left looking in from the outside and making our best guesses based on what we see."
The Seeker continues to look around the room, but not just at the obvious exit.
It's useful to have multiple escape routes.

There are probably air ducts, due to all the Predacons and Nebulans that are running around, but those might be a bit small, no matter how small Fleetwind tries to make himself look.
Scourge points out, without malice, "You're forgetting Frenzy and Blackarachnia."
So perhaps was Scourge, to be fair. He should really get them out and doing something, and he mulls over who he wants to harass first - Frenzy or Blackarachnia? They're both headaches in their own ways.
"In your assessment, what do we need to know most that we do not?"

Damn. Only one proper escape. Fleetwind glances nervously up at Scourge, then down at his fingertips.
"The weapons systems and defenses of their ship. Behind that, the most updated roster," he answers before looking up again.

Scourge considers Fleetwind's suggestions, and he comes up with one of his own, "Their goals. It would be naive to assume that they only want to stop us."
He pauses as something bigger occurs to him.
"That planet eater. We have no idea where it is."

"You asked what I thought we needed to know most," Fleetwind answers, wings trembling lightly. Their goals as they don't relate to the Decepticons don't concern Fleetwind near as much, and concerning Unicron, he's mostly interested in where the planet eater isn't.
"But I will not deny that the other items would be useful to know as well," he adds, then looks up at the exit again, as though he intends to dart for it the moment he's released.

Scourge waves a hand dismissively and grits out, admitting, "I did ask you that."
However, he's as much looking to jumpstart his own train of thought along the proper lines as he is actually interested in what Fleetwind has to say.
Scourge makes a call and adds verbally, "Hmm, one moment. Let me get Blackarachnia in here."
Hah, he's not releasing Fleetwind!
