It does not occur to Omega Supreme that Long Haul doesn't know English. He watches the tizzy over cable with increasing confusion, which Bumblebee echoes. Then, there's the order to stands stock still.
Omega Supreme does stock still really well.
At Kup's advice, he also watches the skybull's movement. After a few enraged divebombs down at the river, it flits away, after the flowers floating down the river.
Once the skybull looks out of earshot, Omega Supreme announces, "All clear."

Emirate Xaaron looks at Kup, wondering if he picked up any undue dents due to the tumble. The river has rid Xaaron of the last of the mud that was on him, anyway, and the plant juice stains from flower weaving. He waves to Kup, actions dulled and slowed by the water.
The walls of the river look pretty steep. So that means they just stand around in the water and wait for the others to find rope. Meanwhile, the other group is being menaced by, er, something.
An Emirate's life is never dull.

Kup doesn't really seem any the worse for wear. If there are new dents, they blend into the... generally rugged appearance he typically sports already. The veteran waves back and walks over towards Xaaron. Like the Emirate, he examines the walls, and when he sees how steep they are, he shrugs. If it comes to it, Kup has no doubt there are other ways out, but for now it seems best just to wait.

"Not until we get the all clear from Omega!" Long Haul snaps at Holi. He gives a desperate, baffled look to Bumblebee, but, just as Bumblebee's Terran music selection fails to communicate his meaning to Long Haul, so does Long Haul's faceless face fail to communicate any emotion.
And then Omega Supreme gives the "all clear."
Long Haul thrusts the cables into Holi's passenger side and then transforms as well. He shouts up to Omega Supreme, "I'm going with them! If something needs to be lifted up anywhere or anything, I'm prolly the best option, anyway." Well, outside of Omega Supreme himself.
Long Haul certainly wasn't going to leave pulling up Kup and Emirate Xaaron to Holi and Bumblebee.
The dump truck starts rolling in the general direction that Bumblebee and Holi had rolled in from (and that Omega Supreme had pointed to), but he moves slowly enough to let the others get around him and lead the way.

Holi visibly droops after the snap. He's just worried; he wasn't trying to upset anyone. He'd say he's sorry, but it's probably a better idea to wait until Long Haul isn't so angry. Yeah, that's probably the best thing to do.
So the Micromaster stays quiet as Omega Supreme declares an all-clear, as Long Haul hands over the cable – good thing his steering wheel wasn't in the way or anything, or that hand in his door might have hurt more than it did – and as the Constructibot transforms and gets rolling. But he doesn't know the whole way there and there are a couple of turns that threw Holi on his way back here, so he mutely takes the lead. It's hard not to just zip ahead at top speed; he wants to get there as quickly as possible. Speed is as imperative when enacting a rescue as safety! But he doesn't know if Long Haul or the yellow Autobot, who looks faster at the very least, can keep up.
"This way," he says, sounding as eager as ever but with a ring of responsibility that may not seem to fit him very well. His usual pep isn't quite there.

The yellow Camaro could go pretty darn fast, and tailed closely behind the tiny police car. When they arrived at the area that Kup and Xaaron fell, Bumblebee transformed and got the cable out of Holi. Bumblebee then lowered the cable to Emirate and Kup - nope, still different to any Cybertronian he's seen before. He offers another polite wave.

Omega Supreme watches Holi, Bumblebee, and Long Haul truck out with the cable to go fishing for Kups and Emirate Xaarons. He hears that they're biting today. Will they do the Autobots' resident fishermen, the Dinobots, proud? Only time will tell.
Sure, he could just walk over and scoop out both of them with one swoop of his claw hand, but the trio seems so excited. Far be it for Omega Supreme to ruin their fun. Complaints and the odd freak aside, Autobots usually don't rust. At least, the Autobots that Omega Supreme knows. Maybe Bumblebee has a problem like Broadside.
He does worry about the other group, but if they need him, Omega Supreme will be there. They know that.

Emirate Xaaron is underwater. This makes it a bit hard for him to hear things. While sounds travels faster underwater, it is also is distorted, so he cannot make out Bumblebee's greeting. It's just as well. He's never been off Cybertron. He doesn't speak English. All the reports he gets from Earth have been neatly translated for him.
He wonders if the water is messing with his optics, too. The yellow one is likely Bumblebee, but he looks more like an alien than a Transformer. Now, the Pretender process did spawn some bizarre looking Transformers, particularly on the Decepticon side - an undead organic-style samurai? What were they thinking? - but this Bumblebee here, while looking wholly machine, looks like a wholly weird machine. How does he even transform?
Emirate Xaaron gestures to Kup, suggesting that Kup should use the rope first. It's only polite, and Emirate Xaaron is heavier than he looks.

Kup nods back to Emirate Xaaron and grabs the cable. He would have preferred the other go up first, but this was no time to get into any stupid, "You first" arguments.
The climb isn't easy, but it's not that the cable isn't strong enough, or that Kup himself is weak. The problem is, cable often makes for a poor substitute for rope when wet, and Kup's hands periodically slip. The veteran manages to keep from falling back into the water entirely, but progress is slow, and hampered by the occasional slide back down.

Long Haul is, of course, the last of the three vehicles to drive up to the ledge, being by far the slowest of them. He transforms and notes that Bumblebee has already lowered the cable and Kup is already climbing up, so he takes the other end, the one trailing behind Bumblebee, and secures it by wrapping it around a stanchion of the guard rail, although he shakes the stanchion lightly to test its strength. The Constructibot grunts in dissatisfaction, but there's not much else to work with. He looks up at Bumblebee and Holi and gestures, "In case the line slips."
As soon as Kup climbs within reach, Long Haul reaches over and, without asking permission, grabs onto the elder. "Gotcha!" He lifts the other robot easily onto firm ground, eliciting an annoyed, "HEY!" from Kup.
River water drips off Kup, and he still has some debris from the river bed that he is brushing from him. Such activity is brought to a halt when Kup spies what must be Bumblebee. Long Haul's description of "strange lines" doesn't even begin to cover it. "Erm... hi," Kup greets.
OOC: I have abused my alts to sneak in another Kup action! Ohnoes! BTW, Xaaron, with your permission, Long Haul would probably grab onto you and set you on the ground as soon as you're in reach. Feel free to include that in your post.

Holi remains inordinately quiet as the yellow bot takes the cable and starts helping Kup out of the river. He's still quiet, though maintaining an easy expression that isn't quite a smile but certainly is no frown, as he transforms while Long Haul secures the other end of the cable. He doesn't reply to the Constructibot, just nods. He wants to help, don't misunderstand, but he doesn't want to get in the way, either. Especially not after the fiasco he nearly caused. Did cause? It's been a mess no matter how you cut it.
A few short years of practise at it are all that keep Holi from frowning as he draws himself up in front of Kup, every line of him attention-rigid save his bowed head. He can't quite bring himself to look at the elder.
"I'm sorry… Kup, sir…" says Holi quietly. He'll say the same to Emirate Xaaron, too, even if he isn't sure he can look at the golden Autobot, either, after all this.

#Hello.. hello.. hello.. hello...#
It's no universal greeting, but it'll do. Bumblebee offered a hand to help up Kup and later Emirate Xaaron, lest Long Haul's gruff lifting of them makes them fall on their faces.
And yeah, Bumblebee might appear freakish to people, but he's also wondering how the basic forms of the other Autobots could even move. Surely, some of them could only do some limited arm movement and nothing else with designs like that!

Omega Supreme nods along as Kup and Emirate Xaaron are fished out of the river, no worse for the wear. They didn't need him to handle it. He glances around the rest of the area, doing a full 360 degree sweep. Satisfied, he collapses back into defense base mode. Long Haul never finished fuelling him, and the other Autobots are in trouble. He needs to be prepared to blast off at any moment.

Emirate Xaaron sort of wraps the cable halfway around his reaching hand as he climbs, making it harder for the slippery cable to slip on him. He's a master of being slippery, but this cable just may have him beat. After several false starts, he finally makes it out with a little help from his friends. Emirate Xaaron turns to Long Haul, Holi, and Bumblebee in turns and says, "Thank you," to each in crisp Cybertronian.
He pauses at Holi and laughs. He replies, "Oh, don't worry about it. It's not your fault. Did you make the skybull appear? Don't think so. Don't blame yourself for things you can't control – you might miss the things that you can."
Then Emirate Xaaron turns to Bumblebee, shakes his head, and offers apologetically, "I am afraid that I do not speak your language."

"It's Terran music, Xaaron," Kup explains. He knows the language, and the style is typical enough of them, but he wouldn't be able to name the specific tunes, for the most part. Usually Jazz or Blaster played them too loud to actually make sense of them, anyway.
Damned kids.
Kup looks down at Holi and dips his head in a quick nod. "Xaaron's right." He really hopes no one blames him for making the skybull appear, actually. "It's not your fault." He looks around at the others. "But shouldn't we get back to the power sta- or, actually. Holi, why don't you show me where you left the tarp and paints, and we'll pick those up while the rest head back."
Despite the use of the word "why," it wasn't really a question.
