Tracks moves over when Override comes to pass, grimacing as he comes a little too close to the tunnel wall for comfort.
"My frequency? <insert series of numbers here>," says Tracks to both Makeshift and Override. "Feel free to contact me if you also need anything else." He's pretty free with his frequency, it won't be long before most everyone knows it if he has it his way.
There's a startled gasp and a flash of his headlights as they enter the cavern. "Amazing...absolutely stunning." Tracks's wings flip back out and he's cruising after Makeshift, marveling at the formations and the colors. This, he could get used to this. Tracks follows the stream for a few more moments and stops, transforming and landing abruptly on a slightly slippery bank. The water continues to flow past him into a lightly glowing tunnel. Upon closer inspection the illumination seems to be coming from a series of thin strands criss-crossing the tunnel ceiling.

Without stopping or even slowing down, Override transforms suddenly, going from vehicle mode to robot mode with a speed only exceeded by the Battlechargers and the like. She lands on her feet and skids to a stop with a screech, sparks shooting up as metal rubs against metal. This display, however, while showy, was not intended to actually show off - it's her usual method of going from traveling in vehicle mode to stopped in robot mode. Once stopped, she walks towards the edge of the bridge (there is a safety ledge - apparently the builders didn't want vehicles just falling off into the void) and looks down. Unfortunately, her headlights are now on her feet, limiting her view. "What's it like down there?" she shouts. OOC: You all are free to make up details. Just... cavey, y'know?

Makeshift flies low over the stream, transforming and landing on the bank. He kneels down, peering at some tiny, pale slivers moving through the water. Small creatures, narrow bodies, about the length of his fingers (which, granted, are long for his height). Fish. He wonders for a moment if the Maximals need organic food; this might be of interest them if they do.
The Mini-con dips a hand into the stream, watching the fish flee from the rippling water. "The water looks safe," he calls to the others. "We should tell the others about this place later. A good cleaning might help cheer people up."

Tracks carefully makes his way around the rock floor, gripping the occasional stalagmite to ensure minimal slippage.
"Now that's something I'm willing to help out with," he quips at Makeshift's words. Gingerly, he crouches down near the stream and lets the water trickle over his fingers. "Mmm yes, quite clean." Tracks grins satisfactorily and stands back up, flicking clingling droplets off his hand.
"It's a little slick, but if we could find a decent path down, this place looks like it could be put to a bit more use than the occasional cleaning."

And thus the Autobots plot to pollute the pure underground springs of Gillanan III.
Ladies in gentlemen, your heroes.
Not that Override's bothered one whit. "Yeah, we'll have to find a path down. Or make one," she shouts to the others, her voice echoing off the walls. "Right now, only you fliers can make use of that thing."
She starts visually scanning the caves, although, again, is hampered by the fact that her headlights are on her feet. Still, even with the awkward angle, she's able to spot a colorful rock formation not far from where Tracks and Makeshift are. "Now, that looks interesting," she observes, peering over the safety rail. Then she transforms and heads back towards the spot where the tunnel they came from passes into the cave. Maybe there's a way down around here...

Hey, as least we're not hunting the local animals for their pelts. Yet.
Besides, Makeshift has never set foot on a living organic world before. It hasn't really occurred to him yet that robots bathing in the water could cause Bad Things for whatever lives further down stream.
Makeshift stands, walking from the water to look at a stalagmite. To him, it's fairly enormous, wider across than his arms can reach and as thick as a Dinobot's skull. He trails a finger across the surface, tracing a pattern of greenish mold. When he pulls his finger away, the tip of the barrel has a green ring on it. "Huh. This mold is shedding."

Tracks is no Beachcomber and he doesn't quite see the harm in having a nice wash. He was only in charge of the stealing PSA, remember?
"...shedding?" One look at his hands where he'd been gripping stalagmites for support and Tracks finds himself grimacing at the layer of slime coating his fingers and palms. "Eugh! I don't know if 'shedding' is quite the word." A rag is immediately pulled from subspace as Tracks sets about to wiping his hands--and anywhere else that might have touched stalagmite any time recently.
A bit more careful of where he grips now, Tracks picks his way over to a rock formation. Not too much mold here, but he finds himself face-to-face with a large centipede-ish creature squatted high in the cavern wall. The meeting doesn't last long as the thing scurries away into a deep furrow. "And we have more native fauna..."

Meanwhile, Override is still busy with trying to get down to where the others are.
She's not worried about how she'll get back up. At least, not yet.
"This spot looks like it might have a big enough ledge to get down with." She climbs over the safety rail and, using her feet headlights, steps carefully onto a narrow - and slick - ledge. She creeps along it for awhile, then slips, sliding down partway before hidding another narrow ledge.
Then she looks back up. "Er, or maybe not."

Makeshift gives his rotor-hand a quick spin, dislodging most of the green dust. "If there's a better term, I wouldn't mind hearing it. I haven't spent much time on organic worlds before."
He walks along the bank a bit more, noting that the fish previously scared off are already returning. He nearly trips as some kind of six-legged creature with a hard shell, barely as wide across as Makeshift's spread hand, crawls slowly into his path. The creature doesn't give the Mini-con a second glance, continuing into the water. As Makeshift pauses to watch in fascination, the creature stares intently at the fish, then lashes out with a surprisingly quick forelimb, impaling a fish on a claw. The turtle-creature then begins slowly retreating back into the rocks with its catch.
Makeshift tilts his head curiously. "These organic worlds really do have life in strange places."

"Strange? I can agree with that. Though I'm beginning to think that some of these caves aren't so bad...almost," murmurs Tracks as he looks away from a shimmering rock formation with a sheepish smile.
The sound of Override's slip brings Tracks's attention back near the bridgeway. "You doing alright over there?" He takes a few quick steps in her general direction before coming to a stop. "Need any help or are you going to be fine?"

"No, I'm fine," Override answers cheerfully enough. "I'm already part way down. Might as well get the rest of the way down." And with that, she does continue downward, sometimes slipping, but usually making her way all right. Once she's on the same level as the others, however, she looks up at the ledges.
"The problem is, until things are cleaned out, maybe re-enforced a bit, I'm not sure how I'm going to make it back up." She shrugs. "We'll find a way. Just because an answer's not obvioius doesn't mean it's not there."

"At least we're not getting shot at down here," Makeshift shrugs.
Leaving the turtle to its meal, Makeshift turns to see Override continue her graceful descent. "I could give you a lift back up, but that doesn't solve the long-term issue if others want to come down here. I don't think I'd enjoy playing elevator much."

"Yes, I do think that we have the better option at the moment." Caves versus getting shot at? Round one goes to caves.
Tracks eyes Override's way down, wincing at each slip. Thank goodness for his flight capabilities. The idea of slipping and scraping down the rock face doesn't sound enticing at all. "So next time we bring a more construction-oriented bot or we search for a way out ourselves." He moves back away after giving the series of ledges one more appraising look.
"So, shall we continue our look around?" That comment is said with a slight smile and an appropriate gesture around the area.

"Well, the natives must have had a way to get down here and back up," Override points out. "After all, they built the supports," she says, gesturing towards one.
Of course, what she's not taking into account is that a way down sized for the natives might not be large enough for her. But they also must have gotten construction equipment down, too, right?
"Maybe it's on the other side?" she suggests. "You can bet I want to look around, though, after all the trouble I went through to get down here." She starts to pick and wind her way towards the stream in the middle, but mostly because that stream's between her and the other side of the cavern.
"So it's slick, right? Anything else I need to worry about?"

"A few local creatures, but nothing I couldn't throw around so far." Makeshift leaves aside the obvious; if he could throw it, the two bulks could probably just step on it. "Some of the stalagmites are moldy. That's about it so far."
Makeshift begins making his way towards the bridge supports themselves. Logically, if there's a way up, it'd be near the bridge, after all. Even if it's local-sized, maybe one of the engineers can rig up a pulley system or something for larger bots. There's the issue of finding material to do so, but they could always just use the floor panels from that muddy tunnel.
