Technically, Evac should be the one reminiscent of Blackout's build, but with off-screen characters never shown interacting with on-screen ones, anything's possible.
Blackout offers no vocal comment on Needlenose and Zigzag's outburst, although one watching closely might notice his optics rolling up slightly for a brief instant. If this had been the Xaaron they're familiar with, he'd be locked up somewhere to keep him from running, or else the dark Prime or one of his closer followers would be nearby and highly visible; the Prime shared power with no one. Besides, this one is either an excellent actor, or he actually has a spine.
Blackout actually has his own thoughts on why he's been called back, other than just being close at hand. Between his EMP generator and Sunbeam, should things go awry, they should be able to make an exit without causing any lasting damage. Hopefully it won't come to that, of course, since if things do break down, he'd be the last one able to escape. Hanging out with jets has a way of making one feel very slow.
Botanica actually speaking without shrieking psychotically and sending mutant plants to kill them causes one of Blackout's optic ridges to raise slightly. The way these Autobots seem to genuinely care about their own is rather heartening. Maybe they did find the right place after all.
Not yet verbally addressed, Blackout says nothing. He's a tracker and gunner, and he carries a boogly companion in his back. Leave the negotiations to the Commander.
Skippable.

Emirate Xaaron narrows his optics and looks at Needlenose appraisingly, as if he was looking at the Decepticon's very soul, measuring it to see if he finds it wanting. Of course, Emirate Xaaron cannot do such a thing. Of course. His words are even but edged as he replies, "If you are trying to bait me, you are doing a poor job. All the same, I will bite. I was not 'sent'. I came out here, of my own free will, as an acid test as to the nature of your intentions. You see, despite being an attention-whoring drama queen, your very alternate, Needlenose, could not act to save his life in the case of me. He would try to kill me, orders from Starscream or not."
He laughs, a short, clipped sound, and he holds his hands up, empty but welcoming. "So congratulations. You pass."
If Zigzag remains unsatisfied, that is entirely his own problem now.
Emirate Xaaron replies, "As far as engineering goes," he looks over at Botanica, smiling fractionally, "she's the lady to talk to. Tell me, do my Decepticons know your forces are here? If they do not, there would seem to be an obvious exploit here."

Oracle would have to say at the moment she is very much Not Impressed with Needlenose and Zigzag, but she would also admit the whole idea of the acid test worked pretty well. And look, no shooting. At least not so far. Zigzag at least is still the recipient of a displeased glower for a long pause before she glances at each of the others present to take in their varied reactions as well.
Seeing no reason to speak up after both Botanica and Xaaron have their say, she instead looks over the new arrivals with a less reactive and more assessing gaze. If she was putting the pieces together correctly from the database entry Xaaron had added (before it became confetti, that was going to be inconvenient), the little humanoids were Nebulons and Needlenose was a Targetmaster? She didn't know what the implications of that were, though probably worth watching out for. Other then of course the whole sentient guns thing, but that was obvious if she was right. If she wasn't right, she would just be glad she did keep quiet and didn't end up looking foolish. She had made a lot of assumptions after all.
Starscream's offer and Xaaron's idea both have interesting enough implications that thoughts of Targetmasters are relegated to the bottom of her priority queue fairly swiftly. The first because she wonders how well mixing the two groups could possibly work. The second because if they could pull something like that off...it opened up some intriguing possibilities, though it probably had a short shelf life.

Needlenose just asked a question! Sure, he was surprised. He had good reason to be! It's his gun who's being the out and out jerk.
And now? Needlenose looks mortified. His shoulders are scrunched up and his neck pulled down as though he were trying to pull himself out of the area entirely, and the lids of his optic covers shut.
Finally, he just shakes his head and looks towards Xaaron. "My sincerest apologies, sir. I... admit that this is very different from what I was expecting, and can see now that I'll have to adjust my mindset to something very different." And with that he and his Nebulans fall silent as they follow along with the others.

Botanica merely nods at Emirate Xaaron's acknowledgment. If they get past this awkward point, then she will discuss what they can and can not use regarding medical and engineering. But this is a conversation between leaders and it is not yet certain that an alliance will be formed.
So she watches and listens, still prepared in case they need to run. It is beginning to look like that won't be necessary though. As much as she dislikes the idea of joining their fates with these unknowns, politics often makes for strange berth-mates indeed.
A good thing, then, that politics seem to be Emirate Xaaron's forte.
OOC: Botanica is skippable unless addressed.

Starscream doesn't chide Needlenose any further, after all it's still perfectly understandible, and no worse than the Autobots disbelief.
He allows himself a smile of relief, and for his posture to relax a bit. "That is good to hear, Emirate. There are certainly differences between the Autobots we know, as some of my number have already inferred."
He makes a note to speak with Botanica further, as for the engineering.
"Is there anything in particular you would ask of us?"

Emirate Xaaron can and will upbraid a Prime if he feels the need. Needlenose just happened to be there with a rude gun. Now that the Decepticon is quiet, he is Oracle's concern, not Emirate Xaaron's.
He smils to Starscream from where he leans, and he suggests, "If you do have any troops who can act, I would suggest trying to infiltrate the Decepticons here and take them out while they are unaware that you exist on this planet. If they are unaware."

Ah, good, everyone seems to have accepted Needlenose's apologies.
He follows along with the others, keeping silent (and working to keep his partners silent) and listening intently, ready to speak up if he's called upon to do it, but right now the issue is who among them are good at acting, and Needlenose doesn't fit the bill.
OOC: Oracle skipped with player permission. Needlenose-3 is now skippable unless addressed or he feels the need to speak up.

Starscream nods gently. "I have a few, at least." Certainly that would fall into Barricade's territory, but he might have some others besides. "As far as we know, we have gone by undetected. If someone is able to provide a, err, character study, I'll impersonate this world's Starscream."

Emirate Xaaron rubs his chin and brings up his fingers, just so, covering his mouth. The expression that he makes at this Starscream's suggestion is better off unseen.
He replies, trying hard to keep amusement out of his voice, "For a character study on this particular Starscream, you will need to speak with with our Kup. However, lower profile switches may be a bit better. Less likely to attract attention."
Less likely to be utterly screwed up by one wrong word.

Starscream frowns. He sees Xaaron's logic, but doesn't want to order Decepticons to carry out a risky job he is willing and able to do. He does, however, notice he's trying to politely conceal his amusement. His optic ridge inclines slightly at that but says nothing.
"Well, hopefully you can offer adequate character studies on the people who are good at acting.. our experience with our Autobots is limited, and every time we meet up there seems to be more. I don't know who will know who, here."
The exception is probably with seekers, who could just show up with a coat of blue paint and noone would bat an optic.

Emirate Xaaron does not know how deep the rabbit hole of blue jets goes. He is used to pink ones and stuff like that.
He rubs his chin and replies, "Accurate enough, for certain Decepticons."
Emirate Xaaron does not clarify his amusement.

Starscream inclines his head in acknowledgment, and tries not to be annoyed by some in-joke of Xaaron's. "We will need to arrange a meeting place for our troops. If they are to fight together, they will have to at least know each other. And in some cases, forget what they think they know."
Was that last sentence spoken a little bit loudly? Perhaps in order to be directed at someone in particular?

Needlenose gets the point, Starscream!
And so does Zigzag, who opens his mouth to protest that he does before Needlenose quietly shushes him. However, he does take the moment to speak up himself.
"Whatever location we use should probably not be too open, either. They've got fliers, and I assume we want to keep our arrival hidden from the other side for as long as possible," the Targetmaster points out.
OOC: Skippable again.

Emirate Xaaron does not want to tell these Decepticons where his people are. It just goes against everything he has ever learned, dearly bought by experience.
He suggests, "A covered meeting place, then, with which neither of our groups are familiar, so as to avoid cries of ambush and foreknowledge."
