Motormaster jerks around as Bambi goes diving off the roof. "Little sister?"
That was intentional, right?
The wind pushes at him as he ambles in the direction where she dove off. The chirp of his echolocation is lost in the howl of the blinding storm. Literally blinding for him, and he has to pull up other senses to compensate for the mess of water in the air.
"Bambi!"

That was indeed intentional. This Dinobot will spite even the wind.
She hits the water with a hard splash that stings her armour. Bambi's feet make contact with the ground, and she knows that she can't use her shorter dinosaur mode, much as she loves it - the water is rising too quickly. She needs her robot mode's height.
Bambi cranes her neck upward and calls, "Water rising quickly!"

"On my way!" Motormaster vaults over the side of the roof, diving into the rising water. It jars him as he lands - the water isn't deep enough to keep him off his feet. Yet.
He struggles towards Bambi, fighting against the push of the floodwaters.

Climbed a mountain and I turned around I saw my reflection in the snow covered hills till the landslide brought me down
Strong and stubborn as the little Dinobot is, she is much, much shorter and lighter than Motormaster, even in her lanky robot mode, and she's swept off her feet. Bambi calls out, "Motormaster!"
The force of nature can bend any knee and deny any plea.

"Bambi!"
The flood is sweeping his little sister away, and no matter how he struggles, he can't catch up with her.

A dark and dangerous man is being taken away from her by the rushing water.
Bambi is not sure whether to feel sorry for herself or feel sorry for the rest of the world.
He was a good travelling companion and a son of the same source that made her.
A brother, but not.
She remembers the lightning he brought, though, and the symbol that marked him.
She remembers the news reports.
"Moto-"
The water dashes her against a rock outcropping, and she's not destined to remember much for a while.
