Scourge transforms back to truck mode, but he isn't rolling terribly quickly, mainly because hd doesn't want to make Dead End accelerate too fast, jostle a component, and keel over from his cumulative injuries. He's still missing his trailer.
Scourge explains, "Your current directions are to assist Sky-Byte and frenzy in liberating Wreckage's flag. I will catch up with shortly. Follow this path out of my sector." Scourge gives directions. "Deviate from the path, and you're liable to run into a trap. I'll catch up with you shortly."
He needs to stash Starscream's flag somewhere semi-safe, semi-truck that he is.
Dead End maps Scourge's directions onto his radar maps and highlights them. "Understood. What communications channel should I use with them, and do you know their approximate position and condition? Also, whose side is Starscream on now?"

Scourge explains over radio, //I've made Starscream an offer, but I have yet to hear back from him.// Scourge isn't going to explain more at the moment, which is that he's essentially offered to play along that this was all Starscream's idea, all along. Scourge will swallow his pride if it will hand him his victory. Verbally, he orders, "Assume unfriendly, but be cautious in engaging."
"Contact Frenzy and Sky-Byte on [frequencies]." He assumes that they're Big Machines who can change their frequencies if they don't want to talk to Dead End. They're Decepticons and Predacons here. Personal privacy is a privilege to be defended, not a right to be assumed. "Sky-Byte is engaged with the big fur ball in Wreckage's territory. Frenzy could be anywhere."
"I don't think so," Dead End says. "The mission is to retrieve their flag and return. Simple enough, I'm sure that I won't survive to accomplish it."
He revs his engine; that, at least, still works well. // Do let me know if Starscream's status changes. It would be so embarrassing to shoot him just after he joined our side... //
As Dead End drives off on the indicated route, he radios Frenzy and Sky-byte: // Greetings, comrades. I am Dead End, Scourge has recruited me to your team, I'm on my way to join the party, and I'll refrain from having any friendly fire accidents, you're welcome. //
-- Dead End is out of this thread unless Scourge replies physically.

Making sure that Dead End is at least headed in the correct direction, Scourge hauls himself off, deeper into his city. He needs to stash the captured flag somewhere, and then he has a building to climb. He's thinking the spike-lined pond would be a good place to put the captured flag.
