Elsewhere, away from the aerial fray, Scourge stands on top of a building. It is not a trapped building, but many others are. Below him, in his sector of the city, there are a number of fires eating away at the scenery, from how he wired a number of batteries in the land vehicles to overheat. Smoke curls and rises into the air.
His flag remains below, in the underground, guarded by his trailer. Starscream's pilfered flag is in the bottom of a pond, lined with spikes.
Scourge said that he would show up to assist, but as it turns out, that isn't needed. All that remains is for him to await a delivery. His attention is turned toward the most likely approach vector, and one hand is on his hip. If anything, Scourge looks bored.
Inside, he is quite ready to snap out the Sword of Fury to block a shot and dive off the side off the building, down into the haze of the smoke. Of Scourge expects betrayal; it's the foundation of victory. Hopefully, however, they too tire of this game, and Scourge will soon see a coda put to this event.

Starscream travels towards the co-ordinates Scourge gave him, in Jet form. The flag is conveniently attached to his undercarriage, as cartoon Transformers seem to be able to do with object.
He is in no way unscathed. Laser blasts singe his wings and his undercarriage is very scraped. However, you cannot argue with the results. He's got the enemy flag, and he has taken it where it is necessary in order to ensure victory.

Needlenose's voice comes over the in-game system. //Victory to... oh, pretty much everyone conscious except Skystrike. Excellent job of ganging up on her, people. Very Decepticon.//

Scourge isn't sure if Needlenose is being sarcastic or what, but he has a part to play now, and he intends to play it to the hilt. He drops to one knee and makes a sweeping bow. With humility that might even be believable, he intones, "My liege, your victory. I thank you for allowing me to play a part in it. I think your cleverness is quite evident – you tested Dead End's loyalty to you, but Sell Sword, who is a mercenary, needed no such testing."
And the world dissolves around him, exposing the bare and stark training room once more.

As the training room's default form shimmers into view, Starscream transforms and lands in front of Scourge.
It's not believable, but Starscream's not above accepting insincere praise. "You outmaneuvered my team, I commend you for that. I have learned many things about our combat ability today, Scourge." Even if Starscream didn't get to test his mettle against this black behemoth. "And you, of course, continue to impress."
Even if it does mean Starscream will have to keep an optic trained on him...

"Thank you, sir" Scourge demurs. He rises up and stands. He looks to the exit and inquires, "If I may?"
He has a debt to pay to Dead End.

Starscream nods sharply. "Of course. Dismissed." And he'll follow Scourge out as he leaves.

Scourge isn't dumb enough to go straight to hanging out with Dead End. He'll stop and do some terminally boring map reviews in his personal quarters first and maybe see if he can't get the tapes off Needlenose.
Probably not in that order.
Exuent Scourge.
