Day 21. Expansive Plains. Everyone welcome.
With a roar, Bonecrusher shoves himself to his feet, more than ready to continue tearing into Optimus Prime. He’s gone far too long without a fight, ordered to hide in vehicle mode, surrounded by those miserable humans and unable to just transform and crush every last one of them, no matter how much he wanted to. Even before arriving on that wretched ball of dirt called Earth it had been ages since he had been able to properly let loose! All that waiting and holding back when all he wanted to do was rend and tear brought his rage to a murderous broil, and now that Starscream, that glitch, has finally given him the go-ahead he is going to slagging well vent it on anything that gets in his path, including Optimus-fragging-Prime!
The only problem being that Optimus Prime is no longer anywhere in sight.
Bonecrusher swings around, searching for any sign of the Autobot he just tackled off an overpass. Or any sign of the overpass, for that matter. Or sign of any human roads, structures, vehicles, or otherwise. But all there is for miles around is grass. A flat, featureless expanse of tall, greyish grass.
His opponent is gone. He has been denied his fight, and apparently the presence of any other pleasantly attackable people or objects. The Buffalo begins to tremble with the force of his rage then throws back his head to bellow wordlessly at the brilliant blue sky, the sound echoing across the expansive plain. Reaching down, he grabs a hold of the only thing around to vent his anger on, ripping up fistfuls of grass and dirt and pitching them towards the horizon.
//Optimus Prime!// he snarls hatefully. //I’m going to find you and tear you apart!//

To think that patrol had been so quiet before Bonecrusher made his displeasure known on the radio.
There is no real pleasure in it for him, but Wreckage has made it a point on this run to ignore the roadway if it curved too much for his liking and simply plough through the high grasses. There is a long, rarely-deviating trail across the plains, grass flattened and crushed in a Stryker-sized swath. Now, somewhere out here, Bonecrusher must be doing something similar, but doing so far more deliberately. Perhaps with thrashing as well; Wreckage really has no idea. Perhaps he should ask.
He simply keeps rolling for a few minutes longer, scanning the horizon for a cloud of debris or smoke that will inevitably lead him to the other Decepticon, before he finally decides Bonecrusher might be coherent enough to answer.

Bonecrusher isn't so much blazing a trail through the grasses as ripping up everything within reach and occasionally charging after the rustling of a creature that strayed to close. Instead of a long, straight trail of flattened grass, there is a short series of wide, heavily trampled and torn up areas connected by small, crushed paths. Gillanan III has just received what may well be its first alien crop circles.
By now he has determined that he's no longer on Earth, and that while Optimus Prime doesn't seem to be here, Barricade, Frenzy, and Wreckage are along with some other slaggers he doesn't know by voice. While such a situation might confuse most people, Bonecrusher is simply converting the emotion directly into more rage and proceeding to take it out on the surrounding area. This would be much more satisfying if he had something more substantial than grass to mutilate.
Like Wreckage, for example.
Bonecrusher pauses in his attempt to pry a large boulder from its deeply set place in the ground, straightening up to stare across the plains. Wreckage has contacted him for his position, does that mean he's coming? Oh, he does so hope. Scanning the horizon, he spots something large moving through the tall grass. It may or may not be the Stryker, but it's still something for him to smash.
Relaying his co-ordinates to Wreckage, he stoops down and drags the boulder out of the ground. After all, he has to greet an old friend properly. Hefting the large rock onto one shoulder, he sets out.

The further Wreckage drives into the plains, loosely angling toward the coordinates given over radio, the more destruction he finds. Bonecrusher has certainly been here, but it seems the other Decepticon has been slowly wandering in the direction opposite from base. This does not terribly surprise Wreckage; the only sure thing he learned to expect from Bonecrusher is that Bonecrusher acts on spite and nothing else. There is no rhyme or reason.
But there is Bonecrusher some distance away with… a growth on his shoulder. No. He is carrying something. And bringing himself this way. Wreckage accelerates to meet him.

Well, well, well, so it is Wreckage. It took him long enough to get here.
There's really no winning with Bonecrusher. If someone had shown up immediately upon his arrival they'd have faced the full force of his rage at being torn away from his fight with Prime. Arrive later, and he'll be angry at you for not being there immediately for him to pummel. He hates being kept waiting.
Glaring at Wreckage as he approaches, he decides it's time to say hello. Gripping the boulder with both hands, he swings it back and proceeds to launch it at the Stryker. Not waiting to see if the rock hits, or even lands close to its target, Bonecrusher roars loudly and proceeds to charge the other Decepticon with the intent of ramming him with his shoulder, preferably at an angle that he can use to flip him. He may not be able to reach top speeds on this grass, but he can still move fast enough to hurt.

Wreckage hurries only rarely. Bonecrusher will spoil for a fight whether he arrives in the next thirty seconds or three days, so it makes no difference to the Stryker. One way or the other, he expects their meeting to go violently.
And the opening volley comes in the form of an airborne boulder. Wreckage veers to avoid it – nearly doing Bonecrusher the favour of overturning himself in the process – then transforms. For balance, he jams one hand into the earth as he slides to keep from pitching forward while his spurs rip out deep furrows and he drops his weight low, flattening himself to the ground. This will be close; Bonecrusher may still get hold of him.

Unfortunately for Bonecrusher, he has a whole lot of momentum and not the best of reflexes. Wreckage's transformation and slide takes him under Bonecrusher's lowered shoulder, saving him from being body-checked, and the hunch-backed behemoth continues barreling forward until his legs collide Wreckage. The impact sends the Buffalo into a rather spectacular trip, tumbling over the other Decepticon to slam into the ground on the other side of him, even as he attempts to take a swipe at Wreckage's head during his short flight.
Unfazed by his sudden encounter with the ground, Bonecrusher roars once more with renewed hatred and struggles up and around to face his opponent, his minesweeping arm lancing out at Wreckage before he even takes the time to aim properly.

Bonecrusher's claws scrape Wreckage's head as he goes tumbling over and Wreckage twists himself so it is his chest and cannon, not his back, to the ground. He pushes himself upright to meet the next attack, bracing himself against the impact of that long arm smashing into him. It forces him back; he had forgotten just how strong Bonecrusher is.
This really is the last place Wreckage should be, but in his own way, he has missed this. So there is a faint tilt to the thin plates around his optics and an avid brightness to the filaments when he lunges into the claw caught around his middle to grasp Bonecrusher's sweeping arm with both hands. He has every intention of trying to sling the other Decepticon at the boulder he dodged moments ago. Bonecrusher was kind enough to give him a gift and it would be remiss of him not to use it.

Bonecrusher grunts in satisfaction at the feeling of metal impacting metal, but is quickly thrown off guard as hands wrap around his third arm and he finds himself being pulled to the side. He's already gaining momentum when he comes to his senses and begins to resist the swing. Long toes dig in around the wheels of his feet, leaving long furrows in the soil, and his hands join in the fight to slow him down. He still hits the rock hard enough with his hip to crack chips out of it, and to receive some scratches and dents in return, but the impact is more irritating than especially painful.
Bracing himself against the rock, Bonecrusher pushes himself fully upright then drags his fingers up it in a shower of sparks. Clenching the tines of the mine-fork around Wreckage's middle, he pulls back on the long arm even as he lunges forward to tackle the other Decepticon, one of his other arms reaching forward to grab for Wreckage's neck.

With Bonecrusher lunging forward at Wreckage, the boulder is now empty, inviting someone to take advantage of it. Barricade, with Frenzy perched on his shoulder, does exactly that, springing up upon it to crouch like a demented gargoyle.
"Oh, look, Frenzy," he rumbles in a low giggle. "It's the mating rituals of the Front Liners. How sweeeeet. And look at how much they missed each other!"

Wreckage makes no attempt to fight the grip Bonecrusher has on him. It would be futile without drawing his blades anyway; Bonecrusher was always the stronger of them. Wreckage moves with the pull instead because if Bonecrusher wants to close, that suits the Stryker. He leans forward to duck under that hand grasping for his neck – he would not put it past Bonecrusher to tear off his head – and snaps up one elbow to drive it into the other Decepticon's jaw.
Is that a glimpse of black in the periphery of his vision? Wreckage cannot spare the time to look away and double check. Bonecrusher is inelegant but effective in his rage and strong enough to do Wreckage serious injury given a chance. Wreckage will have to refuse his angry compatriot such an opportunity.
Failing that, he will simply have to return the favour.

Bonecrusher is more easily distracted than Wreckage and bristles at Barricade and Frenzy's jibes, jerking around slightly to give them a hateful glance. He gets a painful elbow to the jaw for his trouble and stumbles back slightly with a snarl. If only he had something more substantial than grass to toss at the slagging Saleen and his jibbering parasite, but the plain wasn't exactly strewn with rocky ammo. Well, he did have something larger and heavier than a boulder to throw...
Releasing his grasp on the Stryker, Bonecrusher retracts his minesweeping arm and swings it out blindly behind him, on the off-chance that it might knock a certain smug duo off their perch. At the same time he surges back at Wreckage, attempting to wrap him in a crushing bear hug.

Aww... Wreckage doesn't love them very much! The Stryker can't even be bothered to be bothered by them! Well, Bonecrusher had been making an awful big racket, so perhaps Wreckage could be forgiven for being distracted.
Wait, this is Barricade and Frenzy. Scratch that forgiveness, cue poking.
Cue more than poking from Bonecrusher, too. Barricade barks out a laugh as Bonecrusher flails that sweeping arm around behind him, pistons and cables tensing to fling the Saleen and his partner safely upward and out of the way at the last moment.
"Aww, look, Frenzy! Bonecrusher missed us, too!" he giggles as he lands upon the boulder once again, pleased at his own double entendre. "Didn't know you swung that way, 'Crusher. Figured Brawl was more to your tastes than little us. Besides, thought a three-way was your limit."
"But if you're really feeling that neglected by Wreckage..."

How good of Barricade to catch Bonecrusher's attention. It almost makes up for the absurd idea of the front-liners coupling. Almost.
When Bonecrusher releases his hold on Wreckage, the Stryker drops, legs bunching beneath him. Servos whine and tensor cables twang as Wreckage promptly drives up to meet Bonecrusher's lunge with a shoulder-check to the chest, one leg locked, feet dug deep into the soil to brace him.
"Telling you to ignore Barricade will do nothing, of course," he says matter-of-factly. The enraged brute may well still knock him down.
