Thundercracker arrives at the coordinates Skyfire gave him and transforms, touching down. His optics scan the forest for any sign of the Autobot Seeker... and for potential trouble. If Oracle is requesting help, then the situation has to be bad indeed.
Knowing there's a fellow Decepticon out there... it raises mixed feelings. On the one hand, a comrade means a potential rescue. On the other hand... the two Decepticons he saw earlier didn't act like Decepticons. Aggressive, quick to threaten... something was wrong here...
He doesn't think long on that subject. The reprogramming doesn't let him -- overthinking just gets in the way of obedience, after all.

Looked like Skyfire had sent Thundercracker to her after all. She hadn't quite made it all the way to where she was supposed to meet him since she had paused to check her side, but she was close enough to tell he was looking for her. //Down here Thundercracker. To your left and just to the right of the group of taller trees.// She could probably get enough altitude to meet him in the air, but if she was just going to have land again she didn't want to bother. She was in a small break in the trees, so once his attention was pointed in the right direction he shouldn't have any trouble finding her and landing.
//I'm going to need a hand staying airborne, Spinister cost me a wing.// Not a fun injury for any flier to be sure, but for Oracle, loath as she usually was to show weakness to others, it was humiliating. Even more so since it was her own carelessness that caused the injury in the first place.

Thundercracker turns toward the spot Oracle indicates -- and winces when he sees the mangled stump of her wing. He knows from experience that wing wounds are some of the most painful injuries a flier can experience. And being deprived of the ability to fly... he can imagine no crueler blow.
//Copy// he replies, and extends an arm to help Oracle back up into the air.

Chuckling quietly, Oracle hooks her arm around his and uses her grip and some careful use of her boot thrusters to get an arm over his shoulder. //Terse as ever Thundercracker?// She didn't tease him any further though, instead she winced when the melted edge of her wing rubbed up against his side where she leaned against him. //See if wrapping your arm around me will help. This is really going to hurt otherwise, but mind the damage to my side when you do.//
Flying any distance wasn't likely to be fun anyway, but Oracle didn't want to hang around here any longer then she already had. Playing bait was not her idea of fun, unless it was on her terms, and at the moment the two of them made far better targets then she liked. //Lets get out of here before something else happens.//

Skyfire took his leave of Synapse's probable soon-to-be captors and winged his way along the course he'd sent Thundercracker on. Rodimus was sounding a bit... testy on the radio. Best not to fubar the other two pick-ups of the night.
He ignored the other Thundercracker's missiles--Skyfire was flying too high and too fast for them to catch up... Was that Shockwave back there shooting? Something was very wrong with these Decepticons.
"Perceptor, I do believe that was Shockwave back there reinforcing the Decepticcons. How consistant is that with his known personality profile?"
// Oracle, TC, I'm incoming. Try not to shoot me down by mistake, // Skyfire radioed. Seemingly as fast as light, Skyfire appeared on the heels of his radio message, wings spread wide in slow-flight mode as he flared for a landing near Oracle's coordinates.
// TC, change of plans. Once I'm landed, assist Oracle aboard if she's willing to ride, and board yourself. I need to blast rockets out of here and to our next pick-up; can't wait for you to fly along. //

//Yes, Master// Thundercracker replies to Skyfire, and wraps an arm around Oracle to assist her, mindful of her damaged side. It never crosses his processor to disobey Skyfire or refuse aid to Oracle -- partly because of the reprogramming, but partly because of all the Autobots aside from Skyfire, Oracle is the least hostile toward him. More than once he's wondered if her being a Seeker herself has something to do with it...
//Once Skyfire lands, I'll help you aboard// he offers to Oracle. He's not eager to board, since he knows Perceptor is currently a passenger, but once again it doesn't occur to him to disobey his master's orders.

Seeing Skyfire arrive Oracle sighed internally in a mixture of relief and resignation. Well that made things significantly easier, even if the fact she needed a ride at all chafed at her badly. Skyfire was faster then her when she wasn't injured, let alone when she was slowed down like this. //Good timing Skyfire. Sounds like you ran into some of the weirdness I encountered too. What is wrong with these Decepticons, they sure aren't acting like themselves.// Actually, the level of aggression they were showing was a lot more like them come to think of it. Strange.
Her coldly dismissive outward manner and the tone of her reply to Thundercracker were somewhat at odds, but that wasn't too unusual an occurrence in private communications. //Thank you. We should hurry since we don't know who else might be out here.// Suiting actions to words, as soon as Skyfire landed, she headed on board as quickly as she could with Thundercracker's help.

Skyfire landed, lowering his bow ramp for Oracle and Thundercracker. "Hurry. Some of them probably tracked my course, and these Decepticons may not be willing to let us go as easily as normal. I think I saw Shockwave out there tossing off a few shots!"
He did at least wait until his passengers were all the way up the ramp before starting to raise it...

Thundercracker helps Oracle aboard Skyfire as quickly as possible without further aggravating her injuries. Briefly he wonders at the severity of her wounds -- those wounds look more like the kind Decepticons have suffered at the hands of Autobots than vice versa. Either whoever attacked Oracle had panicked... or there was something strange about these Decepticons...

"There is something seriously odd going on Skyfire. I'm going to have to agree with your plan to get out of here as fast as possible, the whole place seems topsy-turvey and I'd rather not find out who else is acting out of character by getting a shot through the laser core." The fact that the ramp closed almost on her and Thundercracker's heels didn't bother her at all, in fact not being in the open allowed some of the worst of her tension to slowly uncoil.
Finding a place to settle with as little aggravation of her injuries as possible, she let Thundercracker go with an absent pat on the arm. "Lets grab that Seeker Skyblast and Slingshot brought down and regroup with the others as soon as we can. Hopefully there's some clue as to what's going on to be found." In the memory of the captured Seeker if they were lucky in fact.

Skyfire quickly re-ignited his jets and lifted off, tension crackling through his circuits. Who knew when some of these crazy Decepticon fliers might catch up? Skyfire didn't consider himself a coward, but he always did things for his own benefit, and getting himself shot up by berserk Decepticons didn't look like it would accomplish anything beneficial for Skyfire.
"Oracle, I don't figure you're up to assisting our two aerial lunatics with that wing off. You and TC get strapped in; I might have to do some maneuvering if they don't have that other Seeker subdued yet." I.e., he might have to swoop in, guns blazing, and swoop out just as fast.
And then they're off the ground and flying swiftly at low altitude toward Skyblast's last coordinates...
