Scourge puts away the Sword of Fury and calmly salutes Starscream, like a palm tree bending against the wind of a hurricane. He replies, "I think I was reacting to the existence of some Autobot's extra-violence field or superweapon. I was just about to ask Pee-Dee if they possessed any such thing, sir."
Scourge would like to just tear off Starscream's head and play jai alai with it, but that wouldn't get him very far, would it? So he suppresses his anger. If he can look like the calm one here, well... that's probably just going to make Starscream madder; it is the way of the Evil Overlord. Still, it'll give Scourge some high ground.
And look, Starscream gave Pee-Dee an out to not answer at all, even if she would have told the truth. How frustrating.

"Extra-violence field?! Do you have ANY idea how ridiculous that---"
Wait. Wait.
The frustration and rage that Starscream carried with him from the 'pleasantries' with Rodimus to Scourge has subsided. Is it possible? He's still angry that he couldn't rein himself in, but he seems to be sorting out the reason why that had happened.
"I see." Starscream folded his arms and turned to the Junkion. "Well, 'Pee-Dee'?"

"Well what?" Pee-Dee switches which of her arms is doing what in the stretch.

Scourge wants to facepalm so very badly. In fact, a little chibi Scourge that no one here can see because they're from the wrong genres appears above his head and does indeed facepalm.
Struggling to keep the growl out of his voice, he asks, "Pee-Dee, do any of the Autobots possess a device or ability that induces violence, anger, and/or irritability?"
Because if they don't, he may have to conclude that talking to her really is what does it. She's certainly frustrating enough.

Starscream is very very lucky he is from the wrong genre. He would have most likely not know WHAT to do with a chibi version of Scourge--besides freak out and attempt to shoot it dead, of course.
Starscream, also, is prepared to accept that Pee-Dee is a potent enough aggression-inducer. His fists clench together as he struggles to remember the truce.
That, and speaking to the Junkion he knows about gives him a migraine already, dealing with the Junkion from an alternate reality that he's been forced to ally himself with is not something he wants to attempt.

Pee-Dee continues to attempt to appear innocent, spunky, and possibly immune to basic social survival instincts. A careful observer, however, might notice the faint shift in her optic-light as she focuses on the two Decepticons.
The problem is, she can think of both good and bad reasons to answer or not answer the question. So, really, it came down to whether or not she wants to piss these people off or piss Rodimus Prime off.
That thought, however, makes the decision for her.
The silly pose vanishes as she crosses her arm, her expression changing in a few shifts of metal. "I am not the Security Chief, and my familiarity with everyone's capabilities is limited to some extents. Even if I were the Security Chief, there are some very skilled liars in this bunch of godded rejects. But-"

Is she implying that Scourge needs to find their Security Chief and make the contents of his head much less secure? Because if she is, Scourge can, and he will. It may be a little hard to read them after they've been dumped onto a sidewalk, but that's just a detail.
Scourge doesn't say anything. She'll probably take that as an excuse to nto answer. Maybe Starscream will say the right thing.

Starscream folds his arms impatiently. There had better be some payoff for this.
"'But'...?"

"But the Chosen of the god of war and light stands astride the world like a colossus. He carries the Ring of Doom, and he is no nine-fingered dark lord, no. His hand is unmaimed. Draw your own conclusions."1 Pee-Dee smiles a wicked smile, then turns on her heel and transforms.
As she heads away from the two Decepticons, a bit of poetry can be heard. "One Ring to rule them all, one Ring to find them. One Ring to bring them all, and in the darkness bind them."2

Chibi Scourge would be sweat-dropping in bafflement if he actually existed.
Scourge's fingers twitch, and he comments, "I think Blind Guardian sang about that?"
Of course, she's being metaphorical, so he interprets, "I think we just a got a 'definite maybe' that Rodimus Prime has an aggression-field." Scourge lets one of his hands clench into a fist. Junkions!

"Who sang about that?" And since when was Starscream meant to care about terran music?
"'Definite maybe'. Well, I suppose it's better than nothing." However Starscream has now broken Decepticon records of regretting entering into a non-agression pact with another party.
However, there is still the matter of humiliation to deal with. "And Scourge. I would hope that the next time you feel like destroying a small part of the globe--through outside influences or not--that you have the forethought to seek a place of solitude." Starscream turns his head to ensure Scourge that he does in fact mean business with this. "Do I make myself clear?"

"Blind Guardian, sir," Scourge answers. "They are a Terran heavy metal band. You see, sir, one of my soldiers back home was fond of Terran heavy metal and I-" -am being entirely too sappy by listening to Terran heavy metal when no one is looking, because I miss having my loyal, mostly competent troops all to myself- "-had to put up with it."
Scourge agrees quickly, "Yes, sir. The next I have limited control over my actions, I'll be sure to remove myself from the situation." Wait, that doesn't work, does it? Hopefully Starscream won't notice.

Starscream's optics narrowed at the half-apology. "Hnnh." At least he didn't notice the sappy Terran music remark.
He points a finger at Scourge. "If you cannot handle yourself during niceties with the higher-ranking Autobots," his pointing finger sweeps away in a 'go away' gesture, "then remove yourself from the equation. That rage and anger is going to be useful. Soon. Until then, I will be very unhappy if you sabotage this for me, Scourge."
Starscream leaves it at that. Crouching down, he launches himself into the air (anti-grav assisted, of course). Assuming Scourge has no last-second interjections to make, he'll be transforming and taking off.

Scourge answers simply, "Of course, sir."
As Starscream leaves, he crosses his arms and glowers. He's angry at Starscream and angry at himself. He can handle himself; he really can! It's that Prime.
There are only two solutions here. Either he frames Sky-Byte for something, or he kills the new Rodimus Prime. Either one sounds good to Scourge. Right now, however, he needs to talk to Hook, and he stalks off to do just that.
