And 'lo, Skystrike did blow up Slingshot's missile. And 'lo, Skystrike did retrieve Scourge from durance vile, but not Thundercracker, because no one likes Thundercracker anyway.
And 'lo, Slingshot did give chase to make sure she didn't bother Skyblast.
And 'lo, hopefully Skystrike got the hell out of Dodge.

Once Skyblast gets Thundercracker properly trussed, he grabs the spear and reabsorbs it, as if the spear had never been there.
He yells after Scourge, "You popped out of his chest! What do you expect me to think?"
Then he gets to look forward to a trip of trying to awkardly drag Thundercracker through the air. Maybe he can convince Slingshot to handle him?
Oh, right. One last thing. Skyblast flicks out a blade and tries to see to Thundercracker's radio.

Thundercracker has to boggle a bit at the sudden disappearance of the spear. He wants to learn how to do that...
Then his radio cuts out. Great... just great.
He goes completely slack now, making himself as much of a dead weight as he can. Escape seems pretty unlikely about now, but the least he can do is make things as difficult as he can for these Autobots.

Skystrike’s cockpit hisses shut upon feeling Scourge’s weight in her pilot seat.
She felt oddly compelled to try and say something comforting to Thudercracker. His radio cuts out before she could though, which was probably a good thing considering the fact that Skystrike didn’t know anything comforting to say anyways. Accelerating forwards again, the seeker takes off without another glance back.
OOC: Out of the thread pretty much.

And then Scourge was deftly seated in the blue jet--the not-captured blue jet, to be more specific.
And then he was away from this blasted desert. This encounter had been far too much of a risk to his person than he had anticipated, with no benefits to make up for it. At least he got to cut that Autobot. A Unicron-slagged shame he hadn't gotten to poison the blade.
OOC: And then, out of thread.
