Doing a slow barrel roll of her own, Oracle would have shaken her head in amusement if she wasn't in jet mode. Now wasn't he talkative? Still, like she said she would once she had his frequency, she called up the schematics he wanted and sent them over in a databurst.

Slingshot only scans over the files briefly to make sure they're what they're supposed to. He'll try to puzzle them out in detail later. Or, better yet, ask First Aid about them.
Then he takes off in a steep dive towards the ground. //So, what the heck are you doing out here? Thought you liked Skyblast.//

Oracle mirrors Slingshot's maneuver, though starting from her higher altitude makes it more like paralleling him then following. She doesn't get too close though, since she isn't used to how he flies and doesn't feeling like having to work to avoid a collision.
His question prompts a slightly confused pause. //How does my considering Skyblast a friend prevent me from going flying with you?// Hopefully the smaller jet won't mind her calling him that, but she did think they were at least friendly, and she did like spending time with him.

When she puts it that way... Slingshot pulls out of the dive, skimming just above the jungle treetops. //He was being pissy.//

Pulling up a bit earlier, Oracle flips over so she's flying upside down above him. Evidently, she missed something indeed.
//He was? Because I was going flying with you? Or without him?// She wasn't sure which part of it was the problem, though why Skyblast was upset at all confused her a bit anyway.

//No, before that. When he was being a total peacock over being a car.// And then he got upset by Slingshot verbally poking him with a stick.

Oh, alright, then she might not have missed something, since she does remember Skyblast getting rather prickly about that. //I still don't see why he'd trade wings for wheels, even for a while, though I can see the tactical value in it I guess.// But still, a car? When he can have wings? Still seemed like trading down to her.

Trick-flying is nicely burning out the overcharge in his system, and that helps Slingshot be a little bit more clear-headed.
He probably should have let Skyblast have a go at him after the downgrade comment, he decides. That always makes Air Raid happier.
... Did Skyblast say something about knowing Air Raid?

While it doesn't count as trick flying exactly, Oracle has to admit the upside down view is interesting. Admittedly it also lets her keep an eye on Slingshot while still flying above him, but that's honestly secondary.
//I believe so?// She didn't have a connection to the name so it didn't register as strongly, but she also remained there a bit longer. //Just before we left I think. Another case of same name, different transformer you think, or maybe that universe's version of your Air Raid?//

//How should I know?// Slingshot demands in minor irritation. //Their Bumblebee isn't like our Bumblebee, but their Jazz is sorta like our Jazz.//
He jinks upward towards her.

//Just wondering what you thought really.// After all he had been the one to bring up Air Raid in the first place. Well, not counting Skyblast's original mention anyway.
Pulling up slightly, she tipped sideways until she was flying wing tip down, then corkscrewed once all the way around before ending up flying normally oriented above and to the right of him. She'd flown off the majority of the overcharge by this point but she wasn't adverse to more playful flying just for the sake of it.

Slingshot twists his vectored thrust nozzles and does one of those lovely things a Harrier can do - he slides through the air to the right towards Oracle. He performs a wing over back to the left, the rush of displaced air easily felt by the Seeker.
The controlled fall sears some of the worries in his mind out. He still needs to let Skyblast get some free hits in, but right now he should just let the little jet enjoy the party. Air Raid would totally-
It didn't hurt quite as much to think his name. But his head still felt wrong, like it had since he realized they were gone.

Diving down, then pulling up and doing a full vertical loop, Oracle tries to buy herself a moment to think of how to answer Slingshot. The easy answer was no, she hadn't left anyone important behind when she had been pulled here. There was the team she was assigned to sure, but for all she was friendly with most of them, she couldn't exactly call them close and she could admit it was mostly her fault. The harder answer was if she wasn't so untrusting, there could have been someone, and for a moment she actually regretted the potentially lost chances.
But that wasn't what he asked, and even if her voice was a little pensive when she spoke, it was still decisive. //No, I didn't leave anyone important behind. My team and I, we weren't that close.// She didn't have to ask if he left anyone behind, honestly she couldn't imagine what being the only one of a gestalt was doing to both him and First Aid. She would ask how Slingshot was doing, but she wasn't sure how he'd take the question.

Badly. It's one thing to willingly open himself up; it's quite another for someone to go prying.
Oracle's response gets a brief wing-waggle from him. Not being close to your team was just... weird. But everything here was weird.
//I'm going to fly all night,// he finally says. //You sure you want to stay out the whole time?//

That having been Oracle's best guess was why she kept her vocalizer on mute. Pissing Slingshot off wasn't on her to-do list really.
//I'm not quite ready to head in, though if I do want to go back before you I'm sure I can find my way. Just...not flying alone for once is nice.// Even if the company was potentially a bit irritable.
