Rampage does indeed follow Dinobot, leading with a rain of missiles and laughing wildly in the manner of someone a few miles outside of Sanityville.

This battle is turning into entirely too much of a furball, and multiple Autobots are targeting Starscream. This is not the way he likes to fight. He prefers to fly above a battlefield, darting down to pick off targets of opportunity. Also Blurr just snatched up Mayday, and his troops are all haring off in different directions, rather than fighting as a coordinated unit. These things piss him off. All in all, the situation is entirely untenable.
Of course, if there's one thing Starscream knows how to do, it's adapt to a bad situation.
Starscream barely sidesteps Slider's photon charge, the ordnance sailing past his neck. He ignites his jets and leaps onto the wall, grabbing it and then jumping again to land behind the spotter. He whispers "Boo," as he opens up on him with both gatling guns. This maneuver has the advantage of putting him out of Scrapper's line of fire, though the more agile Rev might still be able to skate around Slider to get at him.

Shuddering was hardly a brave thing to do considering he'd leapt into this battle headlong. But considering the source, it was hardly unforgivable. Starscream was Starscream and no matter what reality it was, his capacity for cruelty was well known.
Slider's hesitation cost him as the Air Commander's bullets tore whole sections of his armor away in a hail of fire. As his systems started to red line, Slider managed to pull himself together and initiate his dash thrusters. The burst of acceleration carried him out of harms way and towards the temporary cover of a nearby alcove.

Given Starscream’s overall size, Rev could freely target him no matter where he was or who he was behind and that is exactly what she did. Paired blasters not really able to do much damage but she gave it her best. It was a race between her gun’s power cells and the Jet’s armour, no contest really, Rev was going to lose and she knew it. She really needed bigger guns or maybe a dozen extra cyber-keys. A couple of minicons and a powerlinks partner and an Energon star might be nice too.

Scrapper stransforms back to robot mode as Starsceam jets out of his firing range and attacks another Slider mercilessly.
"Now what," Scrapper asks himself as Rev readies her guns to blast the Decepticon. Scrapper isn't too sure how long she'll last considering Starscream nearly turned Slider into confetti. It seems she was thinking the same thing, given her desperate call for reinforcements on the broadband. But for now, at least until reinforcements arrive, they have to do the best they can to ensure Starscream doesn't blast them into scrap metal.
"Okay, think Scrapper, think," Scrapper mutters to himself. After about a second he says, "Yeah, I got nothin'" and runs off to aid Rev and Slider, transforming his arm into drill mode as he does. As he does he makes a quick call on the radio to Rev.

Emirate Xaaron didn't tell anyone he was coming, because he tends to just try strange tactics without warning anyone, and what he has planned is definitely a strange tactic.
So that's Starscream. He doesn't stop and stare, but he makes a run for the nearest terminal. Emirate Xaaron doesn't pause to try for cover, though he tries to keep the relative positions of the combatants in mind. He just runs, and the fact is, he's not all that fast. If Starscream is good - and of course he is, to be giving Rev, Scrapper, and Slider trouble - Starscream can shoot someone running in a zigzag just as easily as someone running in a straight line, so Emirate Xaaron might as well run in a straight line.

Screwdriver, meanwhile, opens several panels on her body and begins picking those parts she finds interesting out of the Autobot terminals and control stations and inserting them into her body. "Souvenirs!" she shouts. "Get your souvenirs!" She glances back at the fight. Hmmm. Prince seems to have the peasants under control. Maybe she should go explore the kingdom?

Ah, that's what Starscream likes to see. Bullets shredding Autobot plating. Pity Slider's decided to run away, but there'll be time enough to finish him later. Rev's shots impact harmlessly, doing only superficial damage. Starscream's armor isn't actually all that thick, but it's more than enough to repel the Velocitronian's blasters when they aren't cyber-key powered.
The Decepticon Air Commander is already stalking along the perimeter of the room, plotting how best to finish off these troublesome pests so he can move on to more important things, when something that is very important indeed runs into the room.
"Emirate Xaaron!" he exclaims. Isn't the Autobot commander supposed to be practically defenseless in combat? "You really shouldn't have," he says, retracting one gatling gun and transforming that hand into a missile launcher. He takes the time to get a good lock (really, Xaaron isn't even trying to dodge!) before letting off a volley. Typical Autobot, sacrificing himself to save his less-valuable comrades.
Once the gold-plated fool explodes, it'll be Scrapper's turn. That drill looks like it could be trouble, after all. But once they're both down, Starscream might just finish off Rev and Slider in melee. He hasn't indulged himself that way in a while. Nothing could possibly go wrong, and even if it does, he has an indestructible medic in the room.

Slider's world, for the moment at least, was filled with static and pain. The force of the assault had nearly knocked him offline and sent powerful feedback shocks into visual and audio receptors. Until his auto repair dealt with the worst of it, Slider resigned himself to hiding in the corner. Considering the state of his exofrome, it didn't sound like such a bad idea at the time. The he heard something that made his leaking coolant dip a few degrees under freezing.
"Emirate Xaaron!" Starscream exclaimed, "You really shouldn't have."
The Emirate had shown up and Starscream still sounded like he was having the time of his life. There was really no choice now. His commander was in danger and if there was one thing that had been hard-written on Slider's brain module, it was that he was duty bound to protect his commander.
Ignoring the crunching sound and a fresh stab of pain that issued from his shoulder, Slider raised his rifle and pointed it at Starscream once again. Instead of taking the precious seconds it would take to aim, Slider's weapon issued short, quick, bursts. If he didn't hurt the Air Commander, he hoped he would at least provide a descent distraction.

It looks like Rev will get all the distractions she needs to try her less than perfect tactic though it was hard for her to maintain any focus when her leader just became the target of a missile barrage. Desperation was all she had; they needed to stop the Decepticons – this one anyway – from advancing further into the Event Horizon. Her blasters folded back into subspace, she skated in an arc around the room and committed herself to a dive tackle at Starscaream’s legs from the side. With luck she’d manage to bowl him over, or he may just step out of the way with surprising speed, jump and land on her, or just not budge leaving her with a very sore shoulder and a big red hit me target on her.

Scrapper's head turns to the side, noticing Starscream shoot at Xaaron who didn't seem to be trying all to hard to avoid being hit. Scragger looks away, figuring that since Xaaron is the boss and all, he probably has some sorta big master plan. That and he basically said as much on the broadband. Looking ahead again, Scrapper sees Rev rush at Starscream's ankles. Hopefully the Con wouldn't notice and fall for their trick. Scrapper readied his drill just in case.

Looters. He'll have to worry about them later.
Emirate Xaaron is ripped into by a missile and goes down. He does not, perhaps to Starscream's disappointment, explode, although the missile, which does explode, leaves a nasty bowl-shaped wound in his back. Emirate Xaaron gets to his feet, jaw set, and stumbles the last few steps to the terminal. He stabs a datastick into it.
Synching...
There's Slider. He's very new, Emirate Xaaron recalls from the briefing.

Synch completed. Initialising.
A figure appears in the breach, behind Starscream and opposite the intrepid trio of Slider, Rev, and Scrapper, and a voice booms over the short-range radio, //Defeat: temporary.// Omega Supreme?
Starscream'll have to look over his shoulder and away from them if he wants to be sure, but there's a searing burst of light like a plasma blaster cannon going off right at Starscream's back, and if it hits, it'll hurt.
'Omega Supreme', himself, looks blurry and indistinct, almost as if he's suffered from .jpeg compression. It's very strange, but then, he's behind Starscream. Go on, Starscream. Turn your back on the Autobots.
Emirate Xaaron grips the terminal rather tightly, steadying himself. There's a lot of his own fuel on the floor, he notices morbidly.

Screwdriver is distracted from her scavenging by the arrival of a golden figure at one of the other terminals. She tilts her head and observes softly, "The Emperor threw himself into the enjoyment of the season." 1 Then she starts to approach him, steps reminiscent of those made by a child ballet dancer going through a slightly awkward phase. "Omega's" arrival gets her attention, however, and she turns her wide-eyed gaze towards the new arrival. Those wide eyes narrow, however, at the strange indistinct look. "'But he has nothing on at all!' said a little child at last!" 2 Screwdriver exclaims, before turning her attention back to Xaaron. She opens a compartment in her upper thigh and removes several disks of metal that she holds in one hand and two metal "X" shapes that she holds in the other. Both have a few controls on them of some sort. "He had all his company with him in a large box, for he was the proprietor of a puppet-show," 3 she says as she attempts flicks one of the disks towards Emirate Xaaron, aiming for his nearest wrist - should it contact, it will attach itself. 1 The Story of Princess Hase2 The Emperor's New Clothes3 The Puppet-Show Man

Starscream turns as Slider fires at him, bringing up an arm to cover his face and presenting his left side to the Autobot. He makes a much smaller target this way, (Doritos are really thin if you turn them on their side), but some of Slider's shots still connect. Burst fire is nice that way! The jetformer grunts in pain.
Rev and Scrapper, having different life experiences, know lots of things Starscream doesn't. Scrapper knows about structural engineering; Rev knows about cyber-keys and racing. Neither of them knows that Starscream can hear everything they say over the Autobot broadband at the moment. When the Velocitronian dives at his legs, Starscream sidesteps and converts his missile launcher into a rotary saw, swinging it in a wide arc that's aimed to cut Rev's legs out from under her.
And then Emirate Xaaron pulls his little parlor trick while Starscream is distracted with his insignificant Autobot minions, and 'Omega Supreme' shows up and 'shoots' the Air Commander square in the back. His HUD flashes system warnings and pain shoots through his torso. He doubles over, coughing. The energon he expects to see doesn't disappoint as it flies out of his mouth and leaks from the wound in his chest, the wound he's even now clutching.
"I'll take you with me!" he shouts defiantly, hand reconfiguring yet again into its gatling gun form to shoot 'Omega Supreme' in the face.
Lord Starscream, Decepticon Air Commander, has been distracted by the appearance of Omega Supreme for a few seconds now. In combat, that is entirely too long to let one's guard down.

Go down! Slider whispers to himself as a few of his shots connect and manage to actually wound 'The Screamer.' Go down!
The spotter would have kept firing away if Rev and Scrapper hadn't enacted their plan. He pushed his final round wide as both charged in. In hindsight he should have kept firing, instead he was treated to a show of almost precognitive skill on Starscream's part. Despite that, faux Omega seems to have better luck as it nearly brings the air commander to his knees.
Slider didn't need more of an invitation than that. With one mental switch his view transfers to his rifle' scope, it's yellow tinge doing nothing to hinder the red targeting reticule that hovered over Starscream's wounded chest. One good shot was all he needed and he had it. Slider fired and then... Nothing. No recoil, no burst of light. Only the spark snuffing word that flashed into view.
Reload.
With a hiss of curses that would make Unicron blush, he rammed a new charge pack into his weapon, knowing very well that he'd probably missed his chance.
