"Thank you, Omega," Elita says when the Guardian says he will speak normally. As he is speaking, she clasps her hands behind her back and paces, ending up next to the jury box.
"So, they pretended and lied, not only to draw you away from a prime target, but in an attempt to destroy your very self and make it over into something else. Someone else."
They partially succeeded too, but she isn't going to point that out.
"Omega, could you explain for the court what the Robo-Smasher was? And what it did to you?"

"Reprogramming device," Omega Supreme says curtly. He extracts a fuzzy image from his own memory and displays it on the screen of a datapad. It's a monstrous, bulbous thing with tentacles and torture implements. "Connects here." He swivels his head all the way around and open up a small hatch in the back of his head. "Removed my capacity to feel anything but hate. If it had finished the job," he glares over at the door, "it would have re-ordered my emotions and loyalties instead. It cannot be undone. Ask Perceptor."
If it could be, Ratchet, Wheeljack, and Perceptor would have figured out something eventually.
"Healing is slow. Almost impossible."

"Thank you."
Elita moves back into the room.
"Omega, do you know if the Constructicons acting under someone's orders or acting on their own when they used the Robo-Smasher on you?"

"Orders: Megatron's," Omega Supreme answers curtly. Yes, he blames them for doing something under orders. However, Omega Supreme would gladly kill Megatron if he had the chance, so he doesn't feel he's being unfair. He'll kill the Quintessons that made the robo-smasher, too. Omega Supreme doesn't know for sure that the Quintessons made the robo-smasher, but it seems like the kind of work that they'd do.
They built him, after all.
