Override doesn't nod in response to Sentinel's order, because that would make it look like she's deferring to him, and even if she really is deferring to him she can't look it. She does give an indulgent smile to the others as they take their places and play their parts, acting for all the world as though she's completely used to being deferred to. She turns back towards "Pinky" and swaggers up to the bird-like robot.
"All right. We're going to challenge, but we've got two conditions. First, we only want to fight volunteers. No forcing anyone to come out against us. Second, we want the cure up front. Whether we fight and win or we loose and you get the guy, we'll still have met your requirements, so we don't want to make our people wait on it any more than we have to. We'll send one of ours back with it." Maybe Jetfire or Jetstorm are available 'off screen' so no one has to leave the thread? (Or maybe once they have the cure, the scenario will be declared over.)
"That sound fair?"

Elita continues to play the role of the young deferring and learning from the old. So does watch Mirage carefully as the spy moves back to the rear of the company. The spy is an odd one.
//The point you keep missing, Skyfire, is that morals and ethics are extremely relative, varying from person to person, not just society to society.//

//To break the fourth wall here just a bit - when Kup ran into these guys, he didn't just hand over the prisoner, either,// Sentinel Prime admits, //but I'm not telling you what he did do until we're done. I want to see your problem-solving skills, not how well you can rehash a play. That's why I've kept myself back a bit. I know what I would do,// and he's not saying that, either. //Jetfire and Jetstorm can take the cure back.// They're not being animated to save on the budget. //Unless any of you want an out now?// Sentinel Prime turns a speculative, surreptitious glance on the others. It's not a failure, per se, if they want an out now. Knowing one's limits and being honest about them is more valuable than forcing oneself into something one can't really handle for the sake of trying to impress someone. Sentinel Prime should remember that more, himself. 'Pinkie' declares to Override, "Mine will face you. We are not afraid. The Matriarch's will be there, too." - - - OOC: What I would like to do is a jump-cut to the arena fight, and when we do that, I'd like to montage that a bit, so that this doesn't drag out too long and they can have a discussion afterwards. Any objections?

Skipping Skyfire due to timeout. Also, skipping to arena per PM from Sentinel.
Mirage waits in an alcove of the arena along with the rest of the group. The spy is leaning against the wall, arms crossed in over his chest, and keeping a slight distance from the group.
//I assume we will be given a set of rules for this engagement? Though since it is to the death, perhaps there are no fouls that can be called.//

Optimus racks his processor to try and remember every story Kup's told him, but he doesn't recall ever hearing this one. It's no surprise, it isn't a particularly pleasant scenario.
For now, he waits, steeling himself for battle.

//Pretty much, Mirage,// Override answers, pacing, though not from fear. More out of eagerness - she's a gal of action, and that's one thing that this mission has been lacking so far! OOC: However, as we're pretty much all bogged down in other things, that's one thing we won't actually see here. The mission has been accomplished, in that the cure has already been sent back to the other Autobots, so we won't be playing out the fight itself. For those wondering, it's been established from the beginning (as per discussion with Sentinel's player and with my agreement, as Kup's player) that Kup resolved the situation with a challenge as well, but resolved the issue by embarrassing their leader figure by refusing to kill her, then ordering the natives to get their slag in order. Afterwards, he hightailed it off the planet, since the queen then wanted to marry him after her defeat. It's one of those cultures. Kup just didn't need any more wives.
Oh, wait. Did I say "more"?
