Of course Sentinel Prime has a proper last will and testament on file. He never expected that it would be accessed, in his own egotistical way, but it's proper, and because it's proper, he did it.
Most of his personal effects are left to the Twins, as the closest thing to younger kin that he has. They're getting a bunch of energon steins from Maccadam's, assorted medals, and an allotment of construction equipment calendars such as Bulldozers Get Dirty and Daisy Etta Goes Wild. A few other junky items.
There are enough Elite Guard training schedules left to last for the next million years, with annotated notes.
He politely asks for Botanica to please look after his tree, because he doesn't trust any of these goof-bots to know what they're doing.
His e-books are left to the Autobot/Maximal library to be used in common. They're mostly on martial arts, military history, tactics, strategy, and aliens. Mostly dangerous, unpleasant aliens.
There's also a note that is password-locked, just for Optimus Prime. The password is, of course, "Br0k3n_L4nc3", which Optimus should be able to guess easily enough.
Sentinel Prime appears, apparently in his room, because he's sitting on his berth, and his meticulously tidy radar-farm-like bonsai tree is sitting on one of the shelves. His hands are folded in his lap, his back his straight, and he looks prim and proper and more than a bit uncomfortable. Sentinel Prime tries to make light of it, opening, "Y'know, buddy old pal, I never figured I'd be the first to go. You're reckless and undisciplined, after all, and you don't have the kind of training that I do. But you know what they say - the good die young."
So again, why the slag did Sentinel Prime die first?
"There's a lot of things I could say and a few I probably should, but here's what you're getting. You might have noticed I've been acting a little... friendlier lately. Elita-1 did tell me to be more friendly with you. That's true. What I didn't mention, because you never asked, is that Elita-1 borrowed the reprogramming powers off Omega Supreme and made sure I'd be friendlier to you. She tried, anyway. What Elita-1 succeeded in doing was damping my emotions. Don't get me wrong, you're my pal, that's real, but it's... not much, because I don't feel much of anything at all. So I can't hate and be bitter and jealous and xenophobic as much as I used to."
"Perceptor noticed. That's sort of his thing. Botanica did, too. I didn't tell them who did it to me, and told them that I asked for it and wanted it, so I could fit into this society better."
Sentinel Prime leans forward, losing some of his properness, taking on a more casual, conspiratorial tone, and he continues, "But I lied. Elita-1, eh... forced me. A bit. The security tapes are gone. You'll just have to take my word on it, and you, Optimus Prime, of all Autobots, know about what my word is worth. Still. I haven't told a spark because I didn't want to get Elita-1 in trouble. The brig's no place for her, and I... owe her, anyway."
Also, it was nice blackmail material to hold over her head.
"I'm telling you now, because if I'm dead, you have to look out for her and for what she might do. There's a monster in that girl, and you have to make sure she never lets it out on another Autobot again. Or a Maximal. Maximals are important, too."
"See you in the AllSpark, I guess?" Sentinel Prime shrugs, and the video ends.
