"It is like grass, but it is not grass," Spy Shot says helpfully. "I like green."
He also likes gold, especially shiny gold. It's very pretty. However, he starts trying to peel the gold stars off the ball so he can relocate them to positions that will block his view less.
"Oh," he says to Holi with slight disappointment. Curiosity quickly takes over. "What sort of heroes from Earth?"

"Eh, green's all right. Kinda cheery, if you think about it. Always so dull. Dull, dull, dull, deep space is! Not that I've had to spend much time on a transport, mind you. Interstellar ship, I am! Seeker! Proud heritage, that!" he declares, thumping himself on the chest with one hand.
A small panel drops away and tumbles to the floor.
Jetfire joins that panel a moment later, flopping gracelessly onto the floor amidst his new patch of astroturf to run his fingers and toes through it. He even bends down to let it tickle through his "whiskers" for a moment. "Feels good on the filaments, it does. 'S good!"

As the consensus seems to be that the turf is fine as-is, Holi leaves the subject be despite his lingering confusion over the matter. At least the subject seems to be changing, and maybe he can put the whole scare business out of mind.
"Well," he starts to answer Spy Shot quite honestly, "this hero is called Gilgamesh. He has bad things about him as well as the good. He was a king, and the gods had to send him a friend so he wouldn't be cruel to his people. And he did a lot of things that made the gods angry. But according to this, he's still a hero. Maybe the gods weren't good people, either." Holi pays much more attention to the heroes than to the pantheons. "There are lots of others, though," he goes on, warming to his subject, "of all different kinds. Some are better," that is, more like Holi's ideal of a hero, "than others. Heracles slayed many dangerous monsters, but some of them were to make up for crimes he'd committed." He flips through his files so he can show an image of the Greek legend to Spy Shot.
He can go on telling Spy Shot stories about heroes all the day long at this rate.

Spy Shot pauses in his star-relocating to ruffle the astroturf a little in imitation of Jetfire, confirming that it does feel rather nice. Returning to his task, he comments to Holi, "It was nice of them to send Gilgamesh a friend even if he made them angry." He stares at the picture Holi shows him, then tilts his head to one side. "Who are some of the heroes who are better?"
Peeling off another sticker, he lifts it up to offer it to both Jetfire and Holi. "Would you like a star?"
OOC: Shall we wrap this thread up?

They're both such adorable little lads, they are. Jetfire watches them both indulgently as he flops to a seat on his newly turfed floor to watch Spy Shot rearrange his stars.
"Gods? Been mistaken for a god once. Silly meatsacks, all dancing around my feet, hoopin' and hollerin' with their fire torches and pointy sticks," he remarks with a shrug.
"Always meant to go back and check on that world," he adds thoughtfully, stroking a hand through his whiskers.
"Wot? A star?" He bends down to peer at the gold foil decal, then grins and nods, pointing to a spot right on his cheek under his left optic. "Sure, lad! Right there!"
ooc: a wrap is good with me.

Before he continues his vicarious storytelling, Holi considers the star issue. He'd have to climb down, or Spy Shot would have to come up here. So he smiles apologetically.
"Maybe some other time," he allows. "As for another hero, there was a different king…."
OOC: Good with a fade/wrap.
