GAME START
The first group of characters woke up on Gillanan III to find an empty, abandoned world. As more and more Transformers arrived (the live ones, anyway) the factions got their separate bases up and running, and they investigated the planet. Unicron's presence in this universe was discovered by accident during the investigations.
It was later learned that the rocks pulling everybody in were pieces of Cybertron. Plans were made to get off Gillanan III and search space for further evidence of what happened to their homeworld. Then everybody's evil Autobot or heroic Decepticon alternate-universe selves showed up. There was a big battle; people died. The duplicates returned to their universe, and the survivors on Gillanan III readied for departure. Some stayed behind. (NOTE: This corresponds with characters who have been dropped, or timed out of play.) The rest went into space.
The first stop was the planet Pz-Zazz. Shenanigans were had, lives were gambled with, and the Autobots may have planted the seeds of change on a seedy, filthy world.
After another brief stint of uninterrupted space travel, the two ships came to Earth – the Decepticons arrived first, and got busy making things more difficult for the Autobots. The Autobots then showed up and did the things Autobots usually do. There was an away mission to Titan, and a later rescue run/away mission to a besieged location further out in space.
Those investigating the attack didn't get involved in most of the Transformers suddenly becoming humans.
