Crankcase refrains from commenting that Lyzack wears her authority well – she looks different somehow than she did when this conversation began – and instead nods, bowing his head to her command. He assumes it's a command, at least. Why would it be anything else? He's a disposable operative; he's good at what he does, certainly, and that mean she can go on being disposable for a long time, but why wouldn't she issue him orders? It's why he's here.
//PERMISSION TO REST BEFORE RESUMING OPERATIONS// he requests without looking up. Receiving orders and acting on them is something that makes sense. It's comfortable. Crankcase can manage that.

Lyzack looks, ever so slightly, like her brother.
Is she also prone to the mental breakdowns under pressure?
"To rest would be wise," Lyzack says, giving Crankcase tacit permission to go nap.

That certainly sounds like a dismissal. Crankcase nods and waits just long enough for propriety's sake should Lyzack say anything else before he stands. He won't stay a minute longer than absolutely necessary; the chill makes his whole body ache.
OOC: Skip? Fade? This can be Crankcase's exit post in the latter case.

Lyzack finds it immensely weird and uncomfortable, but she recognises that Crankcase is expecting to be dismissed. It is the sort of posture that she herself might wear at times - though usually, her spine is a bit more broken than his, metaphorically speaking.
So Lyzack says slowly, as if rolling the taste of the words on her tongue, "You may go, Crankcase."
OOC: Probably fade, unless you have any good ideas. I need to track down Slugslinger for a scene of yanking out his spark, still...
