Metatron moves in the direction of shots being fired. This is not a sensible thing to do, but Emirate Xaaron often does things that are not sensible when on the front lines.
So she comes across Agent S and some goons.
Uh. Whoops?
Metatron commands, "You really feel like murdering your boss some days."
He looks like a goon! If he tries to go kill Slaughter, that may buy her some time! She has no idea who he really, really is or who is boss actually is...
This is more awkward than she knows.

The problem is, Agent S's "boss" is Simmons (though for a moment the image of a golden robot comes to mind, then a purple robot), and while there are days when he really feels like murdering him (them?), he's not exactly available.
But then, for some reason, one of those three images in his mind, the golden robot, layers over the reality of Metatron. He narrows his eyes and clenches his right hand in a fist. "Yeah... yeah... tired of giving up myself for nothing," and he lunges towards her, making a grab towards her throat.

"You really feel like murdering your boss some days."
Metatron's voice resonates in the one-room spaceship, reaching into the small engine bay. Guido? Guido inherited a smouldering resentment for everyone smarter and higher up in the foodchain than him and an amoral willingness to frag annoying bosses. He also inherited Duskwing's low cunning.
Why'd he want to work for Lord Slaughter, anyway? Guy was just another megalomaniac nutjob who didn't count his troops as more than ants under his feet. Well, here's one ant who has had enough!
Guido looks over the cables connecting the engine controls to Slaughter's hand controls and smirks. He rummages around the toolbox mounted near the engine until he finds what he's looking for.
"Aha!" he says, lifting out the insulated cable-cutters. They're wicked things, with a double-hinged jaw, designed to shear heavy stuff like telephone cables. He quickly tucks them in his belt, and looks around, resting his hand lightly on the shotgun.
No one's looking at him at the moment. Guido considers the engine cables and frowns slightly. Better get one of the maneuvering controls first, then the throttle. Carefully, he wiggles out of his position in the cramped bay and creeps toward the giant pilot's chair....

"You really feel like murdering your boss some days."
Seraph often feels like murdering a lot of people at her job. She tends to resist the urge, because it would make her sister all flustered and stern. But at this moment, she gives serious thought to it.
But none of them are here, and slag that's Metatron! Getting attacked by one of Lord Slaughter's goons. After Metatron gave a command; crap, someone who is immune to her power means Seraph needs to step in.
Seraph punches out with an energy blast powerful enough to sting even as she dashes towards the goon.

OOC: Skipping Lord Slaughter due to timeout.
Metatron struggles in Agent S's grasp, realising that something very strange has happened here. Since when does Metatron have a faceless mook that calls her boss? Gasping for breath, she hisses, "No! I'm not..." she pauses, "...you will tell me who you are. Really."
Because if this is some lost Autobot? Seraph walloping him will be less than ideal.

A part of himself that Agent S isn't even aware of answers for him. "I'm Pu-"
And then he's punched with a stinging energy blast from Seraph, which knocks him aside and against the wall.

Judging from the sounds of chaos, his troops have already encountered the intruders. Octavian wonders what they are, even as he preps his rifle, setting it to 'stun'. Probably more meddlesome heroes.
He is interrupted from his thoughts by a distorted echo that rattles his senses and makes him collapse against the metal of the chair. "What in the name of-!?" He growls as he brings a hand up to nurse his head, as he suffers the inevitable result of two clashing attempts at mind control. For now, it hurts too much to go after the heroes, or notice Duskwing creeping up to the chair.

Snip! Snap! Guido quickly cuts one of the control cables that runs behind Slaughter's chair and then sidles back to the engine bay, where (snicker-snack!) he cuts the throttle cable, locking the engines at their current setting until someone takes over the manual controls. Then he slips the cable-cutter back into the toolbox, looking as innocent as possible. Just doing his job, watching the engines...
A quick glance around: Metatron and one of the goons are fighting, the other goons are doing whatever--aiming shotguns at Slaughter? Guido wonders what the hell he missed that pissed everyone else off. Either way, no one is looking at him; time to make his escape.
Guido heads for the airlock; Lord Slaughter is a ground-pounder and can't fly, so he'll just leave the boss to his fate and---
The airlock yawns open and Guido Ala suddenly grabs the edge of the hatch as he jumps through it and hangs on for dear life. It's a very long way down and HE CAN'T FLY! He doesn't have boot jets or wings! "WHAT THE SLAG IS GOING ON HERE??"

"Stay the hell away from her!" Seraph punctuates that with lighting up her hands, auras of energy crackling around her skin. "You try anything funny, I'll drop you where you stand!"
Or punch him in the face, or get shot, or whatever. Details.

"You and I are going to discuss this later," Metatron says sharply to Punch. She looks to Seraph. "Seraph, he and I had a... misunderstanding. Now, we worry about Slaughter and what he's going to do with this craft."
Are they losing altitude?

Agent S... Punch? Why did he think of himself as Punch? Stray thoughts of another life nag him, but now's not the time to deal with it. He shakes his head and pulls himself to his feet, grumbling, "Trippin' all over ourselves while Slaughter..." He blinks as he realizes something. "... Dives this thing? We makin' an attack run?" He turns and darts into the single main-room (when you're human-sized on something built for things Transformer-sized, every pipe, duct, and cable-run adds an extra turn and hallway). Since he's no longer trying to be stealthy, it's probably that Lord Slaughter can notice him at this point.

Thanks to Duskwing's meddling, the aircraft is most certainly starting to plummet. Something that Octavian realizes with a scowl as he looks at the cables. He doesn't know who did it, but he will find out and strangle that mook!
First, though, he has other matters to take care of.
Three blasts, and the goons are send flying against the wall and are instantly knocked out. Then, he rounds the chair, spots S, and snarls as he raises his gun, immediately opening fire.

Meanwhile, Guido clings to the edge of the hatch and slowly pulls himself back on board. He thinks of himself as reasonably fit, but pull-ups are still hard work. Fortunately, the burden of his own weight is lightened considerably by the negative Gs as the spaceship dives for the ground--
"Slag me sideways wit' a bent turbine at max RPM! Dis is not good, not good at all." Guido clings to the handholds inside the airlock as the diving ship turns the forward bulkhead into a sloping floor. Maybe one of the capes inside can fly and get him out of here? Good guys got to rescue people that ask for help, right?

"... Okay then," Seraph says dubiously. She's sure this all makes sense to someone. Probably Metatron.
Seraph darts after Agent S, instinctively kicking off from the ground when she catches sight of Lord Slaughter raising his gun. Frankly, she's going to have to trust Agent S knows what he's doing. Instead of rescuing him, she floats a few inches higher and flings energy at the supervillain.

Metatron is going to trust Punch to know what to do in enemy territory.
She's been doing that for years, anyway.
A thought occurs to her as she sizes up the fray, and she calls out, "Seraph, shoot out the floor under Lord Slaughter!"
Then they just have to worry about crashing.
