Slag was hoping for the Decepticon to run in fear. Instead, he gets slashed across his back with a rotor blade.
Hey, that actually hurt! Now Slag has a few deep slices taken out of his back, however he doesn't let that damage stop him. Slag turns to face the Decepticon once more, pure malice in his optics. Rather than say anything, he breathes out a massive gout of flame towards the Decepticon, attempting to melt him down to Slag's namesake.
As always, he's completely oblivious to any goings on around him. All that matters is destroying this Decepticon, anything else can wait until later.

Eye-Fire has without luck been looking for something tall to perch on and snipe. Sure, there's a large comm tower, but it'd take him out of the battle too long getting there. Instead he's decided to wend his way towards the zoo, prowling for targets of oppurtunity or other Decepticons to help out. He's found both.
That Blackout Character is fighting another of the Dinobots, and some tank is apparently having difficulties with.... something. Right now he has a target to fill with holes.
Charging onto the scene sideways in his using his antigravs to keep him up, Eye-Fire looses three shots at Ironfire before zig zagging backwards between the cages. He hopes Blackout will be able to handle Slag until this tank is out of the picture.

What is it with these Autobots and fire?
Blackout takes a step back from the searing flames, ignoring the rising alerts of his heat sensors and damage reports. This has dragged on too long. That telltale light flashes from inside his torso again, followed by the bright wave of his EM pulse flashing through the air. If he's noticed Eye-Fire, he gives no indication, although the sniper is probably far enough away to be safe.
Scorponok lets out a chittering screech as the rifle shots impact his rear quarter near the base of his tail. He's not as tough as his master; those smaller shots will add up. The little bug dives back into the ground, drilling claws giving off a piercing cacophony of stressed metal as he bores his way through the paving.

Fire? It's part of our names, Blackout. It's part of our burning courage that leads us to go beyond the impossible. Or something. Ironfire enjoys her super robot, along with her less fantasy-y sci fi.
"Megatron's socks!" She cries as Eye-Fire (the Decepticons have their share of fire, too!) shoots her. "Not another one." At least her shots at the other thing hit true.
"Oh Galvatron's suitcase...." The EMP goes off again, and she stumbles again. It's potentially deadly, now, if the 'cons take advantage of her damage and out-of-it state.

Slag was hoping to incinerate this Decepticon, to leave it a smoldering wreck.
Then it has to do something and Slag finds systems shutting down. The triceratops stumbles backwards a bit as his systems start to reboot, giving Blackout a chance to counter attack or retreat.

When Eye-Fire sees the EM pulse, he pushes his antigravs to their limit. He manages to outrun the wave by a healthy margin, but makes a note that Blackout is not a Team Player.
Now that he doesn't have to worry about falling out of the air, he can instead concentrate in putting holes in Autobots. Transforming into his rifle mode, full sized, he takes careful aim at Ironfire. He holds the shot for a couple of seconds, taking extra time to ensure his lock on is accurate, as he's going for broke and aiming at Ironfire's head. Either he hits and essentially blinds her, or misses and Blackout probably decides to use him as a club.
He fires. The purple, glowing bolt races out of his barrel on its way to intersect with an Autobot. He muses for a secound as he watches the bolts flight. If he does manage to incapacitate her, and slag is taken care of, maybe he'll have an Autobots head for a hand puppet after all...

It's not that Blackout isn't a team player, it's more that he didn't really know Eye-Fire was there. He's not above accepting backup when there's a mission at stake, but the sniper didn't announce himself, and a Dinobot breathing fire in your face is pretty distracting, after all. His first indication of the presence of another Con other than Scorponok is finally noticing shots fired at the downed tank.
Of course, he can't be sure how long the EMP effect will last on Slag, so he has no time to take a look. Instead, he puts a call out over the broadband. //The assist is appreciated.//
Meanwhile, he revs up his rotor weapon, slashing down for the Dinobot's nearest shoulder. As much as he'd love a body count, that power plant isn't likely to destroy itself, and a head obviously built for ramming will have better armor on it; incapacitating the enemy enough so he can't follow and fight well will have to do.
Scorponok, meanwhile, bursts out of the earth again, skittering across the metallic ground. The boogly little bot spins around, lashing that wickedly-pronged stinger for Ironfire's remaining shoulder cannon. Of course, if she moves enough to dodge Eye-Fire's shot, there's a chance of Scorpy's tail taking the hit instead.

Sometimes, dumb luck is the best thing of all. At that is what exactly happens here, no other way to explain it. Just as the shot comes at her face, her foot slips and, balance systems not yet online, she crashes hard to the ground, just in time to see the bolt rush past her. For the same reason, the scorpion misses Ironfire's cannon, but does tear a chunk out of her armor. He's (she assumes he's a he) not positioned right for her to hit with her remaining cannon, so as her systems return to functionality she swings a fist up towards him.
Ironfire fires several shots, likely entirely ineffective, but she can try, in the direction of the sniper shot's origin.

Slag regains control of his body! And just in time, for that large rotor weapon is coming down. Slag turns his body, allowing the rotor to add yet another large gash along his back rather than hitting his leg, and then transforms.
Of course, Slag isn't transforming for no reason. Sword in hand, he lunges at the larger Transformer, attempting to impale him right through the chest. Also, he's grinning madly.
Slag has wanted to fight a Decepticon for a while, and this one is putting up a good fight. Slag likes that. Now he just hopes he'll make a good smoldering wreck as well.

An extremely heavy thump on the roof of the small hydro-plant next to the battle heralds a new arrival. The landing is so heavy it dents said roof, and the clangs as the person who landed there walk to the edge echo loudly.
It seems a Rodimus Prime has landed on the roof after a jump, but where did he jump from?
The Prime crouches at the edge, one hand resting casually on his knee, and looks down, glittering red eyes dancing above a wide, smug grin. As before, he seems to shine in a way that tricks the eyes, makes the area surrounding him look darker. He snorts with amusement. "Having a bit of a problem, are you?" he asks, but who is he asking? The Decepticons, or the Autobots?

You cn generally tell who the egotistical and insane sniper are because they'll shout something like "He made me miss! I"LL KEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLL HIIIIIIIIIM!" Whenever the idiots mis a shot they should have made. Eye-Fire isn't insane, but he is neither happy that he missed because the damned bot fell over. He'll make sure the next one doesn't.
And then the Evil PrimeTM shows up. Or at least he thinks its the Evil PrimeTM.... Yeah, he's more or less sure the normal Prime can't bend the very light to his will.
Banking to the left, and coming closer as he neither wants to hit this Evil PrimeTM nor miss a second time, Eye-Fire transforms into his robot mode for better maneuverability and fires two more shots off at Ironfire. He shall have his trophy

So this Autobot has a torso strut. Excellent. Too many of the Autobots from Blackout's world had a tendency to try to slip away at the sight of the Lord Protector's hound. It's refreshing to find one not only willing to stand and fight, but able to back it up.
Blackout manages to sidestep just enough to avoid getting impaled through the spark core. Cockpit glass shatters as Slag's sword digs into his chest, slowed enough by Blackout's force field to avoid critical damage. Still, it's not pleasant, and the big Pave Low lets out a snarl of pain and rage. One hand snaps up, aiming to grab Slag's arm and hold him fast, while the other swipes up for his midsection with that whirling rotor.
Scorponok lets out a grating yelp as Eye-Fire's shot glances off his tail, scorching it and taking off a prong to one side. Whirling around to bring his claws to bear, he reels back as Ironfire's fist connects, denting him and damaging a shoulder. Chittering angrily, Scorponok crawls quickly backwards, launching a set of rockets at Ironfire to cover his retreat. Blackout is going to be very sore in a moment.

Ironfire takes a hit to the back, but it misses everything vital, fortunately. Still hurts, though. As a result, she twists away, and the second shot hits the scorpion.
Rule of Cool time. Ironfire leaps forward at the retreating enemy. Some rockets overshoot, exploding harmlessly on the ground, but some hit her, blowing away yet more of her armor. Sparks fly as she moves, but she's still functional, and that is all she needs right now. She grabs hold of Scorponok, possibly taking a rake from his claws. Then, with a yell, she spins around and letts go, throwing him in the direction of origin of the sniper shots.
Turning, she notes Rodimus Prime off to the side. Wait. A. Minute. That's... not her Rodimus. Not at all.
"Frak."

Spinister has orders from Starscream to follow their Rodimus Prime around and not be seen.
He has already failed those orders. Despite his carefulness, he's sure that the Prime saw him saw right into him, right before he blasted that little Autobot jet right out of the sky.
Spinister tries to never underestimate an opponent, but it seems to be impossible to overestimate this Prime. He is full of surprises.
Spinister is set up in a building some distance away from the power plant itself, slung low, body down to the roof. He isn't invisible, but he might as well be, for how hard he makes himself to see.
There's Eye-Fire and the new Decepticon helicopter against Slag and... Autobot Quake? Something like that. What does the Prime intend to do here? Spinister shall see.
OOC: Skippable!

One of Slag's arms are gripped as Blackout slashes into his torso with the blade. That hurt, actually managing to get a fair bit through Slag's excessively plated armor. Slag grunts, but otherwise doesn't show any sign of weakness. He's fought Grimlock in the past
Slag is now angry. With his other hand, choosing to leave the sword stuck in Blackout, he attempts to uppercut Blackout right in the stomach, in yet another attempt to knock the helicopter over. However, he also turns a bit and glares at the Rodimus.
"Me Slag busy! You wait turn if you want be melt that badly!" he roars, glaring.
