This is Blurr's best confused deer in headlights look – big yellow optics and all. Isn't he really nice? Like it's such a strange idea? What a peculiar thing to ask!
"Well, I try to be," he says with something of a bashful grin, "and I hope I'm nice because I should be nice because it isn't as though I've any reason not to even if I'm working and speaking of that, I don't need any more practise runs since ten got the routes down and you have all the data you need, right? You said you did anyway." Finally he pauses with his hands on his hips and a thoughtful look on his face. "I think I'll get started with the actual shipments in an hour or two," he decides. That's enough time for him to check up on Haywire and come back without being too much.
It's also enough time for plans to be laid.

OOC: I guess this is our cue to go be fiendish and set up various inane death traps?
Scourge, the slowpoke who isn't a weirdo motorcycle, jet, or hitchhiker, finally makes it to the assigned meeting place, where... hopefully Oil Slick and Tarantulas should be, since Fleetwind has decided to go play eye in the sky and Misfire is waiting for... orders.
"Scourge, transform!"
No, Scourge literally cannot transform without saying that. He sighs, long suffering, and he looks over the troops for this mission... "...so, any verdict whether we want to run with sticky, slick, or both?"

"Yes, I got everything I needed!" she chirps, "And an hour or two should be just enough time for us to get things settled on our end."
"So...you'll be heading out now?" Patterwing asks, not quite looking at Blurr. She doesn't want him to go, of course, but he probably should.
Blurr, you want to timeskip, on my next post, or just go skippable while Team Acme plots?

Tarantulas is in beast mode, hanging from a clothesline stretched across the street. He lowers himself down to eye level with Scourge on a glowing blue line. "I suggest we hit him with everything we can come up with and hope something works. But we must act quickly before he's done with his deliveries."

Blurr probably should go, he thinks, but he doesn't exactly want to just yet. But Patterwing said they need to set up things for the real deliveries and he doesn't want to be in the way.
They'll talk after the job's done. That's it. Once he's done, they can have all sorts of chats.
"I don't want to be in the way while you and Doc make your preparations," he says with a reluctance he can't quite mask, "so I'll go ahead and get my own affairs sorted. And don't forget!" He grins at her again as he picks up the dummy container. It's warmed up again and his hands have recovered, so the dash back to the docks shouldn't be too bad. "After we're through with this, you and I have a date!" He's there just long enough to catch her reaction – he hopes it's a good one – before he bolts out the door.
OOC: Skippable while Team Acme lays their plans is fine with me if they're keen on playing it out.

From the side of the street, what appears to be a robot bum rises up. However, the poncho it wears disappears to subspace, and a green dome-bubble quickly covers his head. Oil Slick steps up to where Tarantulas and Scourge are, arms folded. "I propose we take the slick route."

Scourge suggests, "I was thinking," he paces as he speaks, "How about a sticky strip - that'll trip him, and he'll speed up to overcome it, followed by a slick, so that he'll be overspeeding on the slick and run right into a building? We'll have to position them, to give him something hard to hit when he spins out. Not one of the more open stretches."
"Maybe some tripwires at the sticky stretch, too, and..."
He needs to do something with Misfire and Fleetwind. "We can have Misfire wandering around on the slick section, carefully, to make it look like there's nothing wrong with that area. In case he decides to run up a wall instead."
RiD Spychangers are all about wallruns. It is annoying.

The reaction's definitely a good one.
"I..I won't!" she chirps, grinning and waving after Blurr. So much to do now!
okay, so scenemod and Blurr are both skippable for a couple rounds. Should give you guys time to get things worked out on screen as much as you'd like.

Tarantulas doesn't have pedipalps in his Transmetal body, so he contents himself with fiendishly rubbing together his front pair of legs. "Why don't we just trap the walls as well? We can set it up so that every surface he touches is an impediment."

Oil Slick turns slightly, glancing back at the drum he brought with him. "Hnn. Doing both is possible, though I wonder which would have greater effect on him. If the sticky throws him off, then the slick part would possibly have a better result than on its own..."
The chemist wanders to said drum, and relocates it to where the group is. "I shall acquire a container in which to mix the second batch in and get that started, if you lot will find a suitable path to trap up."

Scourge, ever the pragmatist, says firmly, "We may not have time to do the walls and roofs. We get the ground done first, then worry about the rest."
Over the partyline, short-range, Scourge orders, //Misfire, come down here and figure out how to fake walking on a super adhesive.//
"We'll go with the most deserted of his runs - less normal people about to give away our trick."

"If I can find a way to hack into the municipal network here, I may be able to give us some more time by reprogramming the traffic lights. We'll be able to decide for ourselves which of his runs is the most deserted, and when," Tarantulas says, lowering himself farther toward the ground on his webline, then transforming to drop the rest of the way, landing in front of Scourge. "That is, if you approve, sir."

Fleetwind continues to act as eye-in-the-sky.
As Blurr leaves to prepare for his actual runs, the Seeker frowns and looks around, spying the drone still in its place.
//Blurr's left the destination building, but he's not heading back to the source building. I don't think he's finished, though, because the drone is still making its rounds. Taking a break, perhaps?//
//If so, more time for us to prepare.//
//Misfire, you should be able to use your antigravs to look like you're walking. If he can identify you as someone from his reality, he wouldn't expect that.//
He can't comment in which routes might be best, because he's not in a position to hear the discussion going on below, but the others do already have every route Blurr's taken mapped out.
It's pure coincidence that prompts Fleetwind to say, //I'm working on recording traffic patterns. An over-detailed continuous update feed might prove too distracting, but I'll update the maps with general trend notations. Alert me if there's an area you need more detail of.//
OOC: Back to skippable unless called on.

//Yes, Lord Scourge. Be right there.// Misfire chuckles// And Fleet? Already thought of that.// Misfire's last words are a good deal more good-humored then it might seem.
True to his word, Misfire is with the group in a matter of minutes.
"Like Fleet said, I should be able to hover using my antigravs," he switches them on and demonstrates, "I can keep just enough separation between my feet and the ground to keep from sticking."
"Um, but Blurr will probably recognize me. I'm a really unique build in our reality, not to mention rather...notorious in some ways."

Misfire's comment about standing out prompts Oil Slick to glance up at him. "Perhaps make a covering out of a tarp or something else laying around? A bit crude, but it can work."
Not waiting for a response to his suggestion, Oil Slick finds the nearest dumpster, and starts rifling through it for a container.
