Anyone would wake up angry if an annoying Autobot pest had burrowed into their back! Lugnut keeps up his little tirade, a stream of bubbles escaping his mouth, but he cuts them short when Hook speaks up over the comm. He turns to face the medic, blinking almost in surprise to see him, before proudly tapping the scraped Con symbol on his chest. //Hook, you are a true honorable Decepticon medic for coming to find me! The gloooorious Megatron would be proud of your selfless action!//
Wait, is that a yellow glow he sees through the thick, brown water? One quick ping confirms that it's a Cybertronian, but he has no idea who it is. He dilates his central optic shutter in an attempt to get a closer look, shifting into a fighting stance, though it has some servo's creaking in protest. //Who is with us? An honorable brother, or were you followed?//

//Mrrrrrrrr.//
Ravage circles in closer, not worried about Lugnut's temper.
//Leave guide's body, or take and hide?//
For all Ravage knows, Hook could have enough subspace for the entirety of the guide's bits and bobs.

Hook stares at Lugnut. Is Lugnut always on the special energon when Lugnut wakes up? Hook is selfless and honourable? When did that happen? Hook finds the very idea rather alarming!
He explains, //Ravage. He has experience with underwater operations. We need him to lead up back out of here. Now, stay still, Lugnut. I need to make a few more field repairs before we head back. Is your storage space operational? If so, that would be ideal.//
Yes, Hook will make his sick patient carry a corpse. That's how he rolls. He picks some more pieces out of the body and tries to do a bit more work on Lugnut.

He came to retrieve Lugnut! They could have just left him there! That already makes him better then most Con medics. Lugnut misses the stare though, turning to look at Ravage as he swims closer. Of course it was the hellcat! He should have known that!
Lugnut does what Hook asks, though if he were able to shake his head in shame, he would be doing that right now. //No, I can not. It seems to be broken.//

Ravage growls again, then circles around to the body the guide. Once Hook has taken what he wants of the corpse, Ravage can the main chunk back.
Something stirs in the water nearby.
Something rather large.

Hook is rather absorbed in performing field repairs on Lugnut. He doggedly tries to get Lugnut's subspace pocket operational, because it really would be great if they could jam the body in there. Thus, the engineer does not notice the lurking danger in the water at all.
//Let me see if I can rectify that little trouble...//

Unfortunately, Lugnut's scanners work only on those with Sparks, or he would have picked up on the creature approaching. Instead he remains still, letting Hook do his job, waiting patiently until something just 'clicks'. //Gloooorious! It is operational once more!// Lugnut looks and reaches for the poor guide, ready to stuff him away.

As Lugnut reaches for the guide's remains, something strikes swiftly through the water, its jaws closing around the body and yanking back.
Depending on how much issue Hook wants to make of it, they might not have to worry about hiding any remains.
Ravage whips around and strikes at the creature out of reflex, but he doesn't attempt to fully engage. This is Hook's call.

Hook is momentarily stunned by the sudden snatching away of his cadaver! That really was quite unexpected. He frowns and draws his lightsaber again, ordering, //Let's just get out of here. Lugnut, Ravage, if that thing wants a fight, give it a fight, but if we can just get away, that's what we're doing.//
Hook does not want even more repair work on account of some lake monster.

The sudden emergence of the large, dark thing actually manages to startle Lugnut, making him take a step back while his optic brightens. But then he starts growling and gets ready to pursue it...Only to realize that he isn't exactly in fighting shape. He can't even get exact readings on which systems are or aren't functional! So when Hook pipes up the zealot is already standing down, keeping a weary optic on the direction where it went. //Yes. In my current condition, I would only shame the gloooorious Megatron by getting defeated by a fish.//

The fish is very glad to not have to fight for its dinner and thrashes through the water and away from the Decepticons.
After a word from Hook, Ravage leads the Hook and Lugnut back toward shore.
Fade out.

//You'd shame me if you let a fish beat you,// Hook observes sharply.
He follows Ravage back to shore. Oh, his poor Ship. That idiot Autobot who put in all those new 'doors'... will make a very, very nice keycode pad, still sapient and aware, but having his buttons punched in by Decepticons all the live-long day (and there will be pain sensors wired into those buttons, oh yes), unable to move to do anything about his situation, unable to radio or speak, just suffer, alive forever as a piece of a doorjamb.
And they all lived evilly ever after.
