"Boy, are you listenin' to a word anyone's--SLAGGIT!"
Hellbender hears the whine of impending detonation of something doomful and reflexively dives and rolls away, armor shrouds unfolding and encircling his body as cutter heads slide back up and his arm and legs pull in and lock in place and--
He transforms into worm-mode just as the blast-wave1 hits, and rolls with the blast as it shoves him away, and possibly takes the wall separating the lounge from the next cabin and/or corridor with it. Once the force of the shockwave2 dissipates, Hellbender wriggles free of the twisted metal tangled around him. Tortured metal shrieks as he pushes his way through it, back toward the remnants of the lounge.
Absolute fury possesses Hellbender. That freaking idiot could have destroyed the slagging ship, and us with it! Nobody does that to my buds--nobody!
Worm-mode just isn't personal enough; Hellbender transforms.

2 Not to be confused with Shockwave, either.
P.S. Lugnut's Punch of Kill Everything just made a heck of a hole in something, and a really loud explosion and shock. Everyone on the ship should have felt something.

Counterpunch, believe it or not, starts to calm a bit when Blackout places his hand on his shoulder, and the carcon starts to relax.
Which is fortunate, because it makes it easier for him to roll with the shockwaves (not to be confused with Shockwaves) when the Punch of Kill Everything hits.
Counterpunch gets thrown through a wall. Another wall. And thrown into a third wall. Then he collapses into a heap on the floor, unconscious.
OOC: Out of rotation due to unconscious.

The crate does not withstand the blast as it slams back into the hall, the wall shattering already under sufficient force. Later on, Mistwind will find that being crushed between a wall and cargo is very much better than having stood bare and open against Lugnut's impromptu attack.

"Cross-wired fool!" is all Blackout has time to snarl out before throwing an arm over his face, snapping his weapon covers shut.
As the explosion clears, the helicopter is still standing, albeit with a noticeably darker paint job, with scraped furrows in the floor marking the several yards he's been pushed back. Heat warnings are flaring through his systems, and his rotor blades are a warped mess, among other damage. Whitish crackles race across his frame as his force field reinitializes. The only saving grace, perhaps, is that Scorponok is only lightly singed, protected as he was by Blackout's mass.
Blackout lowers his arms, literally steaming as his cooling systems struggle to keep up. He registers Hellbender still standing as well, Mistwind laying a short distance away, and a hole in the wall roughly Counterpunch's size, but only barely. Mainly, he's turning to face Lugnut, drawing out his tail blade and revving it up to speed. "There is only one fate for traitors!"

Blitzwing has just enough to begin his transformation as the heat and force of the blast hits him, throwing him about even though the made the transformation to tank mode. he hits the far wall on his side, leaving a turret shaped impression in it as his paint is blackened by the blast. As the strength of the blast spends itself, he unceremoniously crashes back onto his tracks and sits there motionless, the distinct ticking of cooling metal loud in the silence.
"I" He eventually says "Am going to take your fuel pump AND FEED IT TO A MECHAHOUND!" He shout, his turret quickly turning before it comes to rest, pointed directly at Lugnut. The only reason he doesn't fire is because he'd rather not catch his allies in the blast.

"What in the..." is the only thing that the Vehicon General can manage to say as the wall of fire blasts upwards. His gaze darts back and forth, looking for someplace to escape to. He wasn't built for armor, he was built for speed - he even was built without legs for that sole purpose! Dealing with this blast is going to be ---
Then the blast hits while Jetstorm is frantically trying to look for escape. He is slammed upwards into the ceiling, the force embedding one of his back fins into the metal ceiling. He would make some sort of noise, any sort, but the waves of fire just hurt too much to actually react properly. The heat of the blast starts to wear off his favored paint job, revealing the dulled silver metal beneath in some places. As the blast dies down, so does the sound of Jetstorm's engines. His head hangs down, as do his arms. He hangs precariously, being held up by his embedded back fin, before that gives out, gravity taking over and ripping him from his fin. The fin stays embedded deep in the ceiling. The small Vehicon stares dully at the ground as it races up while he falls, and lands with a sickening thud, a pile of pointed, slightly warped metal.
All of his systems warn him of what he already knows before his optics flicker and shut off.

When the wall of fire finally dissipates Lugnut comes into view once again, still in his crouching position. Some parts of his armor have been scorched by his own attack, but in general he is in much better condition then the others, something that might come across as odd since he was at the center of the blast.
It isn't long before he spots the hole in the wall that Counterpunch left, a proud laugh escaping him as the slowly stands up, his arm cooling down while scorched paint falls down from his armor. "Fool, this is what you get for daring to attack...Me..."
Then he sees the chaos around him, hears Mistwind's transmission, notices the big cons being rather pissed at him, and he realizes that he might be in for a world of hurt. Lugnut trembles briefly in anger at Blackout's words, pointing a clamp at him as he says "Traitor!? You scrapheads were about to attack me! YOU two are the traitors, and my action was justified!"
However, he hears a rather faint thud, one that causes him to turn around ever so slightly (it's not smart to have his back to the others after all)...And sees Jetstorm's limp form, actual guilt washing over him as he moves as fast as he can to the little general, kneeling besides him. Lugnut may not be a medic, but you don't have to be one to realize that Jetstorm is in bad shape, moreso than Mistwind.
Trembling with anger aimed at himself he stood up again, turning to face them in a battle stance, though he stands protective over Jetstorm. They want a piece of him? Fine, but not until those who paid for his stupidity are out of harm's way! //You want to punish me for my act of self defense? Very well, you may try! But get our small wounded brothers out of here first!//

Hellbender stalked toward Lugnut, the rock cutters on his forearms and elbow spinning up to a vicious whine.
//You want to punish me for my act of self defense? Very well, you may try! But get our small wounded brothers out of here first!//
"Nah, Ah'm gonna dismember you for bein' a damn fool an' NEARLY WIPIN' EVERYONE ON THE SLAGGIN' SHIP! You slaggin' IDIOT! We're in a slaggin' tin-can in deep space--you wreck it, you're walkin' home! You got nothin' but re-melted dross in that cranial case of yours? You sure as slag got nothin' but smelt in your audials, 'cause you ain't heard a word nobody's said. Slag, boy, DUSKWING is smarter than you, and listens better!"
//Scorponok will take care of the wounded. This overzealous fool will be punished. Now.//
// Acknowledged, // Hellbender snaps off a brief reply, then adds for Hook's benefit, // Hook, we got at least 3 down here, not counting Lugnut who's gonna be soon--Mistwind, Jetstorm, and probably Counterpunch. Ah ain't seen him get up yet, anyway. //
Hellbender points angrily at the tiny, pathetic, broken form of Jetstorm, his finger stabbing the air. "So how'd he attack you, boy? What's your excuse for that? Now, back off and let Scorponok take Jetstorm for repairs. 'Less you're the type that hides behind weaker mechs," he growls.
Much as Hellbender wants to plant a fist firmly in Lugnut's big middle optic, he holds his temper in check--just barely. Mistwind and Jetstorm need to be gotten clear first.

"Not everyone is capable of space flight if you blow the hull open," Blackout adds to Hellbender's lecture. Blackout himself isn't space-flight capable, for that matter. "You would strand other Decepticons in space over a careless temper tantrum, and you think to lecture us about the wounded?"
As Blackout talks, Scorponok disengages from his back perch, skittering gingerly across the hot deck plating to grab Mistwind and Jetstorm, and, if not interrupted, will be dragging them out of the ruined lounge, and hopefully out of further harm's way.
Blackout raises an accusing finger, leveled straight at Lugnut. "You have deliberately injured fellow Decepticons, potentially endangered us all, and damaged our craft." And ensured that they'll all be in for a lecture from Hook, and probably Starscream as well. "You WILL stand down NOW, or you WILL be hauled to medical in as many small pieces as necessary." As he finishes, the Gatling gun on the raised arm deploys, spinning up to firing speed. "Perhaps more than necessary."

A discussion of which Megatron was best suited to command? Frayed tempers? The whole ship being rocked?
One or two would have been enough for Spinister to take interest. Three cinches it.
The lanky sniper curls his upper torso around the gaping hole in the wall between this lounge and the next corridor. Singe, his flamethrower, hangs loosely in his hand, and open invitation to anyone who wants to make something of the Mayhem's intrusion and what he is about to say.
Still chaotic? Still chaotic. That means that these people haven't had time to get their stories straight for a coverup. Counterpunch, Mistwind, and Jetstorm look to be in a bad way, but Spinister will let the medics handle that.
He says coolly to those still up, "None of you are to talking to any of them," he looks to Counterpunch, Mistwind, and Jetstorm, "until after they've been questioned. Now. Your stories?"

Blitzwing transforms as well, scimitar in hand as he advances on Lugnut, his other hand curled into a fist.
"I still say we go with gutting him and tossing him out the airlock, I-" He manages to snarl out before Spinister makes his appearance and asks (demands) to know their stories. Though not familiar with the Mayhems methods in particular, Blitzwing is familiar with Decepticon internal police in general.
"Came in, people were ranting and raving over various Megatrons. Couldn't care less. Sat down, tried to talk to Hellbender. People got angry, Counterpunch tried to take a swing at Lugnut. Lugnut apparently felt that blowing up Ship was the only way to retaliate. Can we kill him now?" Blitzwing says without turning, and his blade still held in a offensive position.
Lugnut had better hope Spinister doesn't say anything that could possibly construed as an affirmative.

Shortround is a surprisingly quick hovercraft when he wants to get away from some form of danger. Which makes it a bit odd that he's speeding towards something quite dangerous indeed.
When he sees Spinister standing in the corridor, he transforms and walks a safe distance from the sniper, giving him a salute, before looking at the damage.
"... Dear Primus..." he curses, looking at the several broken walls Counterpunch went through. "Uh... Spinister sir, do I have permission to take him to the medbay?" Shortround asks, indicating towards the unconscious carbot. "And I might be able to catch up with Scorponok and give him a lift to get to the medbay faster, I think" he adds, giving a slight look into the room full of very large and very angry looking Decepticons.
Shortround's trying to make a good impression on Blackout. He doesn't know of any Blackouts in his reality, however something about the giant strikes him as the type of Decepticon he'd rather have liking, or at best tolerating, him.

Hellbender glances at the Mayhem with narrowed optics. At least the helicopter hadn't actually ordered him to stand down yet. The wounded are clear, now.
"Mah story is that Ah'm gonna calibrate this 5-eyed moron on why YOU DON'T FRAGGIN' USE WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION INSIDE YOUR OWN SHIP!"
The big, black-blue worm-former then tries his best to plant his right fist square in Lugnut's middle optic, with all his considerable strength. Left arm follows through, pulling down and back and out, trying to slice off or at least disable Lugnut's POKE arm with Hellbender's cutters.

As Blitzwing and Hellbender give their testimonies, Blackout glances at Shortround and gives a slight nod. Scorponok is actually not all that fast above ground, especially carrying two passengers, even ones as small as Jetstorm and Mistwind, so Shortround should have little difficulty catching up.
"Counterpunch reacted to an insult by attempting to attack Lugnut, and was swatted back," Blackout adds to the reports. "I moved to stop Counterpunch from attacking again, and this purple fool decided to respond with explosives. He disregarded the safety of everyone else in the room, and aboard the entire ship, over a minor dispute, heavily damaging both the room and two bystanders in the process."
As he talks, Blackout is beginning to slowly circle around Lugnut, spinning blade held low and ready to strike, keeping just enough distance to not easily be caught in however Lugnut reacts to Hellbender's attack (if it's not another POKE, anyway). Assuming Spinister doesn't intervene soon, this is going to get even more unpleasant.

Things are getting heated up fast, and Lugnut isn't liking any of it! He says something that is lost in the argument when Spinister comes in, standing down almost immediately, growling in anger as he keeps a couple of optics on the others.
At Spinister's request he immediately starts speaking, his voice laced with anger, the glow of his optics intensifying. "The groundpounder could not handle a mere insult, so like a complete fool he attacked me! I swatted him back, but then the heretic-" He's pointing at you, Blackout. "-Encouraged the groundpounder to attack me, while charging up his own weapons! I merely beat him to the punch! Did he think of the little ones? NO! At least I did not know that they were there! And-"
The rest is cut off by a rather nasty punch that leaves his face dented, main optic cracked and jaw slightly unhinged, an angry bellow of pain escaping the zealot. As soon as he feels the swipe of the cutter he pulls his arm back, though he still hisses in pain as it cuts through the outer layer of the armor there.
An angry bellow of "You cowardly WORM!" escapes him, turning to Hellbender, trying to grab the worm's arm to push that weapon away from him, his other hand starting to spin rapidly in preparation for his 'Mazinger' attack.
