Shockwave rises, then crosses over to table where Hook has been busy with his dissection. He studies the little corpse a moment, then looks back up at Hook.
"Actually, I have a few items I would like to discuss. Perhaps we could start with Screwdriver's little toy. A nice bonus to winning the games, that, perhaps even consolation enough for dieing during them."

The Constructicon gives Shockwave a sidelong glare. He suspects he knows where this is going, and he doesn't like it one little bit. "You could say that."

Ignoring Hook's glare, Shockwave asks, "I understand it can magnetize a subject without damaging their systems. I would appreciate your sharing your findings on it with me."
A coolly polite, neutral request. Shockwave could simply order Hook to comply, and that might yet happen should the Constructicon decide to be difficult. It tells of the respect Shockwave has for Hook's abilities, so very well demonstrated during the game, that he has not simply appropriated the object in question for his own studies.

"Very well." Irritation colors the Constructicon's voice, and there is a slight shift in his shoulders suggesting a turning away from Shockwave as if to dismiss him from Hook's presence.

A brief flicker of that single optic is the only indication of Shockwave's displeasure with Hook's attitude. "Keep me informed as to your progress, on that and as to what you discover in regards to this," he taps the little corpse.
Shockwave turns to leave, then pauses. Without turning he says, "You did well in the games, Hook, though I wonder if perhaps you lost sight of the fact that it was merely a simulation, to have gone to such extremes. Though I imagine dying alone is not a possibility that had crossed your mind before."
And with that parting comment, Shockwave leaves Hook to his work and his thoughts, whatever they might be.

!
That... mech.
Hands clench on the edge of the worktable, and the Constructicon barely reins himself in before he leaves any marks on the table.
When he has Long Haul back, Hook is going to take great pleasure in killing Shockwave.
