The Boss found one of the locals? // I'm continuing on in to back up Spinister, // Barricade declares, suiting action to words and gunning his throttle to shoot forward. No one said that the good cop had to be totally responsible and not a little impulsive, did they? Someone has probably downloaded one too many "Leathal Weapon" movies during his time on Earth to be totally healthy, to be honest. // I'll report back what we find while we're infiltrating. // // Boss, // he radios Spinister securely 1, // you've got backup inbound. How about some coordinates to aim for? // ooc: unless stopped, 'Cade-3 and Frenzy-3 are out of thread, continuing in toward the broken Autobase to rendezvous with Spinister-3 and Pee-Dee.

"Yessir!" Duskwing snapped off to Fleetwind, then turned and dove, reversing course in a split-S. He leveled out barely a dozen feet above the road, screeching over a road sign so closely that the sign swayed back and forth in the wake of his passage.
He pulled up behind Fleetwind, flying just sternward of the yellow jet, the after point of a skeletal diamond formation.

// Acknowleged, sir. // Midnight banked and swung around to match Starscream's new course. Of course Fleetwind didn't call his name; he was the slow, awkward one. The one that wasn't really a Seeker like them.
...Primus, he wanted to blow some Autobots to slag!

"As you command, sir. Joining the ground units."
Wonderful. Starscream insisted on flying off without a Stunticon to watch his back. The Prince was going to get killed and there would be nothing Dead End could do about it. Dead End sighed and landed, transforming as he did so. Once he had four tires under him, he joined Runamuck and the others.
Perhaps he could push them to accomplish something before they were inevitably exterminated. -- still skippable.

At the first call to arms, Runamuck had turned down his music. And extended his armor plating out into ramming position and armed his rocket launchers, but the music came first. Now that they're peeling off, he retracts his armor, once again the white car that could disappear into a hundred Earth traffic patterns like a Seeker in the background, if he could shut up long enough to pull it off.
In any universe, Runamuck's not big on initiative. He drives along behind Dead End, content to let the guy with the force field take the lead.

Cannonball stays within the ground-pounding group as ordered, running alongside Dead End and Runamuck.
//So, wot's th' plan, lads?//

Doctor, doctor give me the news...
Scourge stepped through the portal. His insect legs on his left arm twitched. Slaggit, he needed to fix that. But, he'd been up so much recently, working on that most recent antitoxin... Scourge shook his head, clearing his mind. Not the time to think about pet projects.
Good Autobots seemed like a great oxymoron to the good doctor, but with the way the universe worked, perhaps anything would be possible...
"We got an operational plan for me to follow?"

Blackout ponders the orders for a moment. He's certainly not one of the faster fliers, so he's not going with Fleetwind. And while some of the ground troops may indeed be faster than him, he's still primarily a flier in alt mode.
So, with an //Affirmative// over the radio, he peels off to follow Starscream.

Out of thread with other fliers. Any smaller characters needing a lift are welcome to pose themselves inside Blackout's hold.

Needlenose wants to chase after Barricade and go to find Spinister, but from the sky he'd be spotted too easily, so instead he sticks with Starscream.
"I think right now the plan is just, 'Find the native Autobots, avoid the import Autobots and any locals who look like us,'" he observes, remaining in perfect formation. "Unless you have something to add, sir?"

Speeding along, and slightly late, comes Shortround, carrying Blackarachnia. His turret is fixed dead ahead of him, and he quickly falls into line alongside the other ground Decepticons.
//So, hypothetical question. Let's just say we... 'Accidentally' encounter some of this universe's Decepticons...// Shortround starts, before thinking better of it. //... Yeah, stupid question//
OOC: Permission to carry Blackarachnia given. Shortround picked her up just before the timeskip Also, skippable

Starscream ignores Shortround's comments, knowing that Shortround realizes how crucial the situation is to allow people to indulge their desire to engage the enemy. Enthusiasm is to be rewarded, but so is survival. To all in the area, he radioes. //Radio back when you see anyone. Avoid combat if at all possible.// He then changes vector and takes off with Needlenose, Midnight and Blackout 1. //Good luck, my Decepticons.// OOC: Starscream is posting out of this thread and into Physician Heal Thyself.1 And Sky-Byte too...?[/i]
