Shockwave feels more than just a touch of annoyance (tinged with amusement, but still annoyance) as Scourge essentially gives him an order. Slowly and deliberately, Shockwave turns his head up to try and lock gazes with Scourge before the tanker leaves.
"And in just shy of two hours time, you you will contact me with the coordinates you have chosen for this sparring session," he says evenly, "Have a care, Scourge. You are used to command and you would not be Decepticon if you did not push your superiors. But do not push too much; just because one is not given to violent reactions does not mean that one will not decide that perhaps violence is necessary to make one's point. You are dismissed."
He continues to watch Scourge closely until the tanker leaves.

Scourge would take Shockwave's annoyance over Shockwave's amusement, any day. He denies Shockwave a proper lock of gazes, simply because he can.
He does, however, toss off a salute, and he agrees easily, too easily, "Of course, sir. I should be glad to give away my position."
Scourge again tries to be off.

Shockwave merely waves Scourge off, dismissing him without acknowledging the tanker's flippancy. Scourge is an arrogant whelp. But not impossibly so. Yet.

Scourge is solid gone, taking his arrogance with him.
