Scourge looks... incredibly frustrated, Rodimus Prime had him all worked up! He had Scourge wanting it, aching for it, and he takes it all away this easily?
Denying the devil his due is a very foolish thing, and that's a lesson even a demon should learn.
With a snarl, Scourge attempts to grab the wreckage of the amusement rise and throw it away. Rodimus Prime won't get off this easily!

As Scourge gets nearer to grab for the amusement ride, an enormous blast of energy aimed for the semi and originating from within the pile of scrap proves that Rodimus had been playing intentional tease, after all. Shot fired, the Warchilde rises from the wreckage, dented and somewhat the worse for wear, but still very much in the fighting fit, self-satisfied smirk plastered over his expression. In his arms is the heavy weight of his massive photon eliminator, one hand gently supporting the barrel, the other rested lightly on the trigger, the weapon itself held erect and pointed directly at Rodimus's sparring partner.

Scourge takes the hits, and he staggers back, a large hole punched into his chest, marring one of the fake windows. He bellows in pain, head thrown back.
Then, one tease to return the first, he runs off.
In fact, Scourge runs off towards the Ferris-wheel-type-thing.

The Prime grins as his shot hits home, his chrome face painted bloody red by the light of the sunset. He makes no attempt to prevent Scourge from running away. Indeed, he returns his weapon to subspace, and where Scourge runs, Rodimus strides after him, feet falling in a measured pace.
"Oh good, good, very good, Scourge," he calls out jovially as he walks after the other. "So you do understand! The longer the anticipation held, the sweeter the payoff!"

Scourge really just wants to dump a load all over Rodimus Prime's face.
A load of rocks.
Remember? This is the Ferris wheel where Scourge loaded up the bucket-cars with rocks and took the safeties off. Reaching the base of the wheel, Scourge reaches up and gives the wheel a savage tug, sending the whole thing spinning and unleashing a hail of flying rocks as soon as Rodimus Prime seems to be in range.
Scourge remarks, "I understand that I'm going to rock your world."

Rodimus lifts his face to the heavens as the first of the smallest rocks come splattering down on him. He lifts his arm to block the immediate effect of the downpour, and laughs.
"That's the spirit!" Rodimus shouts joyfully. He starts diving forward faster to get out of the way as the falling rocks get larger and larger, though many still break against him, and some leave dents.
One rock in particular, however, a particularly large one, is caught instead of dodged, and Rodimus throws it back up towards Scourge with a considerable amount of force. Then another, then another. Not nearly so many as come down on him, of course - these are just a few carefully aimed return rocks.

Scourge whips out his sword with a cry of, "Sword of Fury!" as Rodimus Prime starts lobbing rocks back at Scourge. He deflects a few of the rocks with his sword and chops one of the bigger ones clean in half.
(However, Scourge is in no way a Sith or a Jedi.)
Eventually, the tide of falling rocks stops, and Scourge charges Rodimus Prime, blade keen and ready.

Oh, Rodimus wants that lovely keen and ready blade. He aches for it. He yearns for it.
And Scourge is intent on delivering it?
Life is good.
As Scourge runs towards Rodimus, Rodimus sprints towards Scourge, hands balled into fists. When the two meet, the Prime will try to block with hand - wrist - forearm - one of those, if he has the opportunity. Such limbs often hold up poorly against bladed weaponry, but in fact, the Prime will allow himself to be impaled if only it gives him the chance to snatch Scourge's weapon from him.

Scourge is quite possessive of his blade, and why wouldn't he be? It's lovely, large, and wonderfully stiff, with just a hint of spring to it.
So if that blade does sink into yielding armour, Rodimus Prime might have some trouble getting Scourge to surrender it. Once in, Scourge isn't going to want it to come out.
Of course, the first time taking it is always rather painful, but Scourge wouldn't have it any other way. He isn't terribly considerate of his partner.

Scourge may be possessive, but still Rodimus wants it. He wants it and he's ready to take it, despite the pain.
In fact, he's eager for it. As Scourge charges, Rodimus grabs for Scourge's bright red sword, attempting to take hold of the other's mighty weapon in his own hands.

Scourge doesn't like it when people try to take his weapon. It's his, by Vector Sigma! He doubts anyone could take care of his weapon the way that he does, knowing its quirks.
He pulls the hilt back, trying to get it away from Rodimus Prime's grabby hands.
Scourge snarls, "Didn't anyone ever tell you not to touch things that aren't yours?"

The sword starts to slide out of Rodimus's grabby-grasp, slitting his palms and fingers even as Rodimus tries to tighten his grip. Mech-fluid flows out between the Prime's fingers, glistening in the sun's dying light.
The Warchilde smiles wide, a smile that turns into a leer.
"Oh, of course," he rasps, voice part growl and part purr. "But you see, everything is mine. Even the things that don't know it yet." He tries to use his grip on the sword to pull himself nearer to Scourge, to pull Scourge nearer to himself. "Especially the things that don't know it yet."

The fluid drips down to Scourge's hands, slicking his grip. Strong as he is, even Scourge is having trouble holding onto his sword with the Prime pulling so insistently.
In close now, Scourge growls, "Wrong there. Dead wrong."
He attempts to wrench and twist the blade, hoping to shear off those grasping fingers, but if he fails, he may lose his grasp on his own weapon.

Rodimus cries out as Scourge twists the blade, but still he does not release, and neither do his fingers shear off. More liquid leaks from between fingers, slicking his grip... but perhaps Scourge's grip as well.
At this point, it's still up in the air who will outlast the other, and who will let loose first.
"No," pants Rodimus, red optics flaring. "Not dead. Not even the dead... can elude me."

"Do I look like I am trying to elude you?" Scourge snarls. He's having rouble keeping his grip now, as he will his sword to slice through the Prime's fingers.
Scourge is not eluding. He is right here, in Rodimus Prime's face, attempting to seriously injure him.
Finally, Scourge's grip gives way, and he takes a few stumbling steps backward. He honestly looks dazed for a moment, staggering with optics glazed.
Then he simply looks furious.
