'Well. That turned out shockingly well." Dead End knew better to recklessly trust to luck like that, though. Next time, everyone would probably get blown to shrapnel.
// Misfire... oh, never mind. I was the one who encouraged people not to argue with Starscream when he took charge here in the first place. The alternative was us being splintered apart while he undermined whoever else was in charge.//
Dead End slotted his rifle back into subspace, and regarded Starscream thoughtfully from behind the camouflage of his mask and visor. He really should stop prodding Starscream; it just got him in trouble. Perhaps even be a bit conciliatory...
"Commander Starscream, if Hook is occupied, I could take care of those repairs for you. Hook allows me access to the repair bay."

Cannonball makes no reply to Starscream, transforming and driving off back to base.
There must be some way to get what he wants around here without this happening again. ---------- OOC: Out of thread.

Misfire bows slightly, "Thank you, my Lord, that is much appreciated." But highly unnecessary. It confuses Misfire a bit. Such generosity is...unusual.
He strides over to the open hanger and collects his three cubes without further comment. This much energon in addition to his rations will last him awhile- if he can keep others from filching it.
As he leaves, he considers asking Starscream if he wishes a guard fo the shed until the door is fixed, but it would be a boring job, not to mention a ground-bound one, and Misfire has no liking for such things. Besides, he's sure Starscream has already considered that need and has someone in mind.

Just because Starscream was dealing with the Decepticons he gave orders to first doesn't mean he was unaware of the existence of the others! As Eye-Fire wanders off wordlessly, Starscream peers at him and shrugs. And then Cannonball and Misfire depart, also, whilst Dead End offers faint praise. How about that, Starscream has shown some leadership. He thinks to himself, but does not say anything...
...And then Dead End offers to repair him. That was unexpected. "Well, given that you are here and it saves me from raising my third in command for a minor repair, I see no reason why not." That, And Starscream can keep his weapons online for such a minor repair, lest Dead End triers something funny. "Commendable initiative, Dead End."
OOC: Any objections if the repairs are off-camera, or did you want to RP it out? I prefer the former, but am good with either.

Dead End bows slightly. "Thank you, sir. I also have access to the paint and polish supply. If you are ready, then..."
He steps off in the lead; Starscream doesn't need him to lead the way, but having an armed Decepticon he doesn't absolutely trust at his back--and who does Starscream trust that much?--might imply too many unfortunate possibilities to be polite.
Besides, a jittery Starscream with laser cannon aimed at his head while he's working on parts of said Starscream does no good for Dead End's expectedly short lifespan. He'd much rather get the job done, done well, and repair the shine and polish on Starscream. One's leader really should look like a leader, after all.
--- and out-of-thread.
Off-camera, please. Dead End will do a slow, careful job of getting the dents out and insist on doing touching up Starscream's finish to a dazzling shine--like his own. He knows how to make metal skins SHINE.
