From up here the city lights burn like a thousand miles of fire...
Rodimus Prime has relocated himself to a rooftop, one that gives him a good view of the burning city, but is still low enough that he can easily be seen from the ground. Especially with all the added firelight.
The aerial battle has moved so far away that he can no longer see it, and the Prime himself is growing impatient. Well, more impatient. He thought he would be entering into a world unprotected by Decepticons. Now he finds that the Decepticons are here, too, but... there's more to it than that. He's putting the pieces together slowly, and making a few guesses, but he wants, he needs information.
Where is Skyfire with that Seeker, damn it?!
Rodimus Prime watches the skies, and scowls.
OOC: Posted to provide a place for Skyfire to arrive at. Also to serve as a regrouping thread. Some people may want to declare themselves skippable if they intend, say, to just watch the interrogation.

Skyfire swooped low over the burning city, wings spread wide as he looked for Rodimus Prime. There! Tall, and glowing even redder than the reflected flames, the Prince of Hell looking down on his dominion. Skyfire shuddered briefly as he caught a glimpse of furiously blazing optics--
The building shuddered beneath him as Skyfire landed on the rooftop; it was strong enough to hold his weight--just barely. He lowered his bow ramp and said, "Reporting as ordered, sir; Oracle and captured Seeker retrieved. Perceptor is with me as well."

Rodimus turns to face Skyfire, and it's all he can do to keep from storming into the space-farer's hold. In fact, he does take a step forward before he regains control of himself. He clasps his hands lightly behind him, narrows his brilliant red optics, and orders, "Bring him out here."
Skyfire might actually want to be able to transform at some point, after all.

"He is currently unconscious, Prime," Perceptor observes as he strides down the ramp. "A precuation for transport to prevent any further damages. I am prepared to render what repairs you wish."

Two vehicles made their way towards their esteemed leader. The first, a comedically-sized police car. The second, a powerful yellow muscle-car. Wait, is that bigger car chasing the smaller one?
Holi has been 'delivered' to Rodimus Prime. Bumblebee finds a nearby parking building, and drives to the roof. Transforming, it's easy enough to hop onto the rooftop that Rodimus is on. His battlemask remains lowered, so much so that many Autobots could easily believe that that was his face.
He stands at Prime's side, witnessing the destruction in front of them. Bumblebee isn't a fan of pointless destruction of property--he's more interested in the mauling of people rather than places. But Bumblebee is willing to live and let live with his fellow Autobots...
Unless Prime orders otherwise. That would be great. Bumblebee turns to Prime, silently and patiently awaiting his next orders, hoping that it is something more fun than, 'Bring the kid'.

Yes, as it so happens, the big strong jerkwad muscle car is chasing the smaller, weaker cop car. Who absolutely doesn't deserve this treatment, even if he was being a coward. It's completely unwarranted if you ask Holi. Not that anyone would, because since when does what he thinks matter to these brutes? Never, that's when.
The only reason Holi attempts the jump between the parking garage and Prime's roost – not bothering to transform since his chances are better in car mode – is at least if he tries and misses, the resultant wreck he'll make of himself might amuse the leader. An amused Rodimus is one a little less likely to be angry with Holi for keeping his distance as he'd much rather, given the choice. Thankfully (or unfortunately, depending on perspective), there's no crashing Micromaster for today's entertainment. The landing isn't graceful, though, and parts of his undercarriage scrape noisily on the rooftop. He skids to a halt a few feet behind Prime and Bumblebee, then delays for a moment before transforming; he needs that moment to make sure his face is on properly.
"Reporting, Prime, sir," he announces, sparing a quick, wary, shuttered glance in the general direction of Skyfire and Perceptor. One might never guess he wants to be anywhere but here with that eager declaration.

Oracle's voice precedes her out of Skyfire's hold, as does the scraping sound of metal on metal as she hauls Duskwing behind her. "He's slagged enough to need those repairs if we want more then a few good answers I would guess, though Perceptor would be the expert."
Appearing in the open and making her way down the ramp she stops in front of Rodimus, allowing Duskwing to hang from her fist by his restrained wrists as she held him up for presentation. "Your prize, Prime." Kinda disappointing, but better then nothing. With her free hand she produced the unconscious Seeker's weapons from subspace in case Rodimus wanted them. Not like she had any use for them anyway.

Skyfire waited until Oracle had gotten the Seeker out of his hold, then said, "Prime, is anyone else going to need a pick-up or transport?"
He didn't actually like hanging around Rodimus Prime too much. The new Prime was nothing like Optimus Prime, who'd only demanded a cut of Skyfire's profits and his occasional services as a courier. Rodimus Prime insisted that Skyfire support his operations, operations that were nothing more than pointless, profitless destruction. A waste of Skyfire's extremely long lifespan, as far as the big white shuttle-bot was concerned.
There was something disturbing about Prime's very presence, like his hunger for destruction was contagious. If Skyfire stood around Prime too long, he found himself wanting to take out his cannon and start shooting things--or people, better yet. Worse, Prime's presence rubbed him raw in ways that made him take it out on his pets; he found himself punishing them unnecessarily, just for the fun of it, after being with Prime.
Hopefully Prime had something for him and TC to do elsewhere.

Rodimus Prime favors Bumblebee with a satisfied smile. "Soon enough, Bumblebee," he tells the muscle-car. "Very soon."
Rodimus Prime, for all his fabled cruelty, quite preferred that his troops enjoy themselves in the carrying out of their duties. Troops such as Bumblebee and Mirage pleased him to no end. Obedient and eager to carry out their orders, despite having only served the Prime for a short time.
So much preferable to reluctant servants like Skyfire, or, he suspects, the boy.
He narrows his optics at Oracle and Perceptor, and says lowly, "You really don't want to delay me any further." With that he all-but springs forward and snatches Duskwing from Oracle. He holds the Seeker up by the cockpit with his right hand and reaches forward to almost gently cup his chin and cheek with his left. "Right now, I only need a... certain minimum of information," he says softly. "For what I need, I don't need him well... I just need him awake. And I'm quite capable of taking care of that myself."
Without another word, the Prime rips the top of Duskwing's cockpit open, reaches in, and, with a swift adjustment of a wire here, a connection there, he re-activates Duskwing.

Duskwing came back online to the same set of cranky red diagnostic messages that he'd gone offline to--hey, when'd he go offline? Last he remembered, Thundercracker and Fleetwind were picking him up and then some red mech had gotten into his cockpit--
It eventually dawned on Duskwing as his optics came fully online that he was being held awkwardly by the cockpit, his wings really, really hurt, and--
He was looking straight into the lurid red optics of Rodimus Prime. Duskwing stared back in total, blank incomprehension.

Perceptor backs diffidently away at the Prime's dark look, keeping out of his way as Rodimus lunges for the damaged Seeker. It had not been the scientist's intention to thwart or delay the Prime's amusements, but attempting to explain as much would merely earn Rodimus' anger for himself. Best to simply remain silent.
And watch as the Seeker is rather rudely ripped back into consciousness. This should yet prove... enlightening.
ooc: will remain quiet and skippable unless needed.

Thundercracker slips out of Skyfire's hold just in time to see the Prime rip off Duskwing's cockpit. Wincing in sympathy, he slides to the side and attempts to conceal himself in the shadows. Rodimus Prime frightens him to the core -- and not just because of his cruelty. About the only time Skyfire is free with his beatings is when he's spent time around the Prime. Not to mention the other Autobots, who would like nothing better than a Decepticon punching bag after being around Rodimus for long...
He creeps into the shadows and tries to will himself invisible... quite forgetting that Mirage he is not.
OOC: Skippable unless spoken to or harrassed.

Well, there have been no orders issued, but Bumblebee knows what to do. He makes his way behind Duskwing. Bumblebee places one arm underneath the arm that is not obscured by a wing, and his other arm around Duskwing's neck. Can't have a prisoner try to fly away, after all.
Bumblebee holds Duskwing as firm as he can hold. This is the sort of intelligence-gathering he likes. Well, really even if they learn nothing, it'll still be fun.
Manhandling of Duskwing done with player's permission.

Holi can't stand the Autobots. Or the Decepticons, for that matter. It's much easier and safer to be open with the latter form, so he makes no secret of his enmity at the sight of the Seeker being dragged down Skyfire's ramp. His eager smile even takes on a vicious edge; someone's getting hurt, the poor fellow, and it won't be him. And it's perfectly okay to be happy with it! So getting hauled to this lousy world ends up with a perk, after all.
If Thundercracker wasn't one of them and a Decepticon to boot, Holi might almost feel a sliver of sympathy for the scaredy-jet. Maybe. But he gets even less attention than most from the Micromaster; Holi's watching someone else about to suffer and having a grand time of it. He loves it when they start tearing at each other.
OOC: Skippable, you betcha.

Slowly backing away from Rodimus and Duskwing as soon as the latter is seized from her grasp, Oracle wants to protest that she hadn't been intending to delay the Prime's fun, but it doesn't take an intelligence of Perceptor's level to realize that would be an incredibly bad idea at this point in time. Thrill-seeker she might be, suicidal she was not.
Instead she simply moves to stand near the previously mentioned scientist, figuring it to be as good a place as any to watch the fun about to begin.
OOC: Skippable and lurking if needed.
