He waits, seemingly unphased, while the Prime finishes his bout of laughter. It was not an entirely unexpected reaction, given observation, but still, it grates.
"It is the chaos you bring that disturbs me, Prime."
Shockwave pushes off from the wall, then nods, "I have things to attend to as well." Like discussing Duskwing's "repairs" with Perceptor, if Shockwave can find him.
"As for further interaction...do not be so sure that you will illicit the same level of emotion from me again. Your ability was unexpected and unprepared for this time; it will not be so again."
Shockwave turns to leave, and will do so unless the Prime attempts to stop him.

Rodimus chuckles, but does not move to full-out laughter this time. Indeed, he seems anxious to be off, and before Shockwave is even fully turned away, he's leapt forward, landed on his wheels, and is off at a high speed, engine roaring. He travels only a block down, then skids into an impressively tight turn and is out of sight.
Two streets down, now out of view of Shockwave, he makes another turn and transforms, landing before a very surprised robot.
The Matrix is connected to the lifeforce of all Transformers. Some have even shown the ability to sense other Transformers using it. In the depths of Unicron, after his transformation, a certain blue-opticked Rodimus Prime found himself suddenly able to sense his fellows, to locate them quickly enough to get them out of the body of Unicron before the planet-eater was destroyed.
This red-opticked Rodimus has a similar sense. It's not reliable, especially when he uses it passively, making sneaking up on him possible, if tricky. But now and again, he will get information he wants when he wants it.
And that is how he knew to find the robot now glaring up at him.
Rodimus smiles down at the blue carformer with a grin of pure, malevolent delight. "I've been wanting to speak with you." He balls his right hand into a fist and punches it into his left palm, the lights of his optics dancing merrily. "I believe you have a lot to tell me, Punch."
Fade to black.
