OOC: Semi-private, may turn open later.

Jazz has been ejected from the club, with Scourge no doubt right behind him.
Out of the club...and into an alleyway,on the back side of the club - possibly in view of some of the others in on the heist.
Jazz puts his arms down. "Alright, alright, I'm out - though I really doubt anyone was out to off me, I do gotta say I can respect the speed at which I was gotten to safety," he says. Jazz is no fool, though. They expected shenanigans out of him, and he does just as much from the 'Cons.

Scourge was not lying. There definitely will be an attempt on Jazz's life. Scourge is going to make it. That's a little detail he has conveniently left out.
Given that Scourge has stupid voice commands, most of his weapons are not available because he needs to do this quietly. Luckily, Scourge is 9/10s of a Prime and pretty much everything about him is lethal. Better yet, he's behind Jazz.
So Scourge reaches for Jazz's back, trying to grab that lip on Jazz's upper torso with one hand and the edge on his hips with the other, to simply tear Jazz in half. No matter where Jazz keeps his soul, being torn in half should be massive trauma enough to kill, Scourge figures.
If not, being torn in half should at least make Jazz more manageable as Scourge experiments with what will kill him.

Jazz is grabbed! However, he has no plans to go the way of his silvery counterpart back on Gillanan - he wriggles out of the hold on his torso, and spins his upper body around at the waist. Speakers deploy from his doors, and starts blaring pulsing music out as his lights flash and strobe to the beat. Jazz would say a witty one-liner here, but Scourge wouldn't be able to hear it!

Scourge stumbles around dazed, due to Jazz's horrible music. He whines over the Decepticons shortband, //Swindle, Jazz is playing music.//
This doesn't really properly encompass the gravity of the situation, and Swindle is probably going to laugh.

Jazz keeps the music up, half-dancing back away from Scourge as he pulls out his photon rifle, and fires at one of Scourge's shoulders.
Knowing that Scourge has to shout for his attacks to work, Jazz should probably shoot Scourge in the mouth, but that's just not very Autobot to Jazz. So instead, he'll try and disable the weapons like he did with Hellbender. However, there's no train to save him this time if things go south.

Scourge is shot in the shoulder,, which he barely notices and he finally decides to turn his audios down. It doesn't help with the flashing lights, but it'll have to do.
He lunges and reaches for Jazz's wrists, trying to drag the smallish Autobot into a manly anime grapple, which would put that rifle off to the side and unable to fire at Scourge.
It's also quieter than just slagging Jazz into the Stone Age, and Swindle wanted quiet.

Jazz finds himself being manhandled by Scourge again. The big Not-Optimus Decepticon is a lot stronger than the saboteur, which is readily apparent. Should've backed up further.
//Yo, Dinobot, you up there? I could use a hand with this Optimus knockoff!//

Having apparently succeeded with his Manly Anime Grapple, then next thing that Scourge should do is stand around and grunt and strain with Jazz for the next five minutes.
Scourge is not going to do that.
Instead, he tries to twist Jazz's one arm to the left and the other to right, to wrench them from their sockets. What Scourge has not factored on is just how flexible Jazz is!

In addition to being flexible, Jazz has back-up, in the form of Dinobot. Said back-up is currently racing across a rooftop as fast as its pointy raptor feet will carry it.
//On my way!// he transmits. And of course, it'd be a little dishonorable to attack from behind without announcing himself, so as he jumps off the roof, aiming to land on Scourge's head, he shouts "Dinobot, Maximize!"
The shouting thing may be familiar to Scourge.

Jazz was hoping for a sneak attack, but beggars can't be choosers! At least Dinobot's display should provide a distraction!
He takes a few steps back, then runs forward and jumps, swinging on his shoulders. It's painful with what Scourge is doing, but it'll have to do. Jazz plants his feet into Scourge's chest and starts pushing.

Suddenly, there is a dinosaur on Scourge's head, and Jazz is kicking him away. Jazz's foot will discover that Scourge's chest windows are actually fake windows. Oh, the scandal!
He lets go of Jazz to try to grab Dinobot off his head, complaining, "Why won't you just die quietly?"

"Would you die quietly?" Dinobot demands. He's finding it impossible to get good enough footing on Scourge's helmet and shoulders to get the leverage for a power stroke with his sword, while also not getting crushed by the tanker's hand. This is unfortunate, as he figures that is probably the only way he'll penetrate Scourge's armor.
Instead, he grabs one of Scourge's antennae (finials? crests? the sticky-uppy thingies on the side of his helmet) and tries to swing around to the tanker's front so he can stab him in the eye. This is a daring and cinematic maneuver and would be almost certain to work if Scourge was a redshirt.

Jazz is free! His soundblasting has stopped for now, and his wings are folded back up. Once he's tumbled away from Scourge, he gets on one knee, and aims his gun for Scourge's elbow on the arm closest to grabbing Dinobot. He'd go for the hand, but that's too risky.
"Man, I got better things to do than get scrapped by an Optimus knockoff!"

Even Overlord gets stabbed in the optic in Last Stand, because Impactor is just that cool.
Dinobot is just that cool, too.
However, after grunting in pain from the loss of his depth perception, Scourge very quickly tries to grab Dinobot and fling him hard as he can against the ground. If his hand doesn't crush Dinobot and the slam to the ground doesn't break his central support strut, Scourge probably missed.
But what's this? Did Jazz just bring up the O-word? Scourge hates this! He shouts, "Sword of Fury!" and brings out said sword in his other hand. Scourge is going to kill Jazz so hard next round, just wait and see! The elbow shot does connect. Whether or not it is enough for Dinobot to not get mauled is up to Dinobot.

Scourge grabs Dinobot none too gently. This is only to be expected. Dinobot manages to keep hold of his sword, though, yanking it out of the tanker's eye as he's thrown to the ground. He rolls as he hits, so he's not killed by the impact. However, there is no part of him that is supposed to make a cracking sound like the one he just made.
Oh, look, Scourge has a big red button. Dinobot presses it as he staggers to his feet and squares off. "It'd take more than a coat of paint for anyone to ever confuse this wretch with Optimus Prime," he snarls.
His onboard computer is telling him to seek medical attention in its soothing effeminate voice, but he's never listened to it before and he's not about to start now.
