Swindle is such a gentleman! Assault turns that creepy smile on the armsdealer and chuckles softly, tilting his head down in a courteous nod. "Thank you, Swindle. Though I am disappointed that you find it unsettling. I was attempting to make it a disarming one."
My, Blast Off is a mech of many talents! That is good. Very good, in fact. He holds his hands out so that the shuttle can cuff him without even a trace of resistance. The sensation of almost all systems being forcibly put in stasis is more or less what he expected, at the very least. "Now let us proceed, yes?"

"Well, any time you do need it, you know where to find me," Swindle replies genially, holding out his hand for the datapad. "It takes more than a smile to disarm me, Assault. I've got more guns than most third-planet dictatorships. I remember this one time-"
Swindle stops and makes a nonplussed face when Blast Off slaps the cuffs on Assault. He closes his eyes, and shakes a hand before speaking. "Listen, fellas, I don't know what you heard from Duskwing, but this isn't the kind of establishment I'm running. When Dr. Destructo brings little Destructo Jr. in to buy a My First Death Ray Kit, he doesn't want to have to worry about the little tyke accidentally seeing something untoward behind a curtain in the back. Not that I'm judging, mind you, but at least wait until you get somewhere private before slapping the cuffs on, huh?"

Of course Assault can't smile properly. Some just aren't meant to play the role of Face.
Blast Off's optic fire with affront, and every servo and piston in him quivers with sheer affront. He draws himself up to his full height and somehow manage to look down his lack-of-noise at Swindle despite being shorter. With a comet's ice, Blast Off says frostily, "You, sir, will take back such base accusations upon my person. My intentions for Assault could not be less amatorial. I do not even fancy Seekers!"
Blast Off looks ready to slap Swindle with the back of his hand and challenge him to a pistol duel at 50 paces.

That smile drops stone cold dead as he turns to face Swindle, looking at him, completely flabbergasted. Then, in the most undignified voice he can muster, he expresses his thoughts on Swindle's little comment, though he is polite enough to at least wait until Blast Off is done talking. Interrupting and/or ignoring him would be terribly rude!
"Why must every single Combaticon automatically assume that I engage myself in shady and perverse activities with you lot? I realize that I am magnificent, yes, but that does not mean that I am interested with interlocking myself with any of you in such a way! Now extend your inevitable apology to the both of us, good sir, or you will discover that neither of us respond kindly to such accusations!"

Swindle throws his hands up defensively. "Whoah, whoah, calm down, you two! I didn't mean anything by it! Look at it from my point of view! Two mechs come in, one smiling creepily, one slaps a pair of cuffs on the other, what am I supposed to think? If it was an Internal Affairs thing, the Mayhems would be involved, and if it was some private vendetta, you wouldn't be putting the cuffs on in front of me. Or else you'd at least be paying me to forget I saw anything." Hint, hint.
"Anyway, sorry for assuming."

"Swindle is not a Combaticon," Blast Off corrects, glaring at Assault, "and you know it."
Then Blast Off realises he is finally in control of the situation, or so he thinks. He... doesn't know what to do with this. Actually... Blast Off explains coolly, "Assault is a guttersnipe. However, he wishes an audience with me and refused my rather generous offer of speaking with him in the presence of a chaperone. Thus I would take pains to see him rendered harmless before our discussion, and I shall release him when we are done."

Assault just shoots a look at Blast Off's protest before shaking his head, a chuckle rumbling forth. "Oh, of course not, or rather not yet. None of us know what our futures hold in store for us, after all. He might yet become one."
"But ah, see me speak of someone who is right here with us, how terribly inconsiderate and rude of me. I accept your apologies and offer my own, Swindle." There is still a slightly amused tone to his voice, but that is gone the moment that the shuttle speaks up. Ah, isn't that adorable, Blast Off thinks that he's in charge! Why, he even has the nerve to insult him! He will not disgrace him in the presence of Swindle, and he may not be able to physically correct the Combaticon, but he still has two of his greatest weapons.
His mind and his words.
//Do mind your words, my dearest Blast Off. Before you realize, you will deceive yourself into believing that you are firmly in charge and, most of all, safe from me. And you, of all Decepticons, must realize what I am capable of when I have someone believing that.//

"'Rendered harmless?'" Swindle echoes. "Blast Off, he's a bog standard Seeker chassis. Those arm guns are on a subspace transform joint so they can end up under the wings. They pop right off with a bit of force if you want to disarm him," the merchant says, pulling a screwdriver off a shelf.
He laughs. "I'm not going to become a Combaticon, Assault. I'm not the joining type. You kids have fun now, or don't. Whichever it is you're doing."

//I am not your dear, and I am not yours,// Blast Off corrects sharply, like a dagger of ice. Honestly, people know an alternate version of Blast Off, and they think they know him? They know a renegade, a child of Cybertron, who was imprisoned by Shockwave.
Shockwave gave this Blast Off life, on Earth, and he has ever served faithfully. His team left him, alone and humiliated, in a hexagon-damned box for months, and considering his age and lack thereof, that experience was rather traumatic! Then they died on him and made him alone for good.
Blast Off's not going to throw himself at people just because they know his alternate. He's already aloof and cold! If they're going to be pushy creepers at him? No.
Blast Off is totally in favour of popping off those arm guns, so he'll accept that screwdriver and have at thee if he can. He murmurs gratefully, "Thank you, Swindle. I believe that you are doing splendidly as you are, here."
There is a warning look to his optics, saying without words, 'Swindle, you have no idea the crazy you are avoiding, here.'

What a sharp tongue he has! Quite a bite, too. But he can't help but wonder if he would still be so brave if he were not wearing these cuffs. Still, he doesn't reply, and instead offers the Combaticon a smile that can be interpreted in multiple ways, but which is the right one?
"I am merely stating that one never knows what the future holds, Swindle. It can be quite a fickle old thing."
Ah, there go his guns. He would roll his arms if he could, just to enjoy the pleasant experience of those things not weighing down his limbs. "Well, I do believe that was everything. Shall we proceed, Blast Off?"

OOC: Skipping Swindle due to timeout.
Blast Off is not strong, so he rather awkwardly tries to drag Assault off with both arms, and it is still like a tiny, weak child trying to drag a huge toboggan.
Soon enough, Blast Off will take Assault outside, where Barricade indicated, because he does need to check on a glitching sensor array. It is his duty. Blast Off is rather quiet, though. What is there to say?

OOC: Yeek! I keep missing that I'm up in here! Sorry!
Swindle catches Blast Off's look and returns a sympathetic one of his own. "Just be careful, whatever you're doing," he says as the two Decepticons make their way out.

At least Assault is kind enough to help as much as his disabled form can. Which is not much, mind you, but every little bit counts!
Once outside, the lack of gravity makes things far easier, and it is not long before the Seeker is settled. But poor Blast Off is dreadfully silent! Good thing Assault prepared for this. //Well then, allow me to take the word...//
