Everything you need to know is in the Read Me First thread and in every other "I'm new here" thread on the first page of this forum.

Thanks. I'm trying to make a original/non-canon character but there's alot of information to take in.
I have the Character Application Page open, but where do I post it when finished? Can I make a original character in the first place?

Welcome, good sir/miss/ma'am! It is good to have you with us, and I hope that you will get past the application process successfully and enjoy your time here! Please be patient though, our admins (who run it) are backlogged right now and it might take a week or two, three before you hear back from them, maybe longer. As for your questions! Everything you need to know can be found here: deadzone.pbworks.com/w/page/17042407/Characters

As a text-based RPG, a rather large number of words tend to be involved.
The instructions on where to send the application once it's finished are included on the page with the application itself, which is linked both in the "Read Me First" thread in the Announcements forum, and on the Wiki linked from the logo on the top of each page.
Onslaught is right about us being backlogged, but we're in the process of working out a faster way to get through apps. I can't make any guarantees as to how long it will be, though, even with that.
