Rodney blinks in surprise. It's not the question itself; he can understand some amount of disbelief. It's that they've been in these bodies for a few days, so he'd expect Wednesday to figure it out by now. He nods. "Yeah, I'm afraid so." He looks down at himself and shrugs. "It has something to do with that thing we were investigating."

"Yeah? This place just keeps getting stranger and stranger." Wednesday grins. "I mean, not that I'm complaining or nothing. Keeps life interesting and all!"
And really, there's no reason for him to be alive if his life isn't being interesting.
"So what's the plan, Boss-Rod? Make this movie fabulous and figure out which other schmuck around here is tingling your spidey-senses?"

"That's pretty much it for now, yeah," Rodney sighs. "Keep an eye out for others. We'll need to swap phone numbers. Also, those who didn't change set up a contact number, but I'm not sure how well they'd be able to keep it manned." He shakes his head, frowning. "The numbers aren't good."

"Sure thing, man!" Wednesday whips out his phone, not having memorized his own number. "Not good? How not good we talkin' about?"

Who memorizes their own number anymore?
Rodney pulls out his own phone and gives says, "555-5457. The 'Bots is 555-BOTS." It's a pretty obvious one. And luckily, people who live in fictional universes are never aware that the clearest sign that they're fictional is that their phone number starts with '555'. "As for how bad... you've got more fingers on one hand." He scowls.

Wednesday takes a moment to stare at his hand, forgetting just how many fingers humans have for a moment - oh right, same number as he usually has. "Heh, yeah, wow. That's pretty damn low."
"The baddies in the same ship as us, or are we in seriously deep bull-slag?"
Mixing human expletives with Cybertronian ones, why not?

"Well, I know at least one of them were humanized before the rest of us," Rodney answers quietly, shrugging. "No confirmation for the rest, but the fact that they haven't attacked yet when they have to know what happened speaks volumes." Why do they have to know? Because Rodney knows who the first one who got turned human is, and she would have told any remaining Decepticons about what likely happened to them.
OOC: Move to wrap-up as they return to work?

"Well, could be worse!" Wednesday says with a shrug. "Guess we're looking for both good and bad robots in disguise, right?"
One of their coworkers shouts at Wednesday to stop yapping and get snapping. He offers a wave and a thumbs up. "But, looks like it's time to make things go boom, huh, Big Red?"
OOC: Sounds good to me!

Rodney laughs. "Yeah, I'll see you a couple of explosions later." Not too many, though, because as it turns out they'll be working together for a good bit of it.
Even so, Rodney will be spending as much time as he can looking for whoever else that was in between.
OOC: And wrap!
