Okay, Ultra Magnus can be Emirate Xaaron's stuff instead.
"Expectations were made to be subverted," Ms. Zaman opines. Victoria is just making up excuses. She shot Rodney in the back because she wanted to.
Of course Victoria is putting it on the Autobots that the war continues. Of course she changes the subject to Unicron.
Ms. Zaman can't afford Rodney to give away any tell on that subject, however. So she answers quickly and firmly, "Any time your Decepticons want to surrender, I will be happy to give them a kinder welcome than Trannis did my people."

Rodney isn't that naive, Sharon.
At Victoria's remark about going back to killing each other, he casts Victoria a suspicious look. "Of course, that assumes we all make it back to our proper forms. You might not want to see us destroyed as a race, but it would be pretty convenient for you if some of us stayed as we are, wouldn't it?"

"There are certain elements whose influence I think we all could do without," Victoria says. She names no names, of course, but then, she imagines she would fall under that category for the Prime and the Emirate.
"As for surrendering- well," Victoria looks at Sharon, "I would not waste time expecting such a thing. One surrenders when they feel themselves a failure, is proven fundamentally wrong, or is grossly overpower."
"None of those apply to me and mine, or are likely to."

Are they discussing disappearing people so soon?
Ms. Zaman says calmly, "You don't think what you did to Springer was wrong." She leans forward and takes a bite of her sandwich. "You don't think what you did to Ultra Magnus was wrong." Then she pops another rosewater cube.
OOC: Fade before Rodney can force Victoria to play Frisbee?

"You've just all but admitted that it wouldn't be in our best interests to work with you," Rodney points out, tone now more sober... and more exhausted... than before. "You wouldn't be able to resist trying to use a selective means of returning us to our real bodies to get rid of those 'certain elements,' most, if not all, of whom are Autobots and Maximals, no doubt."
GAH! So sorry I missed this! I am good for fade when it makes sense?

"I do not," she responds calmly to Sharon's allegations, "In the main, that is. I do not say that in execution of some processes I have not perhaps erred, but what was done was done with the overall good in mind."
Victoria grasps her glass and stands. She cocks her head as she regards Rodney. "You will ever misunderstand my goals, Prime. Without a substantial sampling of your faction, we would be incomplete as a people."
"Thank you for your time, gentlemen," It is a deliberate slip, "But I am needed elsewhere shortly." Victoria bows her head and smiles slightly before walking back toward the performance area.
OOC: Fade is good w/ me.

Blast. Now Sharon is going to be stuck playing Frisbee with Rodney. Victoria truly is evil.
Sharon observes, "If your goals are, as you just admitted, incomprehensible even to an intelligent member of our species..." she spreads her hands, "Why do you expect support for incomprehensible goals?"
Would any such Autobots or Maximals even be the same people they were before when Shockwave was done with them?
"Do have a good night, Vicky."

Rodney smirks faintly. "Because she's gotten away with getting support by just leaving out the bits that she thinks it's inconvenient for them to know for so long," he answers Sharon, only nodding his head in acknowledgement of Victoria's departure.
As she walks away, Rodney finishes his sandwich and then asks, "So, up for a game of Frisbee?"
Dun-dun-duuuun!
