Hi Everyone, I like what I see and it's great to be here I am completely new to the text based roleplay scene. I've messed around with Warhammer 40K for years, and by messed around, I mean I bought tyranids, customised and painted them. Long story short, I went past a garage sale and bought this (he came with no missiles and I don’t know what is missing from the back). I have no idea who he (she?) is and I would like some help identifying him. Manufacturing moulded label says Hasbro 1993. I think he is generation 2. I only know Animated, Prime, and the Movies. So first question, does anyone know who I have on my hands? i49.tinypic.com/14ccs9f.jpg

Would it be possible for me to apply for Gigant Bomb? I'm not sure if Robot Masters is allowed or not. Just an idea Im turning arround in my head.

Hi and welcome! In case the all-knowing admins haven't been able to get back to you yet; There is an IDW G1 Dreadwing in the appable approved characters list. Have a look at his bio to see if you like him. Approved characters are in general much easier to apply for because the stats are already deadzone-proofed. deadzone.pbworks.com/w/page/44511790/DreadwingRegarding Zone; memory fails me at the moment but considering the contents of that continuity I am going to advice you to prepare for a refusal regarding getting a character from that series. If you really want the awesome decepticon, again, consider his IDW version. Hope this helps you along!

Oh wow! I hadn’t noticed Dreadwing in your Wiki (which is full of cool). I’m still thinking that I don’t really want to play a powerhouse pacifist however, RID Dreadwind is too brown and BB is too limited. So if Robot Masters is a no-go, could I create an Animated version of Gigant Bomb?
Would this count as an OC or FC?
What does the F in FC stand for? I am guessing OC is original character.
I am planning at this point to customise my Dreadwing toy.

Well, that's kinda IDW Dreadwing's personality. There's also a Dreadwing in Transformers Prime. Writing in an existing character from one continuity into another is something I can't help you with, but I'm sure you'll find that out once you start. Please make sure to have read this section in particular before starting any application, there are also FAQs and read first on this board and on the wiki: deadzone.pbworks.com/w/page/17042407/Characters

While we have allowed in the past, we increasingly would prefer that people do not create OC versions of FCs in different continuities.

So would an OC who uses the deadwing toy as a basis be acceptable?
