Let's see how long I can keep this updated.
Hellbender breaks through: The attack began with Hellbender heading an invasion force through the undergrand and up into a building rather near to Autobase. An attempt to slow them down by flooding the sewers was largely unsuccessful, and an attempt to bring the building down on them was foiled when Hellbender did the job for the Autobots. Since their arrival, a smaller force has broken off heading directly for the base, Hellbender has moved on to other targets, Rodimus Prime has run through the thread, knocking down Long Range in the process and possibly leading some 'Cons away, Grimlock is now battling Scourge, and Rattrap is attempting to make life difficult for Ironfire-3. Of the list of those still in the thread below, some are probably going to leave on their next round - they're included because the OOC notice that they're gone isn't in place yet.
Still in thread: Ironfire-3, Injector, Barricade, Long Range
Cue up 'Ride of the Valkyries': The air-based Decepticons and Autobots-3 began their attack from the air at close to the same time as Hellbender emerged from beneath. Two anti-aircraft gun mounts were brought online from the roof of Autobase, but so far they've completely failed to hit anyone (Pssst: Someone. Please. At least acknowledge the attack). What's worse, the Decepticons have already determined that while the gun mounts are shielded and the roof has been reinforced, there are vulnerable areas along the building itself. The 'Bots may have a Constructibot working for them, but there's only so much that can get done in a single week! The Decepticons have scattered to approach at different angles, and Slingshot has flown through and attacked and... been completely unnoticed, apparently (PLEASE start acknowledging attacks, people). So while the Decepticons are utterly untouched, partially through the magic of not noticing they're under attack (this doesn't apply to EVERYONE, but still...), Autobase is about to fall apart.

Autobots-3 Charge: While the Decepticons attack from below and above, the alternate Autobots attack from the very same level. Rodimus Prime-3 is leading a charge of Autobots towards the base. While the Decepticons focus largely on tactical targets, the Autobots are out to take out the people.1 During the approach, Pee-Dee-3 has peeled off to make a run for Perceptor's lab, and Mirage-3 has departed to set up for sniping in secret. The rest of the Autobots-3 have now been met by the normalverse Autobot forces, who have scattered in an attempt to break up the large group of their evil alternates. It's worked, not because the evil Autobots have failed to see through the ploy, but because their task is death and dismemberment, which can't be accomplished without chasing down their prey. Rodimus Prime-3 himself has continued charging deeper into the city, heading now towards the last reported location of his alternate: the building brought down by Hellbender. Spinister is in hiding, ordered by Starscream to spy on the Dark Prime. Note: A lot of people have posted heading off for side alleys and such, but haven't actually added notes about leaving the thread. Please let me know if you're not supposed to be in here anymore.
Still in thread: Nightbeat-3, Arcee, Goldbug, Spinister (skippable), Pee-Dee, Bluestreak, Bumblebee-3, Rodimus Prime-3, Jazz, Jazz-3
More threads to be added as time permits.

Police Raid: Pee-Dee-3, for reasons all her own (but that largely involve bribes), was the first to leave the main group of Autobots-3, heading directly towards the Zoo, or specifically, a certain lab built near the Zoo. On arrival, she contacted Perceptor, trying to trick him into thinking she was her alternate, but Perceptor was canny enough to check a supposed change in security procedures with the Security Chief. Since then, the two have been engaged in a sort of game of cat and mouse, only with radios and rocket launchers. Cat and mouse games with radios and rocket launchers are the best kind.

Come Out and Play: Because Rodimus Prime is unaware that Emirate Xaaron requires a baby-sitter, the Autobots' leader has snuck out of base to play bait for various traps and see what trouble he can cause among the Decepticons. The Decepticon he's encountered is Runamuck. Now generally, one would think that a battle between Runamuck and the non-combatant Emirate Xaaron would be unfair in Runamuck's favor, but so far it's been a battle of wits, which makes it more unfair in Emirate Xaaron's favor.

Deconstruction: Deconstruction details the epic battle of Hook, Mixmaster, Wildrider, Dead End, Shortround, Demolishor, and BW Scourge vs Wheelie.
...
(People are encouraged to remember that there is a lot going on, what with explosions left and right, and not everyone need zoom in on a single source of those explosions at once. Keep in mind that the firerocks are being flung from hiding, and not everyone in the thread has radar.)
Actually, it's about the progress of Hook's team towards the powerstation closest to Autobase, progress that hasn't been significantly hindered by David's slingshot attacks on Team Goliath.

Nightingale's Roost: With so many attacks focused on the Autobase itself, Botanica has wisely moved repair operations to the supplemental medical station a couple of blocks away from the base, and there she, First Aid, and Boondocker are setting up.
Too bad they left the comatose Emirate Xaaron-3 behind in base.
(In fairness, their players can't be blamed, because they probably didn't know about it.)

Cue Up 'Danger Zone': As mentioned previously, Slingshot (the good one) has flown through the Decepticon attack thread, fired a rocket on Starscream, and flown right back out. So far, no one has noticed, possibly because 2/3 of the Decepticon military secretly wants to see Starscream take a big hit, and the other 1/3 aren't as secretive about it. There are, however, a few left in the Valkyrie thread that haven't gone yet, including Starscream himself, so maybe someone will notice and give chase.

Kup's Chase: Kup rolled out to meet the charge of the Autobots-3, but at the last moment, gave the order to break up and head down various side-streets. It's unknown at this point who will take the bait.

Belling the Cat: In the spirit of our Wheelie vs. the Decepticon Military thread, Rattrap has decided to take on a tank. The tank hasn't followed him into the new thread yet, though, so we've yet to see how that turns out.

Who the hell do you think I am?! : Near the point of Hellbender's intrusion, oversized red sword clashes with oversized red sword as Grimlock and RiD Scourge face-off at last. Too bad Grimlock's not paying any attention to that rifle Scourge has so casually discarded...

Vast, Predatory Whirly-Bird: Meanwhile, back in the Zoo (near, but not in line of sight of, Perceptor's base and near, but not in line of sight of, a certain significant cage... but probably both near and in line of sight of a certain orange and grey rocket), Ironfire defends the back-up hydrolic power station from Blackout while Scorponok digs up every flowerbed in the metal-paved zoo.
People in the Police Raid and New Exhibit thread need to be aware of this: if the power station that Ironfire is defending goes, both Perceptor's lab and most of the cages will lose power.

New Exhibit: In the midst of the battle chaos, a new arrival appears in the zoo. But before she can work out what's going on, another new arrival appears - on her head! Bambi immediately recognizes Optimus Prime as the Autobot leader who allowed the Dinobots to be smelted "for safety," and Optimus immediately recognizes - wait. Strike that. Optimus doesn't recognize anybody. He's one confused little 'Bot!
This thread takes place physically near, but not in sight of, the battle between Ironfire and Blackout and the confrontation between Pee-Dee-3 and Perceptor. Also, once the two exit the cage, they will probably be able to sight Omega Supreme.
