We need to start being more willing to skip people when they've timed out, especially in the plot-bottleneck threads on the Pz-Zazz board. I know we've been reluctant to skip of late, and I know we've been lax to enforce it, but this bottleneck has gone on for too long, and we need to give people the chance to open up more general Pz-Zazz threads ASAP.
In summary: be more willing to skip people who have timed out. Be willing to accept that you may be skipped if you time out. Move towards opening spin-off threads in Pz-Zazz as soon as possible.
That's it! Game on!

I'm bumping this thread, because people seem to be forgetting the time out rules whenever threads get over three people in them. Also, please remember if there are five or more people in a thread then the time-out period is cut from 48hrs to 24hrs. These are the threads that tend to be major plot specific- hence why they draw more people. Having them jam up because someone isn't paying attention to order or is afraid to skip someone gets rather old rather quickly.

Bumping again, because it's becoming an issue again.
Please don't be afraid to skip players. In cases where a skip isn't feasible, it is perfectly acceptable to PM the player(s) and remind them they are timed out.
Timeout in normal threads is 48hrs. Timeout in five or more person threads is 24hrs.
We understand getting in a groove with certain characters and accidentally neglecting others, but please remember your fellow players. It's a bit annoying as a player to see someone posting like mad in a thread or two, but consistently ignoring other threads.
