Oh gee, thanks guys! Oh well, Jazz makes a career out of working with unexpected changes. Jazz nonchalantly takes a seat, leaning one arm on the back of the chair. "Dig this, boss 'bot - Shockwave wants me to play tunes at this casino that the 'Cons are running. This puts me on the inside of their establishment. We got a grand opportunity here to do something great with this. We're thinking that we separate the 'Cons from the cash they're raking in - right as some big roller is gonna cash out."
Jazz grins. "We get ourselves a little help for our own money problem and knock a blow to the Decepticons' rep in the process!"

"So far, this idea has the potential to turn out very, very well for us or to end in torture, death, and ignominy," Emirate Xaaron replies evenly. He raises a hand, flourishing it palm-up and open. "So do go on. I have always felt that we cannot wait on the Decepticons to make a move, because making no move is itself making a move, and frankly, no move is not a move I want to be making."
He gaze then cuts over to Jazz in specific, and he cautions, "I am certain that you have already realised that in keeping to a schedule dictated by Shockwave, you are telling him where you are at certain times of the day and therefore where you are not? That you are telling Shockwave that Jazz won't be spearheading any spec ops missions at such and such a time?"

Jazz gets to lead spec ops missions, maybe? That's completely unfair! Of course, Sentinel Prime supposes that he and Oracle just left Jazz high and dry, stuck explaining what they were up to. No risk, no reward. But does Sentinel Prime really want to stick his neck out when he might be sticking it out on the chopping block?
(Been there, done that; wasn't any fun.)
Sentinel Prime ventures, "We had started thinking about some of the details, sir. We'd need a few individuals or small teams with these skillsets: reconnaissance, first off, to learn as much about the place as we can, counter-security, to make sure none of the more... sketchy parts of the operation are recorded, infiltration and retrieval, to liberate the payload, some kind of distraction, to keep their attention focused elsewhere, a watch around the outside, in case of trouble, and an escape method. We'd already started tossing around who might work for the roles, if they were willing to volunteer. Pz-Zazz has that filthy subway system, after all, so if one of the drill tanks cut a route and hide it under a dumpster, we'd have fast extraction that links up to anywhere in the city. Collapse that tunnel, and we can't be followed."
Sentinel Prime pauses, because he could keep rambling on like a program caught in an infinite loop, but that would be about as embarrassing, too.

Jazz frowns a bit at Xaaron. "Yeah, I know it's not the best idea, nor the safest situation to be in." Jazz moves his hand out, palm up and open. "However, I feel the opportunity presented by this was too good to pass up."
The saboteur nods his head in Sentinel's direction. "Big Blue there just outlined what we've come up with so far. Then I presented it to Rattrap, and then he tells me we need to come talk to you, sir."

Emirate Xaaron observes that Sentinel's all hung up on the details already, and he doesn't seem to have stopped to consider whether or not this is a good idea at all in the first place. He half wonders if Sentinel isn't interested in this plan just for the sake of having a plan on which to scheme. The lad seems like a schemer. He's probably going through scheming withdrawal.
Emirate Xaaron thinks about that for a bit, and he thinks that it might not be a bad idea to keep Sentinel's scheming pointed in a productive direction by keeping him busy, not only with extra shifts, but with some extra mental stimulation. Emirate Xaaron doesn't really want his own personal Autobot Starscream.
Emirate Xaaron spreads his hands and decides, finally, "Very, well, Autobots. Get to it. Consider it a volunteer mission, but if you need extra materiel or manpower, don't hesitate to let me know."

Sentinel Prime is a bit tempted to punch the air and calls out, 'Yes!' but he manages some decorum and simply grins. He effuses, in his usual way, "Oh, you won't regret this, sir! Those Decepticons are going down."
He does punch one hand into the palm of the other hand, still grinning.

Jazz stands up and offers Xaaron a grin and a double thumbs-up. "Sure thing, chief. Won't let you down, sir." Jazz turns to the others. "Alright, let's get crackin' on this thing."

Emirate Xaaron trusts Jazz when he says that he won't let him down. He doesn't trust Sentinel at all. He murmurs, "Primus be with you. Dismissed."
OOC: Wrap?

OOC: Fine by me.- - - Sentinel stands to attention and crisply salutes when he's dismissed. Primus? More like Sentinel Prime's got The Fallen at his back.
