Long Haul rocks in place at the force of the blast but... well, he's a fragging dump truck. He's about as stable as it gets. Still, his engine rumbles louder as he can feel the movement in his back.
"You guys okay back there?" There's a pause. "Oh! Dragon! His1 muzzle still on? Synapse, Holi... er... you orange guy. Could you make sure the little guy's muzzle is still on?"
1 The dragon is, in fact, a female. But what does Long Haul know about sexing dragons?

"…It's alright," Holi tells Perceptor after a moment's hesitation, smiling even if he doesn't quite feel like it and even if the red bot can't see it. The sound of it is in Holi's voice despite the strain. "There's nothing you have to apologise for, sir." He's the one who should be apologising, jumping to conclusions like that.
Then everything is noise and motion, the world spinning around him and his audio receptors ringing painfully. It takes him a moment or two, once the spinning stops, before he figures out why things are upside down. He's the one upside down, bent double with his feet somewhere near his head, all his weight bearing down on his back. It sort of hurts. He makes an indistinct noise and twitches before tipping onto one side.
Holi would be glad to check on the dragon, Long Haul. But first, he has to answer Synapse's question. Give him a minute, Synapse.
"I'm okay," he answers in a very small voice with only the faintest trace of cheer as he slowly rises to hands and knees. He doesn't really feel very okay, but that will probably go away once he recovers from his tumble. So he's okay. He'll be up and moving again in a moment, you'll see. Maybe he'll go for a walk.

Wheelie is knocked off his feet by the shockwave and lands hard on his butt.
The shockwave had turned the world into a loud, confusing, nearly totally disorienting place. Quite the scary spot for such a small little Autobot. Lesser mechanoids might have panicked, but not him. He's stared Sharkticons straight in the gullet and shot firerocks down them. Heck, he tried to keep a sharkticon as a pet!
So... he's only.. a little bit scared. Yeah.
"Wheelie's okay! What blew our way?"

Emirate Xaaron keeps on walking, as if no more has happened than a milk run. He eventually makes it to the gathering around Jazz. Optimus Prime bits are strewn about, small obstacles around which he picks a path.
He waits a while, not introducing himself. Perceptor could be working on smething important. When there is a minor lull in the action, he holds the rifle out to Perceptor and says softly, "This belongs to you."
Emirate Xaaron could be returning a borrowed weed-whacker, the way he says it. He adds, "How may I be of use?"

Having waited long enough to ascertain that, yes, indeed, everyone present is still functional and would remain so for the foreseeable future, Perceptor dives into stripping the necessary components out of the greyed out torso to supplement and stabilize Jazz's functions. Massive cascade system failures and the days of lying in state had not managed to rob all charge from the various capacitors and back up power supplies that are Perceptor's first priority, thankfully. It's not a bonanza of energy, but it's sufficient to bolster Jazz's requirements and keep Perceptor, himself online longer.
Something he'll badly need, since, from the situational reports tricking in, it sounds as if he'll be quite busy for many days to come. If they can obtain the energy everyone would need to recover from this altercation.
"The dragon's muzzle remains intact, Long Haul," Perceptor answers distractedly. "And, thus far, we still function."
Perceptor shoots a vaguely sympathetic glance towards Synapse; he utilizes a trinocular optical array via his scope, as well. He can well understand the discomfort of having a significant portion of one's function so significantly restricted.
"The concussion blast wave of the explosive destruction of the power facility, Wheelie," he adds, answering the small Autobot as he prepares the components scavenged - borrowed, his mind substitutes - from the fallen Prime for transplant to Jazz's systems. "Perhaps, later evaluation of the remains of the facility may offer a more detailed and accurate analysis of the specific source..." His voice trails of in a sigh and a muttered, "Ah... nevermind."
It's pointless to conjecture on what had powered the facility before its destruction when there are other options for energy production - a hydroelectric facility back in the town they had briefly stopped in, for instance. Based upon the force of the concussion blast, whatever remains of the original facility on the butte would be unrecoverable, and their resources would be better utilized in more easily constructed facilities and sorting out exactly what purpose and mechanism by which they had all been transported to this world.
Besides, few beings had ever had much tolerance for one of Perceptor's lengthy dissertations on the things which had fascinated him, particularly not when there had been far more pressing matters at hand. Speaking of which...
"Thank you," he replies to Xaaron, accepting the rifle back and absently setting it aside where anyone might easily reach it if needed. The Decepticons might be in retreat now, however, he'd rather have his weapon nearby for someone to use than risk being caught unawares.
"If you have any skills in repair, Synapse could benefit from their use until the others arrive and can be triaged. Lacking that, if you would happen to be able to materialize a stockpile of fuel or a significant energy source, it would certainly assist in our situation." Hey, it never hurts to ask, correct?
"As would having the rest of... of the parts more conveniently at hand. Thank you."

At the mention of Emirate Xaaron performing any sort of repairs on his body, Synapse tensed and automatically gave the other bot a apprehensively scrutinizing look. The thought of letting any of the Autobots getting near enough to make contact makes Synapse more than a little skittish. But until his cockpit is cleaned out and windshield repaired, his flying would be impaired and space flight near impossible. Not to mention re-entry would fry his controls and he'd come down like a literal ball of fire, his open cockpit ablaze.
A liability is something Synapse does not want to be. So he will grudgingly consent to the repairs on his torso. Repair to his node on the other hand will be a much harder issue to push. That is, if they even have the materials to perform such repairs.
"I-I'll be alright. It'd be better if we treated those that need it more anyways," says Synapse looking at the ground. Just because he says he'd consent to repairs doesn't mean he won't delay them. Besides, waiting would give him time to tinker on the damaged node himself.

"Once we get Jazz stable, might be best to get him moved," Long Haul points out. "That ain't my area of specialty or anything, but I can sure help with the repairs. Don't mean to rush you or anything, but as it is, we're tying up two medics."
He doesn't move or anything, of course. That's be silly. He still has a critically injured mech in his bed!

It might not be a bonanza of energy, but it does make a difference. As does having various systems become self-sustaining once again. Feedback loops deteriorate, as they should, and Jazz's systems start to stablize at the minimum levels.
Even with an unfamiliar system or two, Perceptor is doing well. There is even a little less drain as the capacitors take over.
No more flickering.
All signs point towards success for the moment.
Jazz is still out like a light though. Still one of those 'for the better' moments.
This way, no one will have to deal with the inevitable joke about not having a leg to stand on.
Yes. Jazz would tell those.

Wheelie looks around at the others, momentarily at a loss for what to do. He's not used to being around people, not at all.
"No time to cry or whine or yelp! What can Wheelie do to help?"

Does Emirate Xaaron look like a miracle worker?
Don't answer that.
He presses his lips together thinly and shakes his head. Emirate Xaaron replies, "No repair skills, no sources of supplies, and no magic caches of energy." His thin look shifts to a small smile. "But I can move the parts that we do have closer to you."
So said, Emirate Xaaron does exactly that. He agrees, "Excellent point, Long Haul. Whenever Omega Supreme finishes with whatever he's doing, we ought to get everyone loaded inside of him."

There is a subtle shift in Perceptor's carriage as he surveys the components he's patched into Jazz's systems. Relief bubbles up slowly as he also notes the dramatic reduction of drain on his own systems in addition to the stabilization of that previously flickering energy.
"Jazz is stable enough to move - carefully. If we expect an extended ETA for Omega Supreme, perhaps someone could locate a suitably safe and sanitary location to move Jazz to, in order to allow Long Haul his freedom. Kup will be bringing in the others; your assistance will be vital," Perceptor explains.
So many of them injured, and potentially critically, from the sound of the broadband transmissions. He glances briefly toward Xaaron before continuing his work - no sense in stopping just because Jazz is stable. Not until they have someplace to move the wounded mech to, at any rate.
"Although we passed through several waypoints during our overland journey here, if Omega Supreme retains fuel and energy enough for such a transport, the city by the river possessed resources which are easily scavenged, re-purposed, repaired, or built for our needs. I am not the strategist you are, however, nor did I have access to visuals from your flight to this location from there."
Just so long as wherever they retreat to has some means of creating and/or harvesting energy to boost flagging systems in them all, that's Perceptor's primary concern. At this point, however, in their weakened and injured states, defensibility is also desperately needed.

The city by the river...that's the place where he first met Perceptor, Long Haul, and Xaaron, correct? Synapse goes over whatever map files he has of the area. It looks alright, if scaled a bit small for most transformers. He casts a glance towards Holi and Wheelie, those two would have problem with that. He could probably squeeze himself through most doorways without too much trouble. But the others?
"It would be useful if we could build something that was scaled more for...our sizes," Synapse murmurs softly, quite unsure if his input is even needed for this. He isn't in any way an architect to say the least. All he knows is that some cover would be very nice to have around.

"Believe me, that's on the list if it looks like we're gonna be stuck here long term," Long Haul tells Synapse from where he sits in his alt mode, waiting for word to be given on where to move to, whether it be back to Omega Supreme or somewhere else. "Found one building we might be able to adapt by removing some of the inner floors... y'just gotta watch out that you're not taking out anything load-bearing. Might be easier than building from scratch... just gotta see what we got to work with."
Emirate Xaaron, of course, wants tunnels. And Constructicons can build tunnels. But they like building big things!

Jazz is stable.
At least physically.
Anyone who, upon waking up in this particular condition and immediately thinks of a joke has a few screws loose. And for the sake of the sanity of those around him, it is very fortunate that he's still out of it.
Jazz should be able to wake up soon though. Punmeters should be at the ready, along with a dose of something really strong to dull the pain of listening to them. Oh. He might be hurting, but that doesn't mean he's going to shut his trap.
So. What do you call a guy with no legs under a microscope?
Gene.
Damnit, Jazz...

Holi can fit through doorways just fine. …Well, he might have trouble going through sideways with the front end of his secondary mode folded on his back, but why would he be walking through doors sideways, anyway? That's just silly. But maybe he could go looking around inside buildings for the others? He and Wheelie could, sure! And even Synapse, too, if he fits! He doesn't look too much bigger than Wheelie.
Yes, Holi is latching onto the problem he thinks he can help address. Emirate Xaaron has seen to the bo– the parts, the dragon is still muzzled, and Holi has neither energy source nor a knack for fixing up wounded.
"Maybe Wheelie and I could look inside buildings for things we can use?" he suggests, hoping he sounds helpful.
