Starscream sounds pissed, though he's more angry at whoever dropped the ball enough that humans can hack their transmissions than he is at the humans. When a dog pees on your carpet, you don't get angry at it. You just demolish the city block where it lives and wipe out all traces of its bloodline.

Onslaught only reacts after Scourge has responded. Maybe he's just waiting for word from both before acting? //Understood. But that leaves me without orders, sir. Shall I keep him occupied until Barricade and Frenzy succeed in tracing and cutting off the feed?//
