Further explanations can be found there.

In the future, we would prefer that you stick to posting in the appropriate forum. This forum is for calling out aspects of other people's roleplay that you found enjoyable. The General board is the best place to ask general information, or just to chat about things out of character. The Game Announcements board is good for looking for specific rules information and clarifications, and also includes the Read First thread.
