Locked to: Upper CoC
Protection level: Pinnacle
Home reality: Makeshift
Pull-point timestamp: {Corresponds to after the Minicon Moonbase Saga in the DW comic}
Alternate form: Tiltrotor
Known history and notes: Part of a group of smaller-sized Transformers that were altered by the Decepticons for use as tools, weapons, and slaves. They didn't much care for this, so they fled Cybertron. Most of them crash-landed on Earth - 'cos, y'know, it just ain't a Cybertronian Civil War if we don't crash land on Earth and drag it there at some point in our history - but Makeshift was stranded on the Moon and seems kind of out of the loop. Calls himself a 'Mini-Con,' which isn't the Decepticon equivalent of a Minibot, but just a really, really small Transformer that's been altered. Or something.
Decent sort. Energetic. Seems pretty touchy about his forced reformatting, though I can't say I blame him. Seems very eager to keep himself busy - I've seen him bustling about base quite a bit since his recent arrival.
Skills, abilities, talents: Search and Rescue specialist - we seem to be gathering quite a collection of these. Pretty strong for his size so he can carry folks needing rescuing. High powered winch, strong tow cable. He's also able to transform into a weapon, but his mobility is limited in that mode. As a weapon, he's been designed to link up with a larger Transformer who's received appropriate adaptations, and provide them with a power boost. He doesn't have any external triggering mechanism, so someone who isn't linked with him can't fire him.
Weapons pack a decent enough punch, and he's pretty good at aiming them.
Weaknesses: There seems to be some left-over trauma from his time as a slave, and there are some subjects he needs some coaxing to talk about. His fingers are rail gun barrels, which cuts down on his manual dexterity. Also, he loses control of himself if he becomes powerlinked - that's what he called being linked up to another Transformer to be used as a boost and a weapon. His awareness of the outside world is dimmed when he's linked up, too. I can't imagine that's too pleasant. Also, between his small size and lack of experience, I wouldn't suggest letting him go toe-to-toe against anyone on the other side.
