"Junkions are a race of Transformers native to the planet Junk; their origins are unknown to me. Their planet is a planetary scrap-heap, and the Junkions themselves are built of scrap, and tend to transform into two-wheeled vehicles, generally painted a most unappetizing rust-brown color. Every Junkion is unique due to their improvised construction."
"Their improvised construction makes them seem physically weak, as they are easily dismantled in combat; however, they are very hard to keep down, as they have extreme redundancy and are all skilled in field repairs; they can rebuild themselves or their allies in a matter of minutes. I have heard that they mod and refit themselves regularly, just for amusement."
"Junkions are violent, extremely territorial and possessive; it may be scrap, but it's their scrap. Stealing from a Junkion is a good way to get them all after you. They are also very imitative; they pick up languages and behaviors from alien media transmissions. Specifically, the Junkions of my reality and time were quite taken by and imitative of Earth human television. They refer to their weirdly metaphorical version of English as "talking TV". It is virtually incomprehensible if you are not familiar with human popular culture."
"In my reality, Rodimus Prime managed to make them Autobot allies, but they are temperamental and easy to offend, even by Autobots. They are also willing to deal with those who can speak their language and bargain on their terms; the renegade Decepticon Octane traded with them regularly. On the other hand, both Galvatron and the Quintessons managed to provoke them."
"Their leader, Wreck-Gar, is a close personal friend of Rodimus Prime."
"That about covers it," Dead End concludes in a somewhat less pedantic voice. "If I recall other relevant information about them, I will make an addendum."
