Day 6, on the Event Horizon. Open Thread
Once again, Prowl finds himself in the serenity of the biodome. He is laying back on a rock, staring up at the ceiling, lost in thought. His hands are rested on his chest as he lets out a cycle of air akin to a sigh, and tilts his head further back.
He reviewed the recordings of Unicron. Everything about it just makes him feel sick. He frowns even more and his optics dim as if he's closing is eyes. Even the planet feels off.
Hopefully time in the clean nature would make him feel better. The parks of Pz-Zazz which were very dirty, dark, and didn't even feel real, and despite his best efforts to calm his mind in there. He leans back further, and then nearly falls over off the rock. He catches himself and then shakes his head and stands up, being quite visible from his position and then moves to stand by the water, looking out over it. Prowl crosses his arms.
"Unicron."

Prowl could find a ram at the waterfront if he wants too. Ramulus is not here for him, but the beast does stand to observe the ninja for a while, as if judging the presence.
Prowl's probably accepted as the ibex steps to the water's edge, bends his head and begins to fill up coolant tanks without so much a word.
There is a considerable distance between them. The kind of distance any animal would prefer to have. A bit more, even.
-------------- If Prowl would like company......

It takes a few moments for Prowl to break out of his thoughts and he notices that there's an animal here. He almost double takes and then realizes it's one of the "Maximals" that he doesn't know much about. Well, Botanica was a Maximal, but she had a plant form.
He takes a few steps closer and then turns back to looking out over the water, not sure how this mech will react to his presence.

The ibex continues filling up, not caring much for the Autobot. It is when he has had enough that he raises from the water and watches Prowl.
There are two things Ramulus knows about this one. One: It's an Autobot. Two: he has found this one's scent around the biodome a few times.
Best introduction possible.
"You should try skipping a stone across it, Autobot"

"Hm," Prowl tilts his head to the side and looks at a rock nearby. "Skip a rock? What would that entail?"
He approaches Ramulus and then looks at him curiously, but only stands at his side.

"Maximize" Ramulus whispers, switching modes. He sinks through his knees and picks up a rock, tossing and catching it contemplatively as he rises, "It's simple, you take a rock and toss it across the surface. When done right with appropriate force and angle, it bounces right across." To emphasise the explanation, Ramulus aims and throws his rock of choice.
Which sinks as soon as it hits the water. "It takes some practice... but that's what makes it great to do when you want to think."
The Maximal turns to Prowl, stating: "You come here somewhat often to do that. Right? That's my impression of you."

Prowl looks out at the rock as it sinks and then reaches down to pick up a rock of his own. It's a large rock, probably about as big as Ramulus' body. He then tries his own hand at skipping the rock.
The rock sails out to the middle and lands with a large splash.
Prowl grumbles a bit, "That did not work as planned," he says. He reaches down and picks up a smaller rock and tries again. While trying again, he looks back over at Ramulus, "Yes, I do come here to think. It's a quiet place, and I do like being closer to nature, even if this is nature in a room on a ship."

Ramulus stares at Prowl, "An Autobot who likes nature.... well I'll be shuffled" He is.... smiling?
Only faintly, and only shortly. He picks up a rock and flies it over the water. His angle was a bit low so it flies a long way without touching the liquid,. Then it disappears with an audible splish. "ah, that's too bad."
"So what were you thinking about?" This Autobot doesn't seem like the others. Ramulus is curious enough to stick around today.

"Ah, and my name is Prowl," he nods in greeting and then tries again. He angles the rock a bit, and tries... Lo and behold it skips once before splashing into the water! Prowl's optics brighten as he looks out at the ripples.
"I came here to think after dealing with the Unicronian Cultists. They made me feel disgusted to my spark. And Unicron itself... Ugh," he reaches down and looks over another rock. He has realized he needs flatter rocks, so he rubs at the top of it to flatten it out on one side, and does the same to the other. He tries again and skips it 3 times.

Skyblast has been frustrated, as of late. In the long, dark sojourn looking for the Allspark, one of the bright lights was that he's been to a Pz-Zazz. It was nice, a kind of resort planet. Lots of casinos, yes, but the kind that work with the community to generate revenue to fund better schools for the spawnlings. The Allspark wasn't there, just a peaceful cult of bird worshippers who were rumoured to perform miracles, now and then, but Skyblast almost wasn't disappointed. Pz-Zazz had been that pleasant.
This world is an abomination.
Skyblast tasted the skies, and his engines wanted to choke and flameout on that filthy air. He was back up to the Event Horizon on the next ship he could find, and there he has stayed, avoiding even the portholes, not wanting to look at that eyesore.
Perhaps he'll find some peace and quiet in the biosphere, Skyblast thinks. That's usually pretty deserted...

S2 Intro
Apparently everyone has the same idea. What better place than the biosphere to be alone and think? And when Dinobot drops into a new universe, he needs some soliloquy time. So as soon as he'd been cleared with security and familiarized himself with the ship, he headed here.
Poking his beast mode head through the door, he sniffs and looks around, noticing the other robots. Well, maybe they won't notice him. The raptor snarls and stalks off into the tall grass.

Oh right, there we have the name thing. "They call me Ramulus" In his reality, the name you have kind of predicts which beast mode you might have someday. "Unicron... I.... know of the lore" How could he not? "Quite depressing material.... Do you-"
Uh oh, even outside the proper mode, Ramulus still feels his bond kick in. He looks relatively distraught and confused about this. 'Predator!!!!!!!'. Snarling, he whips around, but the only one in sight is Skyblast. Skyblast is no predator.
"Oh.... hello..... Autobot...." Ramulus eyes the terrain carefully. 'Caution....'

Prowl glances over at Skyblast, nodding to acknowledge his presence. He picks up another rock and then looks down at it, only to pause and glance over at Ramulus. What could have elicited such a reaction from the Maximal? He looks around, noticing the minute details.
He starts rubbing at the rock he picked up once again, trying to remain calm for the sake of Ramulus. No sense in adding to his terror. He throws his rock along.
Skip. Skip. Skip. Ski--Sink.

Skyblast is too big to be a Predator drone!
Skyblast doesn't notice Dinobot. He does, however, notice Ramulus and Prowl. Ramulus seems a bit alarmed, and Skyblast looks about, glancing over his shoulders, but he doesn't see anything obvious. Yes, the biosphere can be dangerous, he knows. Wouldn't be interesting if it was all safe, would it?
He simply nods back to Ramulus and Prowl and settles himself down next to the lake, near them, his panels rustling and twitching, even as he sits more or less still. Skyblast tilts his head to one side, watching Prowl. What's he doing?
...and if Skyblast found someone big enough, could he go skipping across a lake like that? Hmm...

The raptor listens to the others, then sniffs the air. Is he upwind of the ram or something? Well, no matter. He's not here to socialize. . . though spooking someone is probably not the best way start a relationship with a potential comrade-in-arms. "Do not be alarmed," he growls, "just a Maximal looking for some quiet." There's an approaching rustle in the grass, then a saurian snout emerges, followed by the rest of Dinobot. "Though I suppose revealing myself would be . . . polite." This is followed by a sound somewhere between a snarl and a blocked nasal passage.
